Steak and Eggs Breakfast
Tina Q.

Been here many times we popped in other day I got the cheese burger and hubby got the steak and eggs all delicious. Great service

So many choices, so many good options and such great service! This is the perfect place for picky eater, a casual hang out and just catch up. Our server was so nice, engaging, and very helpful. The chicken strips were huge, fries were tasty and will definitely be back!

French dip and coleslaw

We were greeted and seated quickly. Kinda busy, maybe 50% full when we sat down. There are lots of TVs with football games on. We were here on Sunday early afternoon. Waited about 15 minutes to be asked for our order, not bad but not great. Friendly, courteous and helpful. We sat on the family side. Music playing was at an appropriate volume. Food was served quickly. I thought the OMG I ordered was a hot sandwich, it was just warm, it was still a good sandwich. Good fries and fry sauce and the fries were crispy and crunchy. My dining partner got the French Dip, tender excellent tender and tasty beef, the au jus was tepid. The coleslaw was dressed with a mayonnaise based dressing, described as bland.

Black and Bleu Burger

The service was great! Stopped by late and the business was packed. An employee came and sat me and my husband in a room next to the bar. It was quieter and relaxing! The beer choices were amazing!! The food came quickly and was good. Steak bites with baked potato was good and perfect for a late meal.

Receipt of bill

I had a burger, fries, and a Diet Pepsi. The burger was ok, but the patty was thin. There were very few fries. Received the bill, which was $22.50. There was a mandatory 20% tip pre-included, because I was part of 'a group' of people. I went to talk to the restaurant manager, was told s/he was unavailable (doubtful on a Friday evening). Was offered a talk with the bar manager; I agreed. Staff called to her, but she yelled out that she was too busy to talk. This should never be the case. They were completely understaffed, which is their issue, not mine. I tried to talk with the staff person, who kept cutting me off, not letting me speak. She finally turned around and wouldn't talk at all to me. I don't mind tipping for good service, but I had received poor service. Initially they forgot about my drink, no one checked if my food was alright, no refill offer on the drink. Couple this with rude staff and a mandatory 20% tip--I won't be back. (not sure why the photo of food is above my review. I did not post this photo.)

Chicken Artichoke Flatbread

Went on a Wednesday with a friend. Which I want to add that this place is perfect for meeting someone after work or afternoon for a bite and drink, also room for a decent size get together. Vibe is good. Wednesday is 12.00 flatbread day, so that's what I got, is was a good pairing with a couple of beers. Servers were great and attentive. Had a great time with a friend and good location to stop in before or after a movie or shopping in the area.

Miserable place to eat. The service was horrible. The food was awful. I'd rather have a microwave dinner.

With that meal you will experience actual satisfaction and contentment. That's the first thing I have to say in case you're reading for a recommendation of what to order. Even better if you have it late night after experiencing the best Handel's Messiah concert at the Hult in December. I had a small slider of corned beef along with his amazing fresh Kale salad garnish with shaved Parmesan, walnuts, added protein -- sausage. It came with a toasted slice of soda bread that was great. But the slider was how I realized the corned beef was PERFECTLY prepared. A taste was not enough; I decided to get the dinner plate version to take the next day up to Seattle with me. Fantastic staff included Barkeep Illyia, whose birthday it was. She kept up a steady stream of attentive care, skillful service, friendly banter with each of the clients that came in and said good by to them as they left. Hospitality was her middle name. Love that they have mugs for the regulars hanging from the ceilings, the bar space is great but so are the arm chairs and cushioned seats in the corners of the pub. I even ran into two other concertgoers who had also been so energized after the Messiah concert that they didn't want to go home. We spent a half hour at the bar unpacking the highs and best points of the performance by the Eugene Symphony Orchestra, and the symphony choir, and each of the soloists. We also unanimously agreed the tenor was fantastic, the baritone a paragon of artistic talent, the soprano sang incandescently, and that the final AMEN movement was soul healing and mind blowing simultaneously. Yeah. It was that good. This place was the right place to come to unpack it all over a Guinness and the best corned beef and cabbage in town. Love that it was open late enough to enjoy after the concert. Will be back.

It was thick slab corned beef, perfectly tender. I also got their pretzel with the beer cheese sauce. To be honest, the beer cheese wasn't my favorite...was a little gooopy and the texture wasn't great. But, the pretzel was fantastic. It has the salt, the chew, and it was a great size. I also got their colcannon. It was great! Creamy and delicious. I ordered their brown gravy too because I like gravy with my potatoes and it was hearty and a big side for the price. All in all, i definitely recommend the pint pot!

A cute area with plenty of free parking spots Very spacious inside with sports playing in a low volume so you can easily talk to people Waiters are pretty attentive without too much pressure Slider is really good. Need to try it. Really juicy patty with caramelized onions Pretzel is kinda too soft for me but huge portion Fries is big portion as well. Really crispy on the outside So yeah, try all the happy hour appetizers if you can Main courses are not so exciting. The cottage pie is mostly mashed potato with a thin layer of meat. Not very big either Sausage is pretty bland as well. Not very quality sausage Brownie is very disappointing though. Very dry and chalky. How can someone messed up with brownie? But for the price and portion, still recommend to visit

Me and my husband have been Sunday regulars for several years. North Fork used to be a true…read more"farm-to-table" and that was one of the big reasons why we loved it. The staff has always been (and still very much is) top notch in everything they do...but the food quality has dropped significantly to the point we can no longer justify the expensive. We've learned the changes began shortly after a new owner came in. Some of the changes we've noticed: The fish in the fish 'n chips is now buried in deep fried batter to the point I had to peel away most of the breading just to get to what little fish was there. The steak and eggs ($30) offers barely 4 ounces of steak, small heap of potatoes and two eggs...not enough to justify the price. They downgraded their organic, thick-cut pepper bacon to some odd, paper thin variety that is not very appealing and it would seem they no longer make their biscuits gravy in house! It now looks and tastes bland and pasty...industrialized. They used to have magnificent herbed gravy made from scratch so this is particularly disappointing. They no longer have real maple syrup. The prices remain that of an organic, farm-to-table but the food no longer qualifies and is very overpriced for what it is. I will really miss my Sunday mornings there but I just can't stomach these shortcomings. Very sad to see our favorite restaurant reduced to this state. If I could, I would give the staff 5+ stars and the food 1.

It's less than 1% of the places I visit that are true beer clean glassware astute. There are many that do a good job, but when you see the lacing on glassware that I saw tonight, you know you're in rarified air. FOOD: ok I know most people don't need out over glassware the way I do so let's discuss the food - I went more unique with a lamb sausage and a boar sausage, plus my new friends next to me shared their fries. My opinion? Awesome. Well executed sausage, the fries were really good - crisp on the outside and still perfect potato texture inside while being hot with a fry sauce side that perfectly complemented Service was great, met regulars, had tasty food - but the whale in this adventure was the care for the glassware. This is special - the owner truly cares about your experience when they nail the small details a lot of folks miss. I didn't miss this detail because it's massive in the nuance on your beer but takes special care and pride to get right. Bangers takes pride in giving you a beer in a properly maintained glass, and that's uniquely special. Applause to Bangers for attention to detail!

The food was good, but the pricing felt a bit steep. $17 dollars for a basic Seattle dog and fries feel a little high for counter service. That said, the overall vibe makes up for it. The space is open and inviting, with a great beer selection and a relaxed, dog-friendly atmosphere, which is a huge plus for us. Great place to grab a drink and hang out, just be prepared for slightly higher food prices.

I went here on the 4th of July which is hella less annoying than 4th of July in the Mission in SF aka my hood. So my beloved Lotus Garden aka vegan Chinese food that is fab that I would frequent in the day when in lived in Eugene was closed on the 4th despite their website saying they were open and walked there to find out they only are currently doing take out. Damn like Kendrick Lamar So I walk back to Big City Gaming and the friendly bartender tells me that they have an all vegetarian menu even though it isn't pure veg aka they have non veg too. It's all good baby, baby. I am starving after walking heaps in the hard sun like Eddie Vedder. So I get some water and check out the all veg menu. Upon the bartender's suggestion I go with the jackfruit tacos. They were quite alright aka two corn tortillas filled with generous portions of fajita style grilled jackfruit, topped with cabbage, pico de gallo and our signature avocado crema sauce sprinkled with queso fresco. I decided to add vegan crema and non-dairy cheese for a buck. It hit the spot. I did feel like a fish out of water with all the screens showing baseball as basketball is my jam. I am a huge Warriors fan and sad we lost Donte yet he is going to the Knicks. Cool atmosphere with screens for sports and games such as shooting basketballs in the hoop etc. Recommended for sports night!
