The hospitality and service was excellent! Melissa and Layla were so kind and very hospitable. The restaurant was decorated very cute and everyone was kind and welcoming! I hadn't been to this location in quite some time and to say i was disappointed is an understatement. The food was cold, the floors were disgusting looked like it hadn't been swept in hours. The staff was kind mostly, but not worth the money i paid for 2 people to eat there, i had 4 slices of pizza a salad and ice cream and normally there's more to eat there that's available to be eaten but there was nothing there. The buffet its self was disgusting and over all such a disappointing experience. I will not be back ever. I'd rather eat at Cicis than eat here a ever again. read more

The ordering and pick up experience were great. Staff is friendly and efficient. The pizza was also good. I was disappointed in the spaghetti deluxe. I have never ordered it before and the description did not indicate that a gooey yellow cheese sauce was used in it instead of the usual mozzarella that is used in most Italian dishes. We stumbled upon this little gem in Dunn NC. Such a friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed from the moment you step in the door! A real family restaurant that is welcoming from the get go. This place was awesome! Rhonda was very nice and accommodating. The staff was so nice and worked their tails off for all 65 kids and about 15 adults.. Ate here tonight, by myself. Seemed like a three ring circus. All the pizza pans on the buffet had at least two different pizzas in them as they had been combine. They were all cold. The waitress seemed over eager to endear herself to me with her "southern charm". The servers appeared to be desperate for customers to sit in their section. It took 45 minutes to get hot pizza from the buffet. I was offered a coupon which entitled me to a free buffet after purchasing 14. Meanwhile, the staff was treated to a dressing down by some blond haired manager within earshot of most of the diners. It will take a while for me to forget this evening and come back. read more

If you want no choices, burnt pizza and soggy spaghetti this is your place. The dessert bar was pretty empty whole time we have been here. Hardly any pizza and our poor waitress is working her butt off as she has to many tables. We are still here and I suggested to my husband from now on to go to the one in Smithfield. It's cleaner. This is the nasty place I've ever seen we went today Mother's Day for a family lunch and their was 3 big water bugs flying all around us while we were trying to eat climbing all up the walls and flying right into the table where my sister was feeding her child we told our server about the bugs and she made it out as it was normal she was very rude when we told her we were not satisfied and she replied to my sister that if we were at Walmart and there was a bug they would not give us a discount on a shirt I was not siting down at Walmart to have lunch all in all this place is very nasty and dirty. read more

My husband was really excited when he found out there was a pizza inn in Dunn. It was the first place we went out to eat at since moving here. I knew it wasn't going to have authentic New York pizza like I prefer but what we got was worse than I anticipated. Pizza tasted awful. The buffet area is small and since they were busy the food ran out fast. Everytime an employee bright out a pizza there was a mad rush to the bar. My husband was really looking forward to the dessert pizza and he was unimpressed. The only good thing about here was the service. This Pizza Inn is known for its bright cheerful and highly entertaining carnival like atmosphere. This makes it great for children. The pizza isn't bad either. The problem with this Pizza Inn is the overall cleanliness. It feels like everything you touch is either sticky or greasy. From my experience, the wait staff is just as displeasing. Like many who grew up in Dunn, I've been going to this Pizza Inn location since I could walk. Had many birthdays there, even remember ruining one of them when I spilled a whole plate of spaghetti on my shirt when I was probably 5 or 6 years old. Over the years I've seen it's ups and downs. Recently, it been taken over by a new owner (as previous reviewer noted, same manager from when it was THE place to go in Dunn) and been completely remodeled. Food and service is great. My favorites are the spaghetti, buffalo chicken pizza, and of course the runny chocolate chip dessert pizza! If you have not been in a while, give it another shot! read more
