id say, this place has been on a gradual decline over the last several years, i mean its good on sundays after the during the end of the church crowd so its not to busy, and they are still bringing out pizzas pretty fast, oh they also have amazing spaghetti, they just recently replaced the disgusting old booths and carpet, and it really does look good, but I wouldn't say its the best still read more

The food and service today was top notch. We got there before closing and they made us fresh pizza and made sure we were well taken care of. Very clean as well. Thanks Rhonda, Kaylee and Tara Anne! read more

I hadn't been to this location in quite some time and to say i was disappointed is an understatement. The food was cold, the floors were disgusting looked like it hadn't been swept in hours. The staff was kind mostly, but not worth the money i paid for 2 people to eat there, i had 4 slices of pizza a salad and ice cream and normally there's more to eat there that's available to be eaten but there was nothing there. The buffet its self was disgusting and over all such a disappointing experience. I will not be back ever. I'd rather eat at Cicis than eat here a ever again. read more

Always great, in and out quick and fresh pizza. The ambience is good, reminds me of going when I was a kid. read more

The hospitality and service was excellent! Melissa and Layla were so kind and very hospitable. The restaurant was decorated very cute and everyone was kind and welcoming! As soon as we walked in Melissa greeted us and asked us what kind of pizza we would like and within minutes pizza of our choice was on the buffet table. What a blessing and this kindness made us feel important! Thankful for this great experience! read more

Our server was sweet but this was the filthiest place I've ever eaten. I can't understand how they are allowed to be open.

The ordering and pick up experience were great. Staff is friendly and efficient. The pizza was also good. I was disappointed in the spaghetti deluxe. I have never ordered it before and the description did not indicate that a gooey yellow cheese sauce was used in it instead of the usual mozzarella that is used in most Italian dishes. I had to scoop out gobs of cheese sauce. I will not order that again! read more

We stumbled upon this little gem in Dunn NC. Such a friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed from the moment you step in the door! A real family restaurant that is welcoming from the get go. You can tell the locals love it and have a good time with plenty of good food made to their liking. Nobody feels like a stranger here. read more

The food. The service. They are all good. Not to mention the cost is very reasonable. It's very dated though and really needs a face lift. The one thing I wish I could over look. Is one of the Staff Members always wears the shirt. Black History 24/7. Where the others wear either have on a plain shirt or one that says Pizza Inn. The media is always putting race in our face. Kinda like to get away from it when I go out to eat. read more

Great buffet. Service could improve. Not bad but didn't get refills regularly. Definitely worth another try. Best pizza around

Food here was ok, not the greatest. It took them a little while to have pizza available at the buffet.

Worst visit here ever. Stood there to wait and sit down no one around. Pizza cold cold cold. When new came out it was extra greasy. No more read more

This place was awesome! Rhonda was very nice and accommodating. The staff was so nice and worked their tails off for all 65 kids and about 15 adults.. My sons Marching Band stopped by for lunch in between Christmas parades. The pizza and the dessert pizza was so delicious. I will definitely be returning. read more

Great great service. Food is so good . We go every week. Great prices. Cheeseburger pizza is so good.

Good selection of pizzas on the buffet and a very attentive staff. Overall a good value.

We love this Pizza Inn! Not only is the food delicious but the staff are so kind and accommodating. They also have gluten free options for those with food sensitivities. Always a joy to dine at the Dunn Pizza Inn :) read more

Ate here tonight, by myself. Seemed like a three ring circus. All the pizza pans on the buffet had at least two different pizzas in them as they had been combine. They were all cold. The waitress seemed over eager to endear herself to me with her "southern charm". The servers appeared to be desperate for customers to sit in their section. It took 45 minutes to get hot pizza from the buffet. I was offered a coupon which entitled me to a free buffet after purchasing 14. Meanwhile, the staff was treated to a dressing down by some blond haired manager within earshot of most of the diners. It will take a while for me to forget this evening and come back. read more

Excellent!! Buffet was great. Staff kept the buffet well stocked. Tabitha was very friendly. Check on us several times. Making sure we were happy. Friendly staff. read more

If you want no choices, burnt pizza and soggy spaghetti this is your place. The dessert bar was pretty empty whole time we have been here. Hardly any pizza and our poor waitress is working her butt off as she has to many tables. We are still here and I suggested to my husband from now on to go to the one in Smithfield. It's cleaner. Service is friendlier and the food there is fresh and abundant. Don't eat here in dunn the management sucks. read more

So glad the OLD management is back here, the food is awesome again! Give it a shot!!!

We go here all the time! Now that the old leadership team is back in place you can tell a huge change in the quality of the dinning and food. My kids always want their chocolate pizza and so do I. read more

Place is a little dirty on the booths and the floors, but the staff was super friendly and always checking in on us to see if we wanted anything special on the buffet line. read more

This is the nasty place I've ever seen we went today Mother's Day for a family lunch and their was 3 big water bugs flying all around us while we were trying to eat climbing all up the walls and flying right into the table where my sister was feeding her child we told our server about the bugs and she made it out as it was normal she was very rude when we told her we were not satisfied and she replied to my sister that if we were at Walmart and there was a bug they would not give us a discount on a shirt I was not siting down at Walmart to have lunch all in all this place is very nasty and dirty. read more

HORRIBLE. Waited 10 mins to be seated. Waitress never came back to see how we were doing then finally showed back up to fill our drinks when we wanted to leave. Never gave us our ticket. Was not worth 23.00 bucks for two buffets. NEVER COMING BACK read more

If you are looking for taco, spaghetti, dessert, or chicken tender pizza then I guess this is the place to go... If you're looking for authentically good, New York style, with fresh ingredients pizza then this is not the place. Seriously the pepperoni pizza we ordered tasted the same as the doughy crap they give to kids in elementary school in the cafeteria. So gross. Not a 'real pizza' place by any means. Store bought frozen pizza is even better. Dissatisfied read more

This Pizza Inn is known for its bright cheerful and highly entertaining carnival like atmosphere. This makes it great for children. The pizza isn't bad either. The problem with this Pizza Inn is the overall cleanliness. It feels like everything you touch is either sticky or greasy. From my experience, the wait staff is just as displeasing. They openly act as if they don't want to be there and are forgetful. If you drink a lot when you eat, this is not going to be a good experience for you. read more

My husband was really excited when he found out there was a pizza inn in Dunn. It was the first place we went out to eat at since moving here. I knew it wasn't going to have authentic New York pizza like I prefer but what we got was worse than I anticipated. Pizza tasted awful. The buffet area is small and since they were busy the food ran out fast. Everytime an employee bright out a pizza there was a mad rush to the bar. My husband was really looking forward to the dessert pizza and he was unimpressed. The only good thing about here was the service. Our server was busy but still attentive, which I wasn't expecting after having to ask for a high chair three times to contain our toddler. read more

Like many who grew up in Dunn, I've been going to this Pizza Inn location since I could walk. Had many birthdays there, even remember ruining one of them when I spilled a whole plate of spaghetti on my shirt when I was probably 5 or 6 years old. Over the years I've seen it's ups and downs. Recently, it been taken over by a new owner (as previous reviewer noted, same manager from when it was THE place to go in Dunn) and been completely remodeled. Food and service is great. My favorites are the spaghetti, buffalo chicken pizza, and of course the runny chocolate chip dessert pizza! If you have not been in a while, give it another shot! read more
