He was very kind, personable, and took his time explaining products, making sure I understood what would work best not just for me, but also what was safe and good for my kids. Because of how welcoming the experience was, I came back again with my family my mom, my grandfather (my Pawpaw), and my daughter. The owner shared that he gives credit to his wife for opening the business, which I loved hearing, and he also mentioned his background in Veterans services. That instantly created a connection with my Pawpaw, and it honestly turned into such a special, memorable moment for our family. You could tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in his business. The service was excellent, thoughtful, and unhurried. We looooooved it! Been going here since a young kid with my mother, over a decade. I always recommend researching products as the employees are not necessarily trained cosmetologists, but I feel like by 2025 they have VERY reasonable prices, usually beating walmart and target depending on the product--maybe not in comparison to salon depots but if you don't have a license, they carry toners and other products not readily accessible to the public consumer. They have helped me to find a replacement vol developer that would be compatible since they don't carry Redken (my only main complaint lol) and have been pretty nice and helpful throughout several years of colored dying, and bleaching. Usually remember to ask about rewards and phone number points and I still put everything on my mom's long-term rewards account.
