We came in feeling extremely stressed after my husband clicked on what appeared to be a legitimate email offer, which turned out to be a scam. He had entered his credit card information, and we were deeply concerned that his laptop had been compromised with malware. From the moment we walked in, Eddie greeted us with professionalism and genuine care. He quickly got us onto the Genius Bar waitlist and took the time to listen to our situation without judgment. What truly stood out was his ability to calmly explain how malware works and what risks we might be facing--it immediately put us at ease. Eddie carefully walked us through the process, checked the laptop thoroughly, and shared the appropriate tools to ensure there was no infection. The relief we felt after learning everything was safe is hard to put into words. His kindness, patience, and expertise turned what could have been a very upsetting experience into one where we felt supported and reassured. Eddie is a true asset to Apple, and we are incredibly thankful for his help.

Hours-long waits instead of just dropping off your product. Apple makes top tier products but their CS and this whole process is an abysmal failure. Jobs rolling in his grave. Very inattentive staff. Sluggish 'check in' process. I loathe coming here. Avoid if you can.

Well, I was in a second time since I got my new phone the piece of garbage called the Samsung Galaxy S 25+ . I recommend you NOT get this phone. It is known to have voice mail problems. Mine does. I can't do my own voice mail greeting, I don't get any voice mail messages and half the time the phone doesn't ring. I stopped in the first time and the manager told me Vince will help you he is good with all things Samsung. At first visit yes, Vince somehow got my voice mail working, I set up a greeting and the phone rang with all incoming calls. Fast forward about a week and a half guess what? The phone did it all over again. Called AT&T yes, I was outsourced and they guy on the phone was trying to get me a new SIM card and he never did . He said he would call me back never happened. So, I went back to the AT&T store saw Vince who said he did all the steps he could do the last time I saw him and washed his hands like pontius pilate and I walked out. This stores customer service is horrible to say the least. If you are not in the store to buy a new phone you the customer are wasting their time. Laughable to say the least. Without us as customers there would be no AT&T store or company. If you go to this store to ask for help with your phone good luck. Why don't I get a new phone ...because my time to exchange the S25+ expired and I would half to buy a new phone all over again and I am not willing to pay for two phones.     My phone has been having issues since the Verizon outage. I initially brought it to the Encinitas…read morelocation on the day of the outage. They were very rude and wouldn't even look at my phone even though I explained my issue may not be related. I reset my network settings myself, and it seemed to work for a while. Fast forward to today when I started having issues with my phone again and decided to take it to this location. I could not make or receive calls or get texts that weren't sent from another iPhone. I walked in just after another gentleman, and he was being helped first. There was only one employee helping people. The employee asked my information and started working on my phone while simultaneously helping the other customer. Eventually, another employee came from a side room and took over. His name was Julian and he was very helpful and friendly. He asked what I had done already, which were things he probably would've tried so saved him time. Then he did a little further research and decided my sim was failing. I'm not sure if I've ever replaced my SIM card in my older iPhone. He replaced it and my phone worked again instantly. I hope that was all that it was because it was an easy fix. He then offered me an upgrade with a new plan. I declined as I'm not ready to do that right now. Maybe I'm imagining it but my phone seems faster already. Thanks for your help Julian. It was a much better experience than in the Encinitas store.

    I live close by and have been to this store a few times over the years. Usually just to do a simple…read moreupgrade on a phone or drop off an old phone. On each occasion over the years I have always been helped by a brand new employee. It's very frustrating as I simply want to get my new phone and get out of there. Instead I have to sit and wait while the employee asks the manager questions every step of the way. What should take a few minutes takes much longer as the employee is being coached through the process. Two employees helping one customer EVERY time I come in. I think the employees should 100% know how to do a phone upgrade or exchange. I don't appreciate my time being used for training purposes. I probably will avoid this store from now on. This store needs to become a corporate location. The franchised standards at this location are horrible.

She had to return this Sunday to turn over her old phone and was afraid to go alone. Corporate and the police have been notified, and after all this the store manager will not call her back after multiple attempts to contact. The employees refuse to call their manager or give out her (Megan apparently) phone number. The creep IS STILL WORKING THERE! Verizon seems to be completely unconcerned for the safety of their customers. We're definitely switching carriers.
