One of my favorite restaurants in Eugene. They serve really good quality meat. The food is always fresh and tasty. The menu has a good variety of options. Definitely try the big baby bleu burger and the Mac n cheese. Ooh and the gluten free chicken strips. They also have great ranch dressing. The regular fries are better than their sweet potato fries or tots. read more

Wow. Bartender redeemed himself, but today was some of the worst service I've ever had. I watched food sit on the line for extended time while servers walked around and pulled out their phones with their hands empty. Also had to deal with a totally obnoxious narcissist sitting at the bar next to me who was extremely rude, yet friends with the employees. Definitely my last time providing them business. Yuck! read more

We decided to try something new and ate here. We'd gotten their mac n chz at david minor and loved it. We had a couple sandwiches...a rueben and a salmon. Both were just ok. Service was slow. We sat in the bar. All in all it was unimpressive and a tad expensive. If I had a coupon I'd do it again. Otherwise there are places close by with better food and service. read more

Food was good, service and beginning and end was slow. I do find I link the other location better. It was Kay, but just not as delish as the other location. read more

One word: overpriced. Overpriced sometimes good burgers and horrible service doesn't weigh out. I'd be much more willing to pay for an overpriced good burger with satisfactory waiting. I'd love to pay for an overpriced great burger with excellent customer service. It's sad the horrible customer service even carries over to delivery, my delivery man didn't have change for me in cash after I handed him a $20 bill, the food was $14.95. I was planning to give a tip but he then tried to keep my twenty after I had been able to find the exact amount to pay for my meal without him having to give me change. Get it together man, get it together. read more

They wont put the timbers game on..... they said "sorry football wins" but no one is watching some rando football game. Ducks game is over. Atleast one tv guys?!?! read more

The main appeal to this place is that it's exceptionally kid friendly. They have a stack of toys that children are welcome to use and play with before, during and after meals. The location is great because of its proximity to 5th street market. The interior is reminiscent of a tired dorm room with photos taped to the wall and cluttered artwork and posters. The food was decent - but expensive for what it was. A small Reuben and handful of fries was almost $14. Even though it was good, I would be reluctant to pay that much again. Which is a bummer since I take my kids to that area fairly frequently. read more

Pretty sure the seared ahi was yellow-fin which would explain why it was over-done. Ceaser salad was average. Free range local OG sliders did not impress tasted like soy-burger (btw we stock our freezer every year with free range beef from our ranch so I know how it's supposed to taste). read more

I cannot stress how amazing their bacon and blue cheese burger is! It is absolutely fantastic! Also, if you get the nachos, be ready to share or take some home because those things are massive. Pro tip, get tots over fries. read more

The food was not well seasoned: the onion rings were over cooked and no flavor, same with the hush puppies. The club soda in the mixed drink was flat. For a first experience this was underwhelming. read more

Amazing food, the service wasn't great, slow to take our order or receive our check. Would come back again with lower expectations on customer service read more

Great burgers! So thick and tasty. One of the best I've had in Eugene. Fast friendly service. n Couldn't be better.

Went for Sunday lunch. Used to love the burgers but they were mediocre at best. Wife and I couldn't figure out what was different but they were bland and seemed different from what they used to be. Fries are still delicious. One of the cooks came out and got a shot of whiskey to take back to kitchen .. For cooking? I don't know... Service was slow. Probably won't go back. read more

Went to Cornucopia for brunch just after arriving in Eugene with family Sunday, Valentine's Day 2016. It wasn't real crowded but I think there was only one waitress and service was very slow. Food was just ok. At least the background music was decent while we waited and I got Diet Coke refills, and prices weren't bad. read more

I went to this place twice for burgers, very very very disappointed, both times. Ordered medium rare, got well-done so well done it burnt. Tasted like eating straight up charcoal the whole time. Sadly, a dollar burger at fast food place would taste better than a 15 dollars burger from this place. And to top off an unpleasant meal, the staff was not friendly. Thank you very much, will not return. read more

Love this place! Amazing burgers, great beer options. We had a lot of people in our party so they had to pull tables together for us but they did it pretty quickly. The hostess Kasey is so pleasant and accommodating and the server Kelsey was great too. Will definitely return again. I loved the special crackers that went with the tomato soup too, nice touch read more

I love there food and drinks they also have amazing coustmer service I like how they have more then one location and one of the locations delivery read more

I'm a simple guy. I love blue cheese hamburgers. I travel extensively and order them from coast to coast. Many times I am disappointed, BUT (big but), not tonight. What a well crafted hamburger. Just an extraordinary experience in every single bite. I found this place through a happy accident. I left happy. All a man can ask. Great job everyone. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Cornucopia had changed their recipe for home fries. Their old recipe was too spicy for me. The new one makes their egg breakfast one of the best in town. read more

Stopped in to have a beer and look at the menu around 4pm on Saturday. Planned to come back for dinner after an appointment at 5th street market but had no service...several servers saw us but no visit to the table. My husband finally got a beer after waiting 15 minutes around the bar. We were there at a table for 30 minutes. It was fairly busy but not packed by any stretch of the imagination! Had heard you have great burgers. Guess we will never know... read more

So we asked about the mac and cheese and were told it was stouffers with bread crumbs, my SIL ordered it and it was probably the best dish we had. I had the turkey sand with tots, tots had been refired several times and crackled. Daughter had seared ahi tuna which was overdone. If it was based on food experience would have given 3 stars, however based on overall experience I would give a -1 if possible. Why? Because the people sitting next to us were so drunk (and not cut off) slewing F Bombs, storming off, bumping into our chairs. There was a lot of drama with this set of 6 people, not only that they were flipping each other off, shouting at one another, throwing silverware and food. Obnoxious and the wait staff did nothing, oops I forgot he did let them order more shots. Really, these people could barely speak let alone stand. When my SIL expressed concern at end of night and hoped they would call a cab, he shrugged. Someone from this place should have been intervened. It ruined the experience and the other surrounding tables watched the debacle as well. After posting review the owner reached out and discussed with me the event of our dining experience. I appreciate the very quick turn around and will be trying them again in the future. read more

I had a blond bomb somethin or other and the thing tasted like someone dipped it in Salt! I don't think I'm gonna be able to taste anything else for a good week. read more

Would have been a pretty good burger without the bit of bone I found in there! For $14 you might expect the bone to be removed...

Sign says, 'wait to be seated' but you wonder 'will we actually ever be seated?' We have left twice in the past because no one even acknowledged we were there. 5 minutes doesn't seem long although they did not appear to be particularly swamped. Finally, we just sat ourselves at the bar one time. We ordered drinks and food. While we were waiting, the room starts to fill with smoke. The hood broke. It got VERY smoky and our eyes were burning. Our food came about then. They stopped seating people but continued to finish the orders for customers that were already there. Not once did they offer one thing for our awful and very unhealthy experience. No discount, no comped drink, no sorry, nothing. Doubt we will ever go back. The only reason they got three stars is because their food is ok with a lot of menu and beer choices. read more

I like both the Cornucopias, on 17th and 5th street. The outdoor seating at the 17th street one is wonderful, but I like the convenience of the 5th street one. The indoor seating is nicer at 5th street, too. I usually get breakfasts, which are delicious and well-priced, and their coffee is unusually good. The waitstaff are always nice and friendly. Also like their burgers. read more

Just no. Overpriced food ($15 nachos for example) that doesn't taste good and takes an hour to arrive at your table, which may also be covered with a thick sticky layer of funk... not my thing! The place was busy and seems to get other good reviews, but I cannot see why. read more

This a really fun place! A relaxed causal atmosphere. Great food selections of course. Our server was Cassie and she is the BEST!!!!! Please sit in her section if she's working :O) Great personality & great attentiveness! My husband and I shared this meal of a cheese burger & fries. The chef even split it for us which I feel is a nice personal touch without being charged for it. They care about their customers and want you to enjoy yourself and always come back for another great meal/experience. Go have yourself a great experience at Cornucopia Bar & Burgers!!!!!! read more

My wife and ate here on a Sunday night October 21, 2018. We arrived at 5:45 pm. We were served at 7:10 pm. Wait person very nice. Cook was messed up. My toco salad was suppose to be shredded chicken. I do not think it was chicken. Not even sure. This is a bar that serves some food while customers get drunk. Suppose to be best burgers in Eugene. I'll never find out since I'll never go back. read more

Don't get anything to go. They missed part of my order and then there was a mysterious $13 second charge on my credit card. Pay in cash or go somewhere else. Too bad...used to be a nice place. I won't go back. read more

I think there must be a better burger in town. I had a chesse burger and beer cheese soup. They had my favorite IPA, but that was the best thing I had. Service was OK, but not exceptional. Staff eating and playing grab ass at the bar. What do you think? read more

Had lunch there with my son on a Wednesday afternoon. Place was not too busy with plenty of seating. Server took our drink order and returned quickly with the drinks and took our food order. The burgers took a bit of time, but were well worth the wait. They really do have the best burgers in town. The food was hot and just as ordered. After we received our food, the server never stopped by to check and see if we needed anything or wanted more drinks. I was having a particularly good beer and would have ordered another, but never got the chance. Excellent food and beer, not so great service. read more

Cleanliness: bad. From where I was sitting I could see a cherry tomato, a french fry, and straw wrappers. Service: We entered through the inside of the building, which dumps you into the middle of dining room where waitresses pretend not to see you for 5 minutes. Don't have a rear entrance if your host/hostess isn't around. Our waiter was comically inattentive. His back was turned before he was done dropping things off at table. He sneaked silverware underneath my arm onto the table?? When we ordered fish and chips, no silverware was offered. No refill was offered. He just wasn't there. Other guests: I don't usually mention this in reviews, since it really isn't up to the restaurant. But it deserves mentioning for those of you out there unaware. This place was crawling with children. And god bless them, but I witnessed a tween physically assault his toddler brother while their father was enjoying a beer. There was children running and throwing toys. There was a girl with a creepy doll strapped into booster seat? It was probably just bad luck for us, but be aware that this place attracts families with young kids. Food: average. Nothing specific to complain about, but also nothing comes to mind as good. Decor: tacky. This is not a huge thing, but there were black and white photos in colored light boxes. Just not great. read more

Maybe the best burger of my life.the gobbler with pepperoni and gouda. Not kidding. And perfect fries.

Very good food with decent options to choose from and some odd menu items for those a little more venturesome. I've frequented this restaurant dozens of times over the years. A year or two ago I had a bison hot dog that was a bit gamey for my taste but hell, need to try something new once in awhile. They have some good food specials and lots of drink options including a good variety of beer. Service is usually good. The restaurant by the 5th Street market has more seating then the one on 17th which can be difficult for seating large groups. read more

We went there Thursday night which we did not know it was Bingo night! So if you dont want to play Bingo DONT GO on Thursdays! But if you want to play it looked like people are having fun.We did not want to play because we were tired HUNGRY.It wasn't a pleasant experience to hear people shouting when you are eating! In addition to that they were short on staff. We had to wait so long for someone to take our order, more time than usual to bring our food and even more time to finally bring the check! I had philly cheese steak! Some part of it was hot and some other part of it was cold! It was like they heated up in a really bad microwave! Only the friends who got burgers were happy with their orders. Salad, philly steak and gyro was not as we expected! I am rating based on food quality and service! read more

My favorite place to go for a good meal and a drink. Whether I want to cozy up in a corner and study, or sit at the bar and hear some live music, this is the go-to. Very friendly vibe, easy going, warm staff. Order a cocktail from John the bartender, he is genuinely interested in making you something you'll love, and I've never been let down. One of my favorite customer service stories about Cornucopia is the one you'll hear when you ask about the tiny gold plaque on the very end of the bar that says "Will". Apparently, Will was a regular who could be seen stopping in for a beer almost every day on his way home. When the staff heard he was moving away, they mounted that little plaque to commemorate the many many hours he'd spent there, and to make sure he still had a seat whenever he came back to visit. So cool! read more

This is about as good as it gets when it comes to burgers and fries! My goodness! Let's just say that even if the service was horriific, which is common due to under staffing, I would go there and sit through it just to endulge in one of their fab burgers and a side of fresh and crispy fries. You need to check this out even if the order is to go... read more
