My budtender wasn't rude or anything she just wasn't very helpful and didn't know much about the products, she couldn't even tell me the strain of the concentrates I was looking at. I asked her a question and mid sentence she just walked away to help another budtender, to me it seemed like they are learning a new system or have a lot of new hires. When we checked out she gave us to a different budtender and this is when things took a turn for the worse. The lady checking us out didn't know how to use the system and had to call over two other employees to help check us out. I couldn't believe how long it took to do and i expected them to at least apologize for the delay or throw in a free pre roll but they didn't. The atmosphere of the dispensary is chill and I'm sure they have better budtenders but id rather steer clear of this dispo, there are far better ones with employees that actually enjoy helping you.

I understand taxes but how do you charge literally sometimes over $20 more for the same product the 2 locations literally across the street sell.
