It's unreasonable, I shouldn't have to ask each item be scanned to check the price is labeled correctly. Just check the tags and make sure you are being charged correctly.

I especially love the work of Van, who I usually book with. She recently did my haircut as well and did a wonderful job. My hair is very thick and curly, but Van knows how to handle it like a pro. Just did a happy return at this Ulta and the lady that I can't even say greeted me cause all I got…read morewas "happy return" with a look and a sigh while she looks around like she is waiting for someone to help her. Then she proceeds to grab her scanner and starts typing all while I'm there just standing ready with my QR code. Not once did she say "I can help you let me just log in" I did get confrontational and asked her if she was going to help because she was just staring at her scanner like I was suppose to know that she's logging in. I literally stood there almost 1 1/2 with no response on my lunch break. Let me know if you can or cannot I don't mind going else where or waiting for someone to help. I just don't want to play the guessing game. She proceeds to say yes which I say " you seem like you don't want to help me" with her response "but I am helping you" in a very snotty attitude. From the beginning she had a very rude demeanor and attitude since she saw me walking up to the store with 2 bags in my hand. (Sorry if my return bothers you). Before she scanned my QR code she didn't even say anything just looked at me with the scanner in her hand. If you work costumer services maybe it would be best to work with the costumer and inform them on the next step rather than giving them a blank stare and expect them to know your every move. I didn't get her name but she was wearing a striped sweater on 9/21/26 and this was approximately around 12:11. There was another costumer waiting to be checked out so I know someone got a receipt with her name. Overall the costumer services at this location is why I like to go there never had a rude experience. A lesson in costumer service is definitely something this individual needs. COMMUNICATE!
