This was something you can get at Chilis! Service: Servers were nice. Only came around once to refill out drinks. The food came out really slow! We waited for over an hour and it wasn't that busy. Lot of empty seats! I was appreciative of the server letting us know service/tip already included on our bill. Don't think we'd come back here again.

I happen to run businesses that include bars. I also rent properties and decided to visit establishments nearby the properties and land that I have listed. I like to visit neighboring businesses to get a better picture of the area. I have visited Shooters about a dozen times in my travels. The business that they are running is incredibly illegal, racist, and sexist. They do not card men. I've watched multiple men walk in and be served immediately while other people wait. I've asked to be served and watched bartender eat food directly in front of me and refuse to serve incapacitated individuals. I've asked to eat and have not been recognized. I've been there multiple times hoping that the women bartenders were having bad days. Unfortunately, that is the norm at Shooters. They have one male bartender. I asked him for a pitcher. about 10 minutes after he decided it was appropriate to converse with paying customers he said,"How many cups and I responded,'three'". He ignored me, and said incredibly sexist things to some "Regulars" that he was not charging. and after saying incredibly inappropriate things, he yelled at me, "HOW MANY CUPS?!!!!!" I responded, "three". He looked at me angrily and did not respond. After not being helped out or offered menus and sitting at dirty and disgusting (They do jot wipe down tables or the bar) table I chose to close out. The man who was bartending was talking about how bitchy a woman was but at least she had a "tight little ass". His customers, who were obviously regulars, talked about women in a disgusting and unprofessional manner. He continued to ignore me. I spoke up to mention that I would REALLY like to close out. He looked at me and went back to loudly discussing the sexual nature of women he has seen in a completely unprofessional manner. We went there to get food but we we're unable to order due to the Bartender completely ignoring us. Also, in Oregon, you have to offer food in an atmosphere that has alcohol. Having it available is not the same as offering food. This establishment should be shut down. Having a vast knowledge of the the service industry: I am shocked that this place gets away with their staff eating and drinking alcohol in front of customers. They do not pay attention to customers that aren't tipping them outside of their POS system and their sanitation is horrendous. SHOOTER'S WILL NOT LET YOU EAT. We decided to close out to find food since this place does not serve anyone but regulars we had to spend our money at a place that wants to serve their customers. He was incredibly rude and told me he was talking. I asked to close out. He had completely ignored me each time I asked before. I said, "You are saying incredibly sexists things and it's really unprofessional." He responded and loudly talked to his regulars (who were not paying the amount the rest of us do). He said: IF YOU DONT LIKE IT THEN DONT COME HERE! His regulars ganged up upon us. WHY DO YOU EVEN COME HERE?! WE DONT WANT YOU HERE! The bartender laughed and joined in on their chastising. All we have wanted to do is get a drink and order something off of the menu. He has refused to feed us or let us close out which is illegal in the state of Oregon. The biggest problem is ALL of the bartenders are out of control. They are charging whomever they want, refusing food, and refusing not to close out. Shooters should not be in business. If so, they need to fire their bartenders and create a new LEGAL culture. I will reach out to OLCC so that a place like this does not exist. read more

There's a woman that works here at this bar and it's so sad she leaves her dog in the car a hot car it doesn't matter what kind of car she leaves her dog in the car her entire f****** shift and sometimes doesn't go out for three and a half hours to check on this dog she thinks because she gives it water and keeps water on the floorboard of the car that it's okay and when people find her then she hides her car I've called the police on her four times this woman needs to be stalked before this dog dies this summer in a car and she's too lazy to leave it at home because she doesn't want to tear up the house but she won't bring it inside her work because I didn't do the same so this woman doesn't want to train his dog she just wants to have it and leave it in a f****** hot car somebody needs to speak up and say something to her it's horrible dogs can't speak somebody else needs to speak if they're not too drunk I will call every time on this woman every time I see her car every time I see that dog in that car doesn't matter how long it's been in there it is illegal to leave your dog in a f****** car even with the windows cracked it doesn't f****** matter and f*** the Eugene police they suck and they don't act like they give a s*** but yet on the news when they're telling stories about how they help the animals then they give a s***. read more

This place just changed hands to a new owner, with a new menu. Already, the service has been amazing! Jennifer is very personable, and it is clear she wants to provide superior service and amazing products. My while family got something different, and from the perfectly done burger that is on par with our favorites, to a special request for a buffalo chicken wrap, to even the salad... it was amazing. I stopped frequenting this establishment a few years ago, and now, with this experience... I feel it will soon become my go-to. Do not miss the chance to try this place!!! read more
