From the moment I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and completely taken care of. I have seen her for Dysport and RF Microneedling (twice). She explains everything clearly, answers every question, gives you clear written after care instructions and you can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. We've been going to Oceanside and this office for easily 15 years or more. Sometimes, the front desk in Oceanside is not always as friendly as we would like, but San Marcos always is. The doctor's assistants are always kind. I also happen to like the ability to text their special number with questions. The only issue I have really had is wait time, but I understand why when my doctor gives me extra time at my appointment which I appreciate and I'm sure other people like the same service.
