Meat was cold, and tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and cucumber sauce were OK, the pita, soft.) The mayo I requested for my fries was runny. Nothing but oil came out of the package and onto me and my seat, right through the fry cup. Ugh. She was wearing a name badge, but it was blank. I guess "in uniform" with a name badge doesn't mean a name has to be on it to some people. I managed fast food for a couple of years, so I know the concept. It's just disappointing how the industry has dropped its quality and service since 2019, pre-covid. Now they blame it on short staffed, no supplies, or whatever. We need accountability. And I need to either lower my expectations or eat at home, as options to fast food.
