We walk in and my first reaction was 'phenomenal!' I was half expecting a corner store, brick wall grill with kitchen tables. Walking in though was very pleasantly surprising. The atmosphere is very relaxed and soothing. The floors are carpeted and clean and there are plenty of spacious tables and booths with ample walking room around them. The walls are covered with TV screens showing a variety of sports including some extreme sports. There is what looks to be a full bar as well as a large array of beers on tap. The menu is loaded with a good variety of solid pub & bar food along with pizza and pasta dishes. The service here is also excellent as we are greeted and seated with menus and our drink requests taken. The potstickers came out very crispy with the filling having an excellent flavor. This came with a ramekin of a sweet chili dip. We also tried the wings with buffalo sauce. These wings were large and meaty. They were delicious, fresh and had a nice amount of heat. There are napkin dispensers on the table, they were needed, those wings are good and juicy! The Philly came out perfectly done. The hoagie roll was toasted which really helped it all to stay together. The meat was a skirt steak that had an excellent char flavor. The onions and bell peppers were caramelized and the melted Swiss just brought it all together. A most satisfying sandwich overall! The fries were hot, crispy and addictive.... Bottles of ketchup are also available on the tables. The staff are very friendly and were constantly on the move. Service with a smile, dishes cleared, refills provided.... I think we have a new favorite go-to place for casual family and friends get togethers.

Friendly servers, tasty breakfast, a great breakfast option in west Eugene. There are tvs everywhere so if you are trying to not watch the news, this is not the place to go.

I stopped in here with my partner for an early dinner today. We had gotten food to go before (mac and cheese and the spicy chicken wrap, both good) and had a good experience so we wanted to try sit-down too. We were seated immediately and got to order pretty quickly, even though a few other tables came in at the same time as us. I got the club sandwich and my partner got the sausage flatbread. We also got the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The mozz sticks were delicious! They were thin, crunchy, and the cheese pulled perfectly. The ranch was also really good and I had enough leftover for dipping my fries in. The club sandwich was good - I replaced the Swiss with cheddar since I don't like Swiss. It was also a pretty big serving so I have lunch for tomorrow too. The flatbread was good and my partner finished it and said it was very filling. We got a slice of Samoa cheesecake and a slice of butterfinger cheesecake to go, so I'm looking forward to having those later tonight. I wanted the Twix cheesecake but they were out so I went for butterfinger instead. Our server was very nice and had no problem with my cheese substitution. Everyone working here seemed very nice and happy. The TVs were playing a football game, a random funny clips channel, and something else I didn't really catch. No closed captions. The place was clean but a bit loud even though it wasn't super busy. It was mostly older folks at the tables but there were a couple of louder guys at the bar watching the game. There's plenty of parking since this place is at the end of a shopping center and right next to a Winco, and there's a light right there so it's super easy to get in and out of. I didn't get a chance to check out the bathrooms but I'm sure they're fine given how clean everything else seemed. Overall we had a positive experience and will be back again.

The food was decent, and the service was good, and there was no ambiance. It's not a bad place, but it would not be my first choice.

We searched near the airport for a spot and we luckily found this hidden gem! It is located in the corner of a lot with a number of other businesses so you may miss it at first, but it's worth finding it! The layout is spacious with a bunch of different picnic tables and seats at the bar. They have a video game set-up as well as board games/cards available to enjoy along with your beer and whatever big game is on the TV. They also had a great selection of beer on tap and a bunch of different options in cans available for purchase. On top of all that, the two owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like regulars despite us being a couple of out-of-towners just stopping by. If we lived in the area, we would definitely stop by often but we will just have to make it a regular stop next time we are in Eugene!

I am glad they had small sizes; I got 3 ounce glass and it came in the cutest teeny tiny glass. But it was just the right size for me. I may not have noticed but the selection didn't seem very robust. And the only food option was "snacks" bought from Costco (bags of chips). The decor was eclectic- with movie posters, palm reading signs, sports stuff. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and accommodating.

Shooter's Pub & Grill - Burger was okay. Tots have no flavor or seasoning. Ketchup isn't very good.

I didn't really…read moreremember it, but I wanted to check it out again as I don't live too terribly far away and I wanted to take my wife out for St. Patrick's Day. We went around 7:50pm. It wasn't super busy. The area around the bar was full, a couple booths had people, and maybe two of the tables had people. My wife and I saw two open booths, but one of them had dishes that needed to be cleared, so we took the other one. It was sticky, sadly. It is possible they had just cleared it before we arrived, but who knows. There were two female bartenders. It took about 5 minutes before anyone said hello. I had already gone up and gotten us menus. When someone did stop by, she didn't know the specials. We had looked them up, but had a question she didn't know the answer to. She left to look it up. She came back 4 or 5 minutes later amd by them we were able to bring up the specials on our phone (reception is bad there). We were able to place our orders. Ambiance is fine, but looks more dive bar-ish than the photos on their site. Photos show a lot more light in the room than it has. Food was okay.Took about 20 or so minutes. I got a burger. Ketchup there isn't very good, but burger was cooked well. My wife got cheese quesasillia. We make them at home in a fraction of the time. My wife did get the special drink that came in a special cup that we took home for St. Patty's Day. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. There wasn't anything compelling to bring me back, either. The drink my wife got was fine (she enjoyed the plastic take-home cup). Food was so-so. Really, there just isn't anything that sets Shooter's apart from anyplace else. The ambiance isn't special nor particularly inviting, food is basic for the price they charge, and the service is... serviceable, but nothing stellar. If someone suggested to go back, I would go, but I'd lower my expectations as it is rather run of the mill in my opinion.

Totally Eugene: everyone was super friendly and kind. Really nice that the owner came through to say hello and welcome us; nice personal touch. Must mention... the tables could've been cleaner. Some were a bit sticky and needed some wiping. The Biggest downside was accessibility/ stairs; They're really steep getting up to the second floor. Also, the smokers area appears to be on this same stairway (yikes) I had to charge through the heavy smoke. With that being said. These stairs actually meant a couple friends/veterans; one on crutches and one in a wheelchair could not come up and join us. That really bummed us out. Would be wonderful, if they could figure out the accessibility thing someday, even just a ramp. And of course the obvious of taking out the smokers area on this stairwell (perhaps remove the butt cans & sign to stop this ) ?? Just a suggestion..... This place appears to have reliable food and priced fairly; (I will be back for that prime Rib)! The only downside., No desserts offered. It got me thinking.. I really appreciate how many Eugene restaurants source desserts from local bakeries. It's such a great way to support the community (major morale booster!). Would love to see this spot jump on that bandwagon." If you're into gambling video games, it's a neat little tucked away spot; Huge plus: FREE parking in their shared lot! Seriously, after dealing with parking fees everywhere else downtown this summer, that was a major win for us. Also, FREE cover; charge m, with these trying times this was an extremely pleasant surprise. Overall? Solid spot for music and hanging out, if stairs aren't a problem for your crew. Worth keeping on the list! P.s., Gals, Clean Restrooms!!!! Keep up the good work!!

The staff has always been (and still very much is) top notch in everything they do...but the food quality has dropped significantly to the point we can no longer justify the expensive. We've learned the changes began shortly after a new owner came in. Some of the changes we've noticed: The fish in the fish 'n chips is now buried in deep fried batter to the point I had to peel away most of the breading just to get to what little fish was there. The steak and eggs ($30) offers barely 4 ounces of steak, small heap of potatoes and two eggs...not enough to justify the price. They downgraded their organic, thick-cut pepper bacon to some odd, paper thin variety that is not very appealing and it would seem they no longer make their biscuits gravy in house! It now looks and tastes bland and pasty...industrialized. They used to have magnificent herbed gravy made from scratch so this is particularly disappointing. They no longer have real maple syrup. The prices remain that of an organic, farm-to-table but the food no longer qualifies and is very overpriced for what it is. I will really miss my Sunday mornings there but I just can't stomach these shortcomings. Very sad to see our favorite restaurant reduced to this state. If I could, I would give the staff 5+ stars and the food 1.
