Came out for karaoke, food and drink. The karaoke kept us there; not the food. Its too bad too because this place has potential. Had the SW chicken salad, sweet potato fries and a quesadilla. The salad dressing was delicious and I liked the way they grilled the chicken breast. It's served in a huge bowl that is a little misleading (it really wasn't that big). Otherwise the salad was good and fresh. The fries were a let down; not crisp, warm not hot, no seasoning. The quesadilla was not good. The take away I want the owners of this place to pay attention to: If I can make it better at home? Why would I want to come out and pay for it something so basic? I wouldn't. quesadillas are fun and easy and this was boring and didnt taste very good. It was like canned corn and black beans, barely any cheese... the tortilla was not even crisped up... boring and flavorless... and way to many hot jalapeños - and I like jalapeños. But not so many that my mouth is on fire. Wheres the finesse? Put a little effort into it. Dress it up! It really needs help. I happen to be starving so I ate everything. I'll come back here to sing and drink but I don't think I would order food here again. The staff were attentive. The KJ cool. And for gods sake, please get a chef in there who knows how to cook with more than canned food! And even if you dont make your own guacamole, don't squirt it into a serving cup! I love everything about this place. We are frequent customers of the Barger Grill, and the Gateway Taphouse. So what's not to love about this place? The food is always great, and consistent at all of the locations. I love the seating. Why the 3 stars here? Well almost every time we have come to this location the servers do not seem too friendly. Yesterday took the cake for me after one of our servers forgot what my Son, and I ordered so I spoke up. She typed it in wrong. There wasn't an apology, and when the correct food was brought you just could sense tension. Our friend also ordered something, and there was just a look on the servers face that didn't sit well with me. I get people have a bad day, and if that was her case, we the customer shouldn't have to feel it. Hopefully she isn't always like that. I will have to say, the few times we have come in the service wasn't as friendly as the other two places. So even though the food is great, and as consistent no matter what you order, I rank this one 3rd just for service. read more

This has become a regular place for my friend and I. First of all, the prices are great. They have daily specials so be sure to take advantage of those. Examples include $10 burger and brew on Mondays, Taco Tuesday includes $2.50 tacos (and they're good size) as well as $5 margs and $3.50 Coronas, and $5 whiskeys on Wednesday! I think happy hour is all day on Sat and Sun as well. They also do a good breakfast, too. In addition to their specials, they're still well priced. Their burgers and sandwiches and even salads are all very good and have huge portion sizes. They have a small covered patio with fire pit tables on the side and plenty of parking out back. The vibes here are great, especially if you like a good sports bar (plenty of TVs) with pool tables. There was plenty of parking outside and plenty of seating inside. We came for dinner on Friday evening and they were pretty busy, but it was super easy to find seating inside. The bartenders were quick and friendly, they helped us with our order and answered all of our questions. The food and drinks came quickly. The drinks were typical bar drinks (both cocktails and beer). As for food, we ordered the sliders (okay), tater tots (great), clam chowder (great), parmesan garlic wings (great), and mac & cheese bites (great). Overall, I would recommend this place to friends. A few months ago I would have given Chambers Grill a 5-star review. It seems this business, like many, has decided to drastically cut quality. We were there about once a week and often ordered the hummus plate because it was excellent. Nice warm pita bread, feta cheese, olives, crisp sliced cukes and carrots, good hummus. Last week we ordered the same dish and this time it consisted of a grilled cut up hamburger bun, no feta cheese, four (4) tiny olives, no cukes. The carrots consisted of six (6) mini carrots that were obviously wet when put on the plate because the small serving of hummus was runny from the excess moisture. We will try one more time and if this was a one-time thing, I will correct this review. read more

First of all, the lady was nice. We ordered biscuits and gravy and it was... ehhhh... We got our food and it seemed fine at first. But when we opened the bag there was NO FORKS?!?!? What do you think we are??? Beasts?!?!? My brother said it smelled like barf. It didn't, but it still smelled weird. the bread was weird and crumbly and the gravy was also strange tasting. At least it came with napkins, though! But seriously, I'm sure others love the biscuits and gravy that you serve. This is just my opinion, obviously. Got back home and opened containers and both servings were kid size. Thin cut fish, short pieces, and mostly batter. So disappointing! I would expect 4 tiny pieces for a kids menu, but not a full basket of food. Plus the price is ridiculous! Fish tasted dry and not much flavor other than batter. This is the closest bar to my house, but even if it wasn't, I'd still go. The staff are amazing, the owner is down to earth and goes the extra mile where he can. We really wanted to check this place out because this location has had many changes of ownership. We are hoping this one sticks around for a while because we believe it's a great addition to this area of town. Also, because it is walking distance from our friend's house and we have all already expressed how excited we are to make the trek once Summer hits. The space is huge. Big enough to house several billiards tables, a huge central bar, and booths and table seating lining the walls. The evening we visited I only got a boring beer. But I am looking forward to returning with said friends to sample their fully stocked bar and also order something from their kitchen. This would also be a good spot to watch a sporting event at if you are in to that sort of thing. read more

It's a cute little spot with solid food. My partner and I have only eaten breakfast here but we've yet to be disappointed. The full five stars really belong to the service though. Our bartender and server, Holly, was amazingly attentive and even remembered our drink order after only one visit. This is a wonderful place tucked away in the what used to be Lani Kai on Chambers. Staff is fantastic and the food is awesome with Angel in the back cooking (but he doesn't work breakfast) We had 4 drinks, 2 apps and an entree for $50. Garlic parm wings and fried cheese curds were amazing and the French dip with fries were great as well. I got whiskey and a beer, so nothing to really write about there. My girl got a cosmo and a press, both were really good. Atmosphere was friendly and inviting and the place was very nice and clean. They have 12 TVs and a good amount of seating. It ain't the biggest place but it certainly has a lot of charm. Also if anyone has the pleasure of knowing Mike, they know he is an absolute gem and a great bartender and even better person. Since its reopening (following the COVID shut-down), this is one of our favorite pubs. The menu has been updated and expanded, and much improved (IMHO). The server (Megan) is attentive, friendly and helpful. The tables (and bathroom!) are clean, the space (and portions) are huge, the food tastes like it was made with love, which really matters. This is not typical bar food. There are healthy options available, in addition to standard fare one may wish to enjoy at a pub. My sweetie and I have already been there three times since the re-opening, and our fourth visit is quickly approaching :) I recommend checking it out; it's always awesome to support our local restaurants! read more

This place has so much potential, great atmosphere, good food but its either under staffed or the staff are not efficient, haven't figured out which? Slow service every time we have went, even if the server is busy it doesn't take much to acknowledge your presence or how's your food or would you like another drink. Picked up a take out order last night, first time trying this place. Ordered a smashburger w/grilled onions and mayo; and a cobb salad w/crispy chix, no avocado and ranch dressing. Got home and the burger was plain, not even cheese, and just had the mayo and onions. The salad was missing the blue cheese crumbles, had the wrong chicken and didn't even have the dressing. Luckily the bartender asked before I left if I wanted sauce and I asked for ranch. Curly fries were very underwhelming. This was the first, and probably last time trying this place. I get this place is new but your staff aren't on their A game. There was only ONE bartender and it was a Wednesday night but with the blazer game going it's a bit busy and I'm surprised there isn't more staff. My husband ordered food and he doesn't NOT like pickles with a PASSION so when we asked for it to be re made the bartender asked if he would be ok with the cook just "taking them off". Really great bar with a friendly staff. Lots of cold beer on tap, with specials all week. Weekends is happy hour all day. Bathrooms are really clean and so is the rest of the bar. Heaters for smoking outside. Gas Fireplace creates an epic ambiance. The only thing keeping this place at a 3, and not our friends spot, is the menu/food. The menu is very limited, and the quality of food is just awful. I mean, awful. Really wish they'd revamp their menu. Toss the old one all together, and start over. Blow it up. Ate dinner here on a Wed night with half price appetizers. It's a pub with pretty good food. Music is a little loud at certain tables. We arrived at 6:00 and it seemed like they need to hire one more server. Once the server came to our table though, she was great!! I've not been a fan of spam but tried the spam fries and liked them! The cheese and jalapeno stuffed tots were great! The chef did not follow my special requests for my burger but the server rectified it. Hmm...Just ate here after they changed from the Hawaiian ( really liked the food on 3 different trips) to the Pub motif. The food was just mediocre in quality and price. Mama got a low level food type sickness after eating there, I had something different and was fine afterwards so who knows ? Love this place. Great staff. Great bar atmosphere. The burger and jalapeño tots are amazing. A lot of Tv's to watch your favorite sports event. They have Diamond pool tables for all you pool sharks. Video lottery for the gamblers and just a great place to come hangout with your favorite people or people you just need to entertain. read more

This is a local pub for me and I had high expectations. After a dozen dining experiences I find it very hit/miss. A lot of that has to do with staff. Food is reliable and average pub grub. Recently (3/04/20), after ordering a beer (draft) and commenting that it was flat I was mocked as a fool. After which, lthey reluctantly gave me another. Then, as I was checking out I notified the woman bartender that I was overcharged. She, knowing that I was right, corrected the bill but gave off huge attitude while doing it. That, plus a snarky comment confirmed for me that I will never go back despite it's convenient location. I found Dusty, who was working that night to be quite kind and reasonable. The short woman with a ponytail, however, is decidedly, unfriendly. I eat out every day and have for years. I will never go back. read more
