    a pizza order

NEVER EVER use Noahs Pizza for any of your catering needs. My daughter and I ate there three times before her wedding. It was tasty. Affordable. Close to the venue. We also decided to use them for our rehearsal dinner. Here is what didn't happen: The $50 deposit for the room for rehearsal dinner - we were told it was non-refundable and is to hold the room but is applied to the bill of food day of event. When we twent to pay the bill, we were told the $50 was non-refundable and just for the room. The food for rehearsal was very flavorless and skimpy. The wings were not tasty. They left one pair of tongs for three pans of varied flavored wings. The salad was supposed to have grilled chicken. There was ONE chicken breast in the full pan of salad. The large pizza was tasty. The fries were tasty but extremely expensive. We had a half pan of fries and they charged $40. The serving staff was unfriendly and not very attentive. There were 30 of us and many of us were thirsty. Wedding day: We had ordered three different dishes. Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and broccoli, pasta and meatballs and lasagna. At our meeting beforehand the owner's wife, Angela, bragged about their lasagna and how it had just been featured on the news, so we ordered some. The day of the wedding they didn't bring lasagna. We had 130 guests and we ran out of food because they didn't bring all that we had ordered. She gave us back $150 cash to account for our missing food. But the damage was done. People were hungry so they devoured the desserts and we ran out of desserts. Trickle down effect. Again at the wedding, same two staff members from rehearsal dinner the night before. They were unsmiling and unfriendly. Used the same serving spoon for the red sauce and meatballs and Alfredo. The garlic knots were burned and couldn't be eaten. The Alfredo had minimal chicken and broccoli. When we contacted Angela after the wedding to discuss our experience, she blamed the lack of lasagna on us saying we cancelled it the week before. ??!! She said our guests were rude to her staff. She claimed there were leftovers, including meatballs. (We did have leftovers -2 pans of salad and 2/3 pan of fettuccini). She said she lost money on the event. I'm not sure how that's our problem or fault. She also said she would look t the security footage at the venue because she knows there were two pans of leftover meatballs. She claims video footage will show someone taking the meatballs Out the back door of the venue. But not the Alfredo and salad?! Wait!!! What?'!!! Is she serious?! Who argues and makes accusations against a customer?! When I called to speak to Omar, the husband of Angela and owner of the restaurant. He took a breath and never stopped talking. He told me my daughter was cheap and because she only tipped each girl $45 for the one hour they were there, he had to tip them extra. He said our guests were greedy and ate too many meatballs. I guess these owners have so much business that customer service and satisfaction is not their priority. With enough experiences like this and people sharing them, hopefully they go out of business. They will deserve it. I have been in hospitality for 40 years-working in many aspects of the business- event planning, management, day of coordinator, and more- and never, ever have I dealt with such an inefficient, rude caterer. Omar and Angela are discourteous and dismissive and insulting. They are conveniently located to Wilkins Farm, a wedding venue we used, but I would recommend going out of your way to use anyone other than Noah's. They deserve 1 star out of 5. Attached is a photo of our leftovers from the wedding. Note the lack of broccoli and chicken. Plenty of pasta!! The second picture is the itemized bill of the rehearsal dinner that took them a week to provide.

Piles of grease the bottom wasn't even holding together barely.

Called them to complain about the pizza that was swimming in grease which I had this problem last time and the lady had no problem fixing it again this time the self proclaimed manager of the store Kevin said that that's a normal pizza and said nothing he will do and hung up in my face I called back and said that it was very rude and not professional for him to hang up on a customer and that this isn't how a pizza is supposed to be he said don't fuck with me and also threatened me by saying (don't cross him again ) and that's putting it nicely and told me if I didn't like it to go to another fucking pizza place. I said you don't sound like a manager he said he didn't care and said he will still have his job tomorrow.

    Looks great....but

Not the greatest curb appeal. But Coats has two stop lights. So for a small old worn out town typical building. Hardly better looking on the inside. The plastic salt and pepper shakers were dirty and cracked. The black tables are just wrong because microscopic white fuzz from the towels used to wipe off the tables are left behind. Dust also is highlighted because of the high black gloss paint used. The interior is very dark. And the fake brick accent walls are so dated and dark. I also understand very well that flies are almost impossible to keep out. But when one is doing the death spins on your table and your 4 year old daughter is screaming about the crazy bug, well it catches your attention. The old saying don't judge a book by its cover... I should have. Outside and interior appearances should have told me turn around. I was very surprised the pizza looked great. Nice appearance, crust looked great. But the taste??? I was not impressed. The cheese was ok, the sauce terrible and to much. I never craved garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes more to help this lackluster pizza. Also when your waitress tells you she had to teach the cooks how to make a pizza. Just doesn't leave you with any confidence in their abilities.

There needs to be a manager or owner at the store, the team members had no guidance at all, the 2…read moreservers were clueless about what the food actually was, we ordered a Ceaser salad and got a house salad, which is impossible to mix up. I ordered wings with mild sauce on the side and bleu cheese, I received wings, no sauce no bleu cheese, and the salad had no dressing. I then reminded the server about the sauces and dressing and still did not get any, I went up to the counter and again reminded her at which point she began arguing with the cook about the mild sauce for the wings apparently from what they told me is that they make their own wing sauce but the cook didn't make mine. The pizza was good and the soda tasted like they really need to clean the ice machine and soda machine. They were more concerned with the online and phone orders than the actual customers that were in the store. There were only 3 sets of customers and we were waiting well past an hour to get our food. While we were waiting for our food the other customers were complaining to us about their wait times and mistaken food orders. Luckily we are just passing through and will never have to stop here again.

Upon entering, we could tell that the restaurant had not been updated in a while, but it seemed to clean enough. We were seated immediately and our drink orders were taken. Our waitress recommended the cheesy bread so we got that as an appetizer. We then ordered a pepperoni calzone to split. While we were waiting for our food to come out, we went to the restroom. It did not smell pleasant in there and the floors throughout the entire restaurant were a little sticky. I was highly prepared for our food to come out and look like it had come out of the freezer. However, it was obvious that this food was homemade. And it was freaking delicious. I have not had crust like that since I was a child getting a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut back in the day. They just don't make it like that anymore. Seriously this crust was amazing! And the calzone had so much cheese on it. We could not even finish it, it was so rich. That dough was yeasty, almost like a donut. AND THE MARINARA! I don't usually like marinara. But this had almost an Indian flavor to it. It was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our food here. This would have been a five star if the restaurant, especially the bathrooms had been cleaner. But I would eat here again.
