I've made the dish before and the prep work is very labor intensive; browning chicken, chopping all the veggies, making the sauce. It was sheer perfection, chicken so tender, falling off the bone, in a fabulous sauce, served over home made bow tie pasta. We are so lucky to have a restaurant of this high caliber so close by. O and by the way, the apple pie is not to be missed, like grandma used to make! I'm on a sugar fast, but always fall off the wagon when apple pie is on the menu, I have not tasted a better apple pie in all the world and I have tasted a lot!
