6 months ago I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and two recalls. They were only able to perform one of the recalls because they didn't have the parts for the second recall. I was told I would receive a call when the parts came in. Never happened. Recently, I made another appointment for another oil change and the recall they didn't do last time. I explained the situation that happened last time when I booked the appointment over the phone. I brought my car in the early morning, and three hours later they said everything was complete. I showed up and found out that they only did the oil change because again, they didn't have the parts for the recall. When I questioned why this happened again, she said that 6 months ago the parts weren't available for order, and this time the parts should have been ordered when I made the appointment (quite obviously, they weren't). So again, they'll call me when the parts come in (we'll see about that... I have no confidence that this will happen). Needless to say, this dealership has not earned my trust. The service rep was the same person I worked with 6 months ago, was the same person who booked my appointment, and was the same person I worked with this time. Update: I received an automated text to follow up with Andre Alire if I did not have a great experience. I called and got his voicemail, so I left a message but never heard back. Took my Toyota in for standard oil change and tire rotation. I have after-market wheels and this requires hand tightening of the lug nuts instead of using the automatic torque wrench. Driving down I-70 coming home from skiing at Copper, my wheel damm near came off before I figured out what was wrong with my vehicle. The mechanic team that last serviced my vehicle had neglected to tighten the lug nuts. I am a single female btw, freaked out on the shoulder of the highway counting my blessings that things didn't turn out differently. The worst part of this is that this was the THRID time this has happed at this shop in the past 5 years. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!!! They have obviously done nothing to change their processes or make improvements, and this place charges a premium for their supposed superior service. They do not care one bit about customer safety! Since he moved on, the service "greeters" continually try to upsell services not required. Including a auto trasmission flush for her car. They had my car for 3 days because the service manager and his team had wed/Thursday off!!! Totally absurd way to do business. Seriously-no other mechanics could step in? They fixed my problem and cited others that we declined, no my radiator is not leaking ($550), glad we opted out. Really wish I would've read the Yelp reviews first, my bad. I had done a lot of research on new and used vehicles. Because I am blind in one eye, I was interested in moving to modern technology with blind-side warning, lane departure warning, back-up camera, and navigation. Among the offers I received, I was looking for a trade-in on my 2013 Premium Volt that should go on the market for $13,000 to an environmentally-caring buyer. I received a written offer from Larry Miller Toyota at Boulder for $8,500, based on VIN estimate and my photographs, with a potential for $9,000 to keep me from trading at another dealership. I know that I explained that I live in the mountains and wanted to shift to more of an outdoor recreation vehicle and more cargo space: my Volt had five years of mountain use and Michelin X-Ice winter tires to comply with the state law for the I-70 corridor regarding snow mountain traction on front-wheel-drive vehicles. I already had a solid, inspected-vehicle trade-in for $8,000 and price match from Stevinson Toyota on a Highlander XLE. With a high offer of $9,000 from Miller, I visited to close a deal. The salesperson, Noe, is a young, courteous, and eager servant. However, the sales manager dramatically cut the trade-in offer to $6,428 and pointed to little wear-and-tear ticks on the Volt for $2,572 and pulled my written offer from my folder. I think the spread was too great 13,000-6,428=6,572. The gross difference felt like fraud and ruined the transaction for me, the first new vehicle that I had ever shopped. I would have appreciated an honest $8,500 offer straight-up. As I prepared to walk, I offered to accept the $8,000 offered by Stevinson. The sales manager accepted, so the sale was salvaged. However, I had a bad taste in my mouth. The finance officer offered to save me money by shifting me to his lender. He returned with a trivial difference against my lender. After my rejection, he came back with a half-percent advantage. I do fast loan pay-offs anyway, so I accepted. Then, I received the added cost warranty offers. I hate the cost build-up nonsense. After everything, the sale took four hours. Noe helped me transfer my outdoor gear and provided training on a few of the vehicle's great features. I gained in appreciation for my new vehicle's advantages, but will be more likely to go to Stevinson's for any service, where I have received years of straight-up honest work. I learned that Miller will be demolished with money spent on a new facility. Management could better spend money on staff values training. read more

I have over 360,000 miles on a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. I have used dealerships all over the country from FL to CO. This is bar none the must crooked and poorly managed Toyota dealership in the Country. My service writer attempted to get me to do a major repair job here in CO that had been completed in FL two months earlier..an $800 job The issue with this dealership is it's too busy like Boulder. My son and I were looking at a 2018 BMW M4 at Corwin Toyota Boulder. There were red flags from the start when we went to see the vehicle for the first time and notice a cracked windshield and a problem with the interior trim on the driver's side door. We also noticed that the listing indicates that the vehicle has the Competition Package with the 20" wheels. It turns out it does NOT have the wheels that come with the Competition Package. I pointed this out to the Sales Manager and identified potential costs for the correct wheels and tires, along with fixing of the carbon fiber roof which has some big chips in it. I asked for his thoughts and he didn't reply. Upon reaching out to the sales person we had been dealing with, he indicated that he spoke to his sales manager who said that he take my offer. I never made an offer, I just asked for his thoughts. He stated that if I want to come into the dealership and see what they can do, we can go from there. How ridiculous is that. As I was getting ready to write this review on Google, I saw that there are several other one star reviews recently. One didn't even garner a response from the dealer. Now that I am leaving a review on Yelp, I see that they have an abysmal rating. Anyone looking at the 2018 BMW M4, be aware that the vehicle is not what is listed and worth considerably less than the asking price. read more

I was interested in the 4Runner TRD Pro. Toyota stated this dealership had one so I fired off an email to see if they had it. They replied by email stating it was coming in this week and it's price was $52,460. Er, MRSP for this vehicle is $47,460 so this dealership is marking up the car $5,000. Apparently they like to gouge their customers. Well if I did ever consider buying a Toyota it would not be from Larry H Miller. I don't deal with price gougers. Not even for "popular" cars. My wife and I visited the dealership to test drive and purchase a 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a nice gentleman who said they had a "regular" 4Runner with a TRD Pro kit on it, making it "the same as a TRD Pro" (his quotes, not mine). From the beginning, we knew this wasn't true, as there are specific features relating to drivetrain, engineering, suspension, and more, that are unique only to the TRD Pro. So, after going for a test drive and asking about financing options, the sales rep finally admitted that the vehicle we drove was actually an SR5 with some aftermarket modifications on it (e.g., suspension, wheels, tires, etc.). We told him we knew that from the beginning, and that we still wanted what we came for: the actual TRD Pro. A few days later, we get a call informing us that they have a Pro arriving soon, and that we need to come in to sign paperwork confirming that we'll purchase the vehicle. The price they quoted us at was $5,000 over the MSRP, which made us suspicious, so we called around to different dealerships in and out of state. Every other dealership quoted us exactly at the MSRP. I stopped by Larry Miller Toyota, told them what I'd found, and expressed my concerns. They claimed the MSRP mark-up was for two reasons: 1) high demand, and 2) to cover the costs of window tint and clear mask. Upon hearing that, I stood up, said "no thanks", shook their hands, and walked out. The cost of window tints and clear mask doesn't even come close to $5,000. That is an absurdly over-inflated price, which no one should pay. My advice to anyone who's looking to purchase a 4Runner of any kind, and in particular, a TRD Pro: take your business elsewhere. I recommend Stapp Interstate Toyota, which is where we purchased our Pro, for exactly the MSRP. The sales reps there offer far better customer service, and are honest and have integrity. read more

Had my Taco serviced there twice. First time, was okay, but was amazed at the final cost, and lack of communication. Second time was even worse. Was just a simple oil change. Was there over 6 hours (and yes I had made an appointment). I had told them not to worry about air filter and cabin filter as I had just replaced them, also no need to worry about alignment as suspension had just been upgraded and alignment done. While waiting my 6 hours I received a video of repairs recommended. Tie-rods (which had just been replaced), and other things that obviously didn't need to be replaced were mentioned, in one video I got a view of the paint color - it wasn't even my truck! Went to the service counter, and was kind of blown off when I mentioned my frustration. When I finally got the truck, I noticed the mileage on the truck was wrong- they said don't worry about it, and they would correct it their records. When next serviced (not there) that service station kind of laughed when I told them the whole story about Corwin. We just had a really negative experience returning our leased RAV4. When we called to plan for the return, Jeff assured us this would be quick. However, when we arrived at 11:30 am, their "off hours" they told us, they had my husband sit in a chair for a long period, not socially distanced around a lot of staff who were not wearing masks. We have a newborn infant at home and when my husband asked to wait outside, he was told to stay in the chair. Needless to say we will not be leasing another vehicle through Toyota. We have decided to go with a company who is progressive in their practices in a Covid world- Tesla. Wish there were less than 1 star. I was quoted over $2400 to fix a hole in my Prius' tailpipe. I was told they would have replaced the catalytic converter/muffler along with its pipes as they were one piece. The labor for unbolting a couple of brackets and two collars (?) which held the muffler on. After recovering from the shock, I picked up my car, paid the $82 for the inspection, and took it to Ken's muffler in Longmont. 20 minutes later I exited with a repaired pipe and a total bill of ... are you ready...?... $84!!! All that was required was to cut out the 4" section of pipe, slide on a slightly larger piece of tubing, and arc weld it on. Before writing this review my wife called for a service manager and left a detailed message, even saying that I was "poised" to write a negative review. Of course, we received no callback. Spare us the idiotic rote reply from the business manager. I love my ten-year-old Toyota Prius and Sequoia - not a single repair in all those years and still running like a top! - but it's certainly no thanks to the Miller Toyota service department. read more

I came here expecting to drive away in a 2020 Land Cruiser. Their cars were surprisingly dirty. There were chewed fingernails laying in the driver's seat, lots of dirt and surprisingly very used looking for "new" or nearly new Land Cruisers. After we waited outside in the rain waiting for our salesman to bring a key, we finally saw him out helping another customer. We left and went to Mountain States Toyota and bought our Land Cruiser there the same day. Larry Miller Toyota isn't really wanting to sell their Land Cruisers. I had made an appt on Thursday for the following Monday, first slot, to get 2 new fobs for my daughter's car before she moved out of state. I was told it would be a fast appointment to program the two fobs (like an hour or less). When I called 2 1/2 hrs after they opened to see when it would be done, I was told it wouldn't be ready till "later in the afternoon." And that the person who scheduled it, didn't know what they were doing. Instead of trying to make it right, he wasn't the least bit concerned that I was just picking up my car and going somewhere else! This is the last straw. We've been bringing our 2007 Lexus for the to LHM for oil changes because they are so convenient. However this time I noticed the up-selling. The first was from the "drop-off guy" who told me how much he and "his wife" we're looking for a Lexus of my car's vintage. When he asked me the mileage my BS detectors went into full on. Next was the service rep who asked if I'd be interested in their "package " of oil changes. No, thanks. Then upon pick-up, they totally ignored my request to check-out the rear windows control but did manage to ask me if I wanted to schedule a 90,000 mile serpentine belt replacement. While my salesperson wasn't an expert on the vehicle I wanted, he went to great lengths to get exactly what I asked for, and I wound up with exactly the truck I wanted, at a bit less than I expected to pay. The best part of the experience, though, has been with the service department. Everyone there has been honest and straightforward; letting me know when I might not need to spend money on something, and making an extra effort to get my truck finished on time. We came to this dealership because that is who Costco paired us with. We worked directly with Vandy and it couldn't have been a better experience. I had talked to and emailed with Vandy for a few days to find the right Tundra for me. I had an insurance settlement check, and the dealership took that into account when we financed the new one. Upon arrival to the dealership, Vandy had the truck ready for us to look at and test drive. We had a nice balanced drive that included some highway and some regular roads. He allowed us all the time we needed in order to make sure it was the right truck for us. The truck was exactly as described and we loved it. After that, we got started with the paperwork. This is the part that took some time, but I knew that going in since we have purchased and financed two other Toyotas through two other dealerships. The entire time we were kept up to date on what was happening, given refreshments, and weren't pressured into anything. It was a certified truck so I was comfortable with that guarantee. I ended up driving the truck home that night. Fast forward a couple days, I noticed a battery issue. It was having trouble starting after long periods of time and needed a jump. I called and they got me in to check it out. They replaced the battery free of charge without any hassle. I was very impressed with that! Then the big headache (or what I thought would be a headache happened). There was an issue with my insurance settlement check that I had received and I wasn't going to be able to get them the down payment (a large sum based on that check) by the time that I promised it by. I emailed them and I got a call within 20 minutes. They had a solution that took a ton of stress off our shoulders and everything is good to go! I am extremely happy with our experience and even more happy with my truck. Highly recommend this dealership. read more

My Toyota 4 Runner developed a strange rattle one day, sounding like it was under the floorboard. After crawling around and trying to find it, I decided to bring it to Boulder Toyota, assuming they would be the best to find it, given their experience in servicing Toyotas. I explained the rattle to the service manager and asked them to find it. I thought it might be an exhaust clamp or something that I cannot fix at home. When I came back later that day, I was told my vehicle had been "inspected" bumper to bumper and it needed north of $5,000 of work. In fact, I was told it was so bad I should sell it and buy a new vehicle from them. There was an entire litany of items they told me had to be done. I asked about the rattle (remember...I brought it in there because of a rattle) and they told me that was one of the things on the list...that a bolt had broken from where the exhaust bolted onto the engine, which was the cause of the rattle, but that was the least of my problems, since I needed all new axles, etc. etc. Of course...they charged me $148 to tell me I needed $5k of repairs done on my car. When I asked if they fixed the rattle...they said NO. I've been servicing cars for decades and can smell a pitch...so rather than having these jokers touch my vehicle again, I brought it to Boulder Muffler to fix the broken muffler clamp. The fellow at Boulder Muffler was extremely polite and explained to me there was nothing wrong with my muffler...all the bolts were tight. But he said he found a loose clamp under the floorboard and fixed it for me. Then he test drove the car to be sure there was no rattle. He refused to take any money from me. Told me to come back when I need muffler service and that is where he will earn his money from me. I guess there is a reason Boulder Muffler has a five star rating! So there you go. One terrible experience of Boulder Toyota and one excellent, honest experience with Boulder Muffler. read more

I recently had my second negative experience with the service department at Larry Miller. I had them give me a quote for some work / diagnostics. For the second time their quote was almost double what a reputable Boulder-based service shop gave me and 40% more than what Mountain States quoted me. Pretty dissappointed with my experience buying a car. Watch out, many of their cars have bad hail damage from the recent storms- I've been run around in circles and directly lied to so many times ive lost count just trying to get some chips in the windshield fixed. Was told I have two separate appointments, neither of which existed. After haour of being run around in circles over the phone, I had to literally leave work early to drive to the dealership for an appointment that was never scheduled ( I have a voicemail and text confirming it) , I ended up having to basically schedule myself and wait weeks for it to be fixed. Have contacted multiple managers and was run in circles even more. Eduardo was my salesperson, I feel like he said whatever I wanted to hear just to get the money out of my hands and then just stopped caring about his end of the deal. I also enjoyed when one manager made me cry and then berated me for crying. Super disappointing for my fist big car purchase. I would avoid this place. read more

I rarely take the time to write a bad review, but here I am. My drivers side mirror was unfortunately smashed in Denver one day and I needed it replaced ASAP because it was dangerous to drive with. I called immediately, made an appointment, and had the part I needed ordered in. The day before my appt, I felt the need to call and double check. Good thing I did, because the lady failed to order my part. Why would someone make an appt but not order the necessary part? Beats me... I had to wait another two weeks for them to actually order the part and make an appt. Once again, I called a few days in advance to make sure everything was good to go (I shouldn't even have to do this, that is THEIR job). The Parts department told me they "couldn't find my order" and "the order was never placed." After about seven or so more phone calls and a whole lot of being put on hold, they did infact find the order for my part and said I was all set. Now I show up on the day of my appointment. The snotty service desk employee calls the Parts department and once again, tells me they "cannot find my part" and "the order was never placed." At this point, I'm just appalled at the flaw in their systems that doesn't allow them to see all orders for parts made. They dig a little deeper and finally find the part. The service was decently quick, no complaints there. However, on my way to work that night, I was driving down the highway and noticed the hood of my car was bouncing up and down... I had to pull over on the side of the highway in the pouring rain to fully shut the hood of my car because the service guys had not done that properly. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this Toyota. Between the long process of getting the part ordered, the flawed systems which continuously lost my order/appointment, and the rude/careless employees... I would much rather pay more money to get better customer service elsewhere. read more

Terrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel they leveraged both high-pressure and dishonest sales tactics. My wife and I were made to feel so uncomfortable that we ended up walking away from a $500 deposit that we placed on a car just so we could avoid doing business with this company. They were not honest about when the car would arrive, told me it was present on the lot when it wasn't (attempted to have me drive an hour to meet with them, just to have them pressure me into buying a car that didn't arrive), and at every chance they tried to pressure me into buying the car without ever seeing it. The experience was so frustrating that we decided to walk away. Of course, when I tried to call and inquire about return of the deposit, based on my terrible experience, they conveniently did not return any phone calls. I hate to lose $500, but it is better than working with this company. read more

Went here for my 5,000 mile maintenance on my Rav4 so can't speak about sales department but was in and out in an hour. They were very clear with what they spruced up on my car and I appreciated how they asked what I thought of the car so far and if I had any concerns. I have never felt so misled and taken advantage of. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I agreed to purchase a vehicle before it was put through the inspection for Toyota certification. We were assured it would be fully inspected and any issues would be fixed before it was handed over to us. When we came back a week later to pick up the truck and finish the paper work (a 2 hour trip from home for us) , they dropped the bomb on us that the vehicle could not be Toyota certified, but they assured us they did all the same inspections and fixes and gave us a discount. However, after driving the truck for a short time, the tonneau cover blew off on the freeway, taking parts from the truck bed with it! Apparently it was not secured correctly. In fact, the factory side rails it was supposed to be attached to were not even installed. How could they miss this in the inspection? And to fix it, we had to pay over $800 in parts and service, and this does not include replacing the cover since we ordered a topper instead. Our calls to the Sales Manager, Andrew, regarding this issue were never returned and when my husband talked to him in person, he said he had pictures of the cover installed correctly, which is impossible, and he never produced the pictures for us. And then we just took the truck in for winter tires and were told there was so much mud in the wheels that they were surprised the truck could drive straight. Once the mud was cleaned out, the shimmy in the steering wheel we were told by Boulder Toyota was normal, completely went away. We have never taken this truck in the mud. This was something else they did not address in their inspection of the vehicle before handing it over to us. Seems they really did the bare minimum because they already knew the truck was sold. And even though these are just 2 issues, they are not the only ones. The stress and frustration we have experienced because of their negligence has only been compounded by the lies and lack of accountability from the sales team. I will never do business with this location ever again and tell the same to all my friends and family. read more

The service department is disorganized, chaotic, and uncommunicative. I dropped my 2022 Rav4 Prime in for its 10k service at 7:15am. I left it there and received a text around noon stating that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at 4:00 pm (9 hours later) , the service department had no record of what I needed. Jeffrey Freedman told me they "dropped the ball" and hadn't even looked at my car. I asked why I received a text that it was complete and he wasn't sure. Additionally, he told me they could "get it in quickly and it would be next." 20 minutes later they drove my car to the front to be picked up. I was sent away with an invoice but NO inspection report printed and highly doubt my car was able to be examined with any detail in 20 minutes. Jeffrey Freedman told me they were "short staffed" and told me how many people had called in, which frankly, didn't seem appropriate to me. Continuing to manage their customers and business with this limited level of professionalism will not be sustainable. read more

My mom and I both purchased cars on the same day and the process took hours- I have no idea why. We both got service plans with our cars (hers was a Toyota and mine was not). They messed up my VIN number on my paperwork so I had to come back and resign with new paperwork, which cost me several hundred extra dollars because the tax rate had changed. Flash forward to actually using the service plan....it's a nightmare every time I come to get my oil changed. I make an appointment, they tell me 40-60 minutes and it takes at least two hours! At no point does anyone come out and explain what the hold up is. Finally after asking, they said they don't have the tools or parts for my car so that took a while. Why do they sell service plans for non-Toyotas if they can't work on them!?! I'd suggest dropping your car off, never wait as you may be waiting forever. read more

I have been taking our Toyota's here for over 15 years. When I lived out of town I would bring it here for oil changes and maintenance. This morning, I noticed my headlights were burned out and when I called they said they were booked on appointments but to come by and maybe someone could check it out. Mariesa was behind the desk and quickly opened my hood and began to check the light bulbs. Then a maintenance tech, Scott jumped in to help me and was able to put in new bulbs all in 5 minutes so I could make it to work on time. We were in the market to buy a new Toyota and visited them last month. Not impressed and a bit annoyed to be honest. After going back and forth with Mr. Hillman, we decided to do the driving from Denver. When we were on our way, I gave him a heads up as we had agreed and he asked if it was possible to meet 30 minutes later than our ETA. We arrived exactly at the suggested time and not only we never got to meet him because he was "busy," they made us wait an additional 45 minutes until finally somebody helped us out. They lowballed us on the trade-in quote...and thank goodness they did. They had the audacity to shave $1,000 off the trade-in estimate since there was a "noise" underneath the car. They had it a good amount of time but seems like they didn't even care to check. What was it? A loose bolt by the exhaust that Subaru charged me ZERO to fix. Cherry on top? They lured us with a quote that showed an additional $1,000 discount on the vehicle but it was never noted that we had to finance through them. We ended up buying from a local dealership and saved ourselves a good chunk of money. People from Denver, save yourselves the trip. We visited every dealerships between Boulder & Denver and with the exception of one (read the reviews), you are better off buying from any local one. A few days later, their General Manager sent me an email asking how they "missed the mark." I replied airing my issues..2 weeks and still waiting for a response. Yeah...NOT impressed. read more

My Camery would stall at a stop, so I took it in to their shop. They told me it was a bad battery connection, I told them that was not the issue and they insisted it was, so I told them to go ahead and repair it. After they installed a new battery connection and $221.00 my car stalled one block from the dealer. When I called to let them know it didn't repair the car, they offered nothing. read more

Service was excellent, I appreciate that they offer a package for oil and tire rotations. On another note, they have an enormous cooler in their lobby full of single use plastic water bottles. Beside it, is a nearly empty plastic recycle bin. During my 1 hour in the waiting room, I saw 4 Dealership employees go up take a cold water bottle and begin to drink it. I saw no guests take a plastic water bottle. I saw multiple guests and 1 employee take advantage of their filtered "water bottle " water fountain, also located in the lobby. It's surprising to me that people whom are stationed at this location for 8 plus hours a day choose to use single use plastics over refilling their own water bottles, or paper recyclable cups. A very special Thank you to the one service man whom I saw refill his water bottle! I did attempt to communicate my thoughts to the 2 available managers.... however on each of their desks were partially used single use plastic water bottles. They were very polite and heard my concerns, yes it felt awkward. It's so important that we ALL start standing up for the environment, and it needs to start with each of us. Briefly spoke with Jeff Lee via email while looking to purchase a new Toyota. Of the countless dealerships I came into contact with, I wanted to recognize this Jeff L at Larry H Miller one of the best customer service experiences. He took the initiative to not only check his stock but to search regional stock as well. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific vehicle I was looking for nor were they able to order it so I did end up going to another dealer out of state who was able to secure one. We made the mistake of purchasing a 2005 Lexus from this dealership. What seemed like a good deal has turned out to be a poor decision. Three years into buying the car we've had to put over $1500 of work into it because of after market parts failing and causing damage to the vehicle. It could have been over $2500 but luckily we fought tooth and nail for an issue with the alternator. They were not upfront about a warranty that we purchased for the car. The warranty hasn't covered anything. When we bought the car we were told that everything is great on it and that the previous owner took great care of the car after they ran the inspection. Since one of the issues was the brakes, they didn't care to tell us that they were aftermarket because it would have cost them money to fix it. What's sad is we as the consumer trusts dealerships to be upfront and honest without having to ask millions of questions in order to get the truth. Do not purchase a vehicle here that is not 100% certified. Actually just don't purchase a used car from here period. The great deal you think you are getting will turn into a frustration by fixing all the issues that were neglected by the dealership. I have no doubt that there are dealerships that are up front and honest...this is NOT one of them. read more

My wife and I are new to boulder and needed a symple oil change in our 08 RAV4. We had brought this vehicle in to them once before for new struts with out any issues. Awesome. Wanting to be a loyal customer we brought it back to them. This time however, replacing the drain bolt the to oil pan they stripped the threads to the pan and turned right around to charge my wife $650 for the repair. Now in my profession if there is an issue that occurs during the service, we take responsibility and address the issue with pride. That's customer service. This is unacceptable and highway robbery at it's best. Now because they refuse to take responsibility I am loosing work and costing me income. But who needs to provide for their families? It's also not important that my wife be in Arkansas by Sunday to care for a older sibling who just had brain surgery. She'll be fine. So I thank you and your professional staff in the pride that you put into your quality customer service. I'll be sure to recommend you to everyone I know. read more
