I called 10/20/25 @4:45pm spoke with Katie and she took my order. Quoted me 51.58. I was asking as to why it was 51.58. She was very rude and with irritation in her voice overspeaking me. I will never order from her again and I will tell everyone that I know to never visit the Dunn location. She needs customer service training bad. I can see why there is never customer at the location. Get some better workers that knows how to talk to customers. read more

Upon entry I asked to speak to a manager he doesnt greet just says "speaking to the manager" with itritation in his voice. The store was clean. The food was good but the service needs improvement. Others taking my order at other times have been rude or act like a customer is bothering them. read more

I placed an order using the app for the location 3 miles away. I put in my address and was directed to this location. After waiting for the order I was called and then told they could not deliver to us and the order had been cancelled. I ordered on 4/6 and my money is still being held 6 days later. I have had deliveries by this same location when I lived 6 miles away from them. I dont understand why if I put my address in, it directs me to a location that will not deliver to me. Most times it will tell you beforehand that the location is out of delivery range. I find it incredible that here it is almost a week later and this authorization hasnt dropped off of my bank account yet. I used to love PIzza Hut but this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be dining with them ever again. Thanks Dominos for being further away but having no problem delivering to my house. You will be getting my business from now on. read more

We come here frequently for the lunch buffet as it is quick and decently priced for lunch. Our only complaint would be that there is never pepperoni pan pizza on the buffet and that we do have to ask for one to be made when we come in. Of course, they made it without any issue so we do get one that hot and fresh. read more

So me and my friend went to this location yesterday and ordered two appetizers- cheese sticks and bread sticks. First thing, my bread sticks came out freezing cold and the butter on top was chunky. They looks like pre-made bread sticks that weren't warmed up. I asked to send them back because they were gross. Pizza comes- my friends pizza is perfect. Mine comes and (I ordered pepperoni, chicken, mushrooms and onions with Parmesan crust) it comes with Alfredo sauce . I sent it back. Next pizza comes and no mushrooms. I asked if she would please send it back. She comes back and it's the same pizza with raw mushrooms on top of it. They were gross. Sent it back. Next pizza was made by the manager , with no crust flavor. I didn't even worry about it, I just kept it like that. I mean how hard could it be?? Anyway , he gave us our meal free and the waitress was very nice. I left her a nice tip because she did her best. read more

Well. Just tried getting two 5 dollar pizzas from pizza hut and it has to be ordered online for a one topping medium pizza to be $5 dollars plus tax. Otherwise each one topping medium pizza will cost $8.95... THE VERY SAME PIZZA! I am TRYING TO SUPPORT local businesses, but some really just do NOT DESERVE my HARD EARNED money. So... In a word terrible! I've been here several times and I was appalled about what I witnessed. Knowing that their lunch buffet is the busiest time of the day they had three employees on duty. The girl at the register was bussing tables, waiting on tables and having to run the register. Horrible and most of the tables weren't bussed or cleaned. We waited ten minute to be seated because the tables weren't cleaned. The food stunk. Yuck tuck call corporate and see how they react. That poor lady was killing herself because of bad management. I ordered a pizza at 5:03, delivery to be 5:33. One hour later, no pizza. Called, last night story about driver not showing up, etc. sorry, but that's not my problem. Tell me upfront that it's going to be over an hour, and I'll go pick it up myself or order from somewhere else. Also, the advertised special of $11 pizza ends up being over $16. read more
