The lamb shank and half chicken are the best, if your In the mood for cocktails you have to get Q's cup and their smoked ol fashion which is to die for. Don't forget the bread pudding OMG the bread pudding!!! I could eat this all day everyday..... I wish I could complement every portion of our experience the only downside was the lack of manager presence we ask our server to speak to the manager and she said that she was busy which is understandable but when she came out later we where completely ignored even after we waved her down. I came here for dinner with my boyfriend and his family. We all can't wait to come back! The restaurant is located on a golf course so your dinner comes with beautiful views. The inside of the restaurant is very stylish and clean as well. The staff are all dressed professionally and very accommodating. All of our drinks were made perfectly as we requested - we got dirty martinis to start and a bottle of wine for dinner. The brussel sprout appetizer is a must try - the whole table was raving about it!! Both the bistro steak and wagyu were incredible and cooked exactly as we ordered. You can add on scallops or shrimp to your steak which, I loved! We got a lot of desserts because we were celebrating 2 birthdays. My personal favorite was the seasonal dark chocolate pumpkin cheesecake which, is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had and such a unique combo. This was my second time here. The first time I had breakfast with some friends. We all order different plates so we could try a little if everything. The food was very tasty. Some of the girls had the bottomless mimosas. The waitress that took our order was very patient with us. We were a party of 6 and all our first time here. So she made our experience very pleasant. The second time I took my husband and met up with a couple of our friends. They have golfed there but never ate the restaurant. We sat outside that looked out to the beautiful, green well manicured gold course. Three of use got the fish & chips (mahi fish) came with fries, this was super yummy. My apologies to the business We came here for breakfast one morning while we were staying on the property for a wedding. We had a complete group with us but this morning there was just three. It was very quiet and a nice place. Everything looked very elegant. I ordered the barbacoa Benedict which was out of this world. The barbacoa was cooked perfectly! And the eggs were also perfect. Sometimes it's hard to get a good Benedict egg and they make the yolk too done. This one was nice and runny when you cut through it with a fork, which is how Benedict should be One of the people in our group also got what I think was the carnitas omelette which looked very good. We discovered this restaurant as it was next to the hotel we stayed at. I ordered the steak medium rare. The meat was well seasoned. The cook on the meat left just the very center rare. The potato and vegetable accompaniment with a chunky chimichurri was flavorful and just the right contrast to the meat. There was a buttery taste that lingered in my mouth which added to the experience. My boyfriend ordered the lamb and the crust of the chop was crispy but did not overpower the meat. The wait staff was very accommodating with changing the heating twice for us and checked in regularly. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

We arrived quite a bit earlier than our reservation time but they were easily able to accommodate us (it wasn't even 11 am yet and it had been pouring rain outside all morning). The mister had a pulled pork hash...it comes with tomatillo sauce...she also brought a hollandaise and tabasco for him I had a cheeseburger...herb mayo on the side...I also got some ranch for my fries! ...and I dipped my fries in that hollandaise sauce also! so yum ! we also had a bottle of Napa bubbles (when in wine country). perfect experience. Usually we have a fantastic experience when we dine at Cork Fire but today was bafflingly awful due to our treatment by our server, I believe his name was Leo. We were seated promptly and then waited 15 minutes and finally had to ask another staff member where our waiter was before Leo came over and took our drink order. It was like he was hiding in the back, he was so scarce. It took him an unreasonably long time to take our food order as well. The food was delicious as always. No complaints when it comes to quality there! Leo failed to inform us that Cork Fire is apparently now cashless until we were trying to pay our bill. When we requested a split bill as a result, Leo overcharged us $60 and then disappeared into the back of the restaurant for 20 minutes. We couldn't flag him down because he straight up disappeared. Eventually we were able to get him over to our table to correct his mistake after waiting 20-25 minutes. Seriously, Cork Fire is one of our favorite spots in town and Leo does NOT represent the high quality experience we usually enjoy when we visit. read more

Pechanga' food is so bad and they are always crowded.. We had salad / pano cake ' waffle and omelet, everything tasted so good but their portion is kinda small, price range was around $16-18. Hostess was amazing. Showed up at 1 for our reservation ended up at the bar for an hour waiting for our table. Ordered the bottomless mimosas, yummy. Table was finally ready at 2 . We were told our bottomless mimosas were done and brunch was over. Ridiculous. Ordered the chicken sandwich and when it came we had no bacon jam. Excellent. 5 star Until recently (for us). My wife and I escape here as much as we can. Ever since we had their filet mignon, which was hands down the best both of us had ever had, and remains so. It was consistent, and something we looked forward to. Unfortunately, they recently changed their menu a little and replace the filet mignon with a different filet cut. My wife and I had that cut as well as the wagyu. And while both we very good. (I will order again for sure), neither stacked up to their previous filet mignon. For the record, we have had every other dish they have and all were very good. I highly recommend giving them a try. However, if the Chef is reading this. Please return the filet mignon to the menu, (keep the other cuts too!). Please, you had the best, and we happily paid for it. Hands down the best dessert donuts as well. And I am huge fan of their blackened Brussels sprouts. read more

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! We found this place online and we were not disappointed. The view in almost any seat of this place is spectacular. It overlooks the golf course and a beautiful waterfall. The menu is made with ingredients from there garden (which we could see being watered from our view) they had organic options and that's all before we even ate anything. We order chilaquiles and huevos rancheros they were Delicious!! The strawberry champagne salad was also amazing. Then we ended our meal with this ooey gooey but crispy bread pudding. It was amazing. The service was also fantastic. Our waiter, Christian I think was kind and attentive and gave great recommendations. We plan to come back for dinner. Also!! The prices were not outrageous for breakfast/brunch. We've gone to terrible restaurants and paid more. Lastly and this is weird because I've never said this in a review but their bathrooms were tip top clean and sound proof. I mean extra stars just for that. We were here years ago, and came back when we were in the area because we had positive memories of the place. Unfortunately, maybe we were mistaken, or things have just changed since then. Our order took forever to arrive, and when it arrived it looked as if it had been just sitting there for a while, forgotten. I had splurged and ordered the wagyu beef, but I shouldn't have bothered. It arrived overcooked and pretty sad looking. They redid it for me, but it was just ok, I just ate it since I was super hungry already. The one bright spot was the Brussels sprouts appetizer, that one was delicious. My family had burgers, they were ok but nothing special. Dessert was meh, and I'm pretty easy to please with dessert. For brunch I had, what may have been, the best waffles of my life. The Churro Waffles were not only perfect in taste, but they were crispy like a churro as well. I wish I could give this a better review. First, walking in it seemed like it was closed. It was not very inviting and when the hostess asked us about our reservation, she looked around at the bar area and said, oh well nothing is clean in here let me find you a different table. I guess when I think you have a reservation, especially on a Monday night, that your table is "pre-selected" for you, for the time slot you reserved. Seemed as though you just get what you get when you walk in, regardless of reservation time or even if you have a reservation or you just walk in. Our server was sweet, she was training, and she seemed very experienced in the service industry just new at this particular establishment. She was kind as was her trainer. I'm not sure if there just wasn't any bread or anything to munch on but it was awkward to not have anything while we waited. The coconut corn soup was good but very Luke warm, border-line cold, not sure if it was meant to be warm or cold? Presentation was pretty but I would've preferred it warmer and some bread with it. Drink selection was definitely lacking. I took the advice of the training server and thought I was getting a "special" cocktail, but it just turned out to be a mule of some kind. Drinkable, but not worth ordering again. Our food came and my lamb shank looked very presentable but very very rare, not medium rare, not even cut-able. It was chewy and flavorless. The grits were cold and there wasn't much juice or moisture to it at all. I normally LOVE lamb, and I would never order this again. My fiancé had the salmon, the crunch of the seared skin was yummy but once again not much flavor other than pretty "fishy". My portion was ok but the salmon was tiny all be it edible but not satisfying and our server, nor trainer ever came back to see how it was all tasting until we were ready for the check. I tried to cut off what I could of the lamb but it was very bland and Luke warm. No dessert was offered, no offer for more drinks, or a mention if we even "enjoyed" the drinks. We wanted to leave as soon as we could. No great views or ambiance, I didn't like the attire of the servers and hostess were wearing for the amount we paid. It was my birthday and they never even mentioned it, even though my fiancé booked it as a birthday celebration. Overall, super disappointed. I wouldn't say I'm boujee but I felt really bad this wasn't better for the price, location, or as a birthday dinner. Wish it would've been a better experience. read more

The food was absolutely delectable. We came for the churro waffle, but it is currently removed from the main menu unless you order on the kids menu. We ordered two of them and it was one of the best decisions ever made! They taste exactly like churros, a crispy waffle with a delicate soft inside and sugar evenly and thoroughly sprinkled. I got garden fresh and eggs (I forgot the official name) and it was amazing. It has a oily seeming vinaigrette with sweet peppers, spinach, roasted tomatoes, and a sunny side egg on top. It was so flavorful and fresh! The potatoes have a crispy outside but still remaining its soft inside. From the scrambled eggs to the toast everything was truly perfect! Cork Fire... a name synonymous with good food. I've eaten here a handful of times and have yet to be disappointed with the entrees I've selected. The staff is top notch and you're rarely left waiting for service or attention and the ambiance inside lets you forget that your next to a golf course. Although I do enjoy watching the golfers. My son had a two day golf tournament at Temecula Creek Inn so I ended up waking up there on a Sunday morning. It also happened to be my birthday and I have to say it was a wonderful way to spend my breakfast. I enjoyed a bottomless mimosa and some good coffee there. My husband had the Barbacoa eggs Benedict and I had the huevos rancheros. The kids had a nice selection from the kids menu. I trade my daughters cinnamon waffles and it tasted like churros. So good. Although it was a little chilly outside, the staff opened up the large window that leads out to the outdoor seating with a great view of the golf course. They had space heaters so it didn't feel too cold out and while we waited for the food to come we went out with our coffee to enjoy the beautiful Temecula morning.
