Been here a couple of times and, overall, the experience was really good. I found the staff I interacted with to be friendly and helpful. Regarding the product offerings, it's a pretty small shop so it is a bit more limited (I've been to several of their LA locations so perhaps I'm spoiled lol). Didn't see tons of flower, and I did notice that some of the gummies and drops aren't as plentiful as with other locations. Despite this, I was able to find a few things that suited my needs at a reasonable cost. This is one of the closer dispensaries to me (no other dispensaries in my immediate area) and I'm not a high volume customer so I'd definitely return...would love to see more CBD product offerings if they can procure good product. read more

I'm literally here at Stiiizy right now dealing with a broken 710 Labs vape they sold me just 4 days ago, and they won't even exchange it for store credit since they are out of stock. Instead, the manager told me I need to email customer service and wait for approval just to maybe get store credit -- while I'm physically standing in the store with the defective product in my hand. This is exactly the problem with corporate dispensaries. You might get a big selection and good products, but the second something goes wrong, you're treated like a transaction instead of an actual customer. Zero empathy. Zero accountability. UPDATE: The employee gave me the email "stiiizy at support.com." I immediately told him that didn't even look right and asked him to double-check. After calling someone, he came back and admitted the correct email was actually "support at stiiizy.com." So imagine if I had left, emailed the wrong address, never got a response, and had to come all the way back again. What made it worse was instead of apologizing, he tried to act like he never gave me the wrong email in the first place. Complete gaslighting. Then after I calmly explained my experience to security, the manager -- NOE -- kicked me out and said he was going to "mark my record." Honestly one of the most unprofessional, low-integrity customer service experiences I've had in a long time. read more

I'm not sure where to start, but having so much competition in the area you think they would step up their game. Your staff is terrible ( except the tall dude with curly hair). Management is terrible and I feel like you all work there because it's cool.. not to actually help people. They had sold the wrong shit to my mother a few times. We're big customers, at least twice a week. I finally went in to let them know my moms getting "older" can you please ask her what she's looking for as we're avid customers and thought maybe being local also would make them want to help get us the right stuff. OH YEAH, yall do know you have a profile there earning points and discounts they never offer you or even look up? has notes and all! Well they did it again so now I'm an avid customer elsewhere where I've gotten WAYYY better stuff at better prices and offered discount, looks at your profile etc so they can lead you towards the next best thing or what have you? Normally, great experience. This time, last time. Went in for my usual cart purchase, told the dude I just have a normal 510 thread battery. He picked out a cart for me, I paid for it, he informed me about the return policy, needs to be returned no later that a week. I open the box the couple days later and it's a cartridge that only fits a stiizy battery. I don't have a stiizy battery, nor do I want to buy one. So I went back to try to switch it out. Dude says, "sorry, can't return it, we can only take it back if it is not working, I suggest you buy a stiizy battery, sorry". Needless to say, I'm not going back. It's a huge corporation, so they don't care about me, but bad form to not return after I took dudes guidance. Can I at least get the tip I gave him back? read more

favorite dispo in SD hands down! they have great prices on pods, wax, flower, and whatever else i might need. every time i walk in the employees are super nice and helpful. especially Zakira! she always goes out of her way to make sure i get exactly what I'm looking for, and she consistently puts me on new products and deals. she recently showed me this brand Team Elite Genetics, and i haven't stopped smoking their strains since. they have quality weed unlike some of the other dispensaries i've been to. i used to go to whichever dispensary was closer but now Stiiizy is my go to, you can't beat the deals or the service. i would highly recommend checking them out next time you need to re-up! read more

I was there to exchange a defective $20 pod I purchased 6 days prior along with 3 other 1g pods and 2 pro batteries. I'm assuming it was an intermittent issue because I was able to hit the pod twice before it malfunctioned , which is what I told the girl claiming to be manager when I asked her to honor the exchange after her refusal. Her attitude was so flippant and disrespectful, she treated me like I was lying, so I grabbed my receipt and full broken pod, said I'd shop elsewhere from now on and peacefully left. I was halfway down the street with my elderly father, and she came running out of the store, screaming at us, causing a huge scene and told us we were banned. I think she was trying to goat me into a physical altercation because she had 2 armed security guards with her. I'm not sure how much they pay her, but I'm no longer spending $100 a week in there, my dad's no longer spending money in there, my brother who smokes twice as much as us combined is no longer spending money there, my three roommates are done with this store, too. She caused a scene that endangered your other employees, and lost you at least $2k a month over a $20 pod. Horrible customer service. Btw, there's a ton of litter from your store for at least a mile in every direction. Considering this is a beach community, you guys should maybe volunteer for a couple cleanups read more
