They made several mistakes with my takeout order at a slow time of day. I find it suspicious since both of the mistakes were in their favor. 1) Ordered 3 pies, and they charged me for 4. As a customer, be sure to slow down and check the screen before you pay. They were definitely counting on me rushing through the order screen to tap my card. 2) Ordered 2 sides, they gave me 1. It was packaged up tight, so unless I slowed down to actually open the bag and check, I would not have seen they shortchanged me. They were counting on me being in a hurry to leave with the takeout and not checking. This was patently obvious once I came back to ask for the missing 2nd order. They hadn't even prepared it and didn't acknowledge their mistake. They really thought they were being sneaky. And frankly, that is the most insulting part!! *Don't let the negative reviews turn you away!* I read the first few recent reviews prior to going in and was somewhat hesitant but went in despite - some people just like to complain and be heard. I was greeted as soon as I got to the register and the gentleman helping me, Eduardo, was so patient with me and helpful and just seemed genuinely happy to be there and help me figure out what to order. I was planning on getting just a slice of cheese pizza and unfortunately they didn't have a pie made and I assume since it was close to closing time on a Monday night they were not planning on making any more pies which is fair enough. When he said they didn't have any slices (or pies to offer a slice from), Eduardo went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted with what they had to offer. They had one more cheese personal size pie left and he explained the meal special that I could get with that (I think it was up to 2 additional toppings, salad or fries and a drink for $11 something but don't quote me on that) and as someone that has worked multiple cashier/sales/customer service positions I can genuinely appreciate the effort he made to help me get what I wanted with what they had to offer. Also, I got a slice of cake and asked what his favorite flavor was and I can second that the Oreo cake slice is to die for!!!! Overall, it was a great experience- a very clean, welcoming establishment with employees that are kind, helpful and genuine. I've been several times and service friendly however crust is tasteless but it is quick when you need a quick bite in the area. They also fall short on cleanliness, mens restroom was not clean and instead of buying soap for customers to use they added water to the old soap container. If a restaurant can't clean the bathroom when four people are working and only 4 customers are eating. That is purely lazy on behalf of ownership/management. It also makes me question the ability to clean the kitchen. Hopefully this will help them make a turn for the better so paying customers will come back and not feel like warning others about the experience. That was surprisingly delicious! Tucked away in the New Hope Commons shopping center. The owners are nice and friendly. They took my order right away. The fries was quite delicious! I don't know what they put in it but it's tasty! It's almost has this buttery like flavor to it. Impressed for something as simple as fries. The white pizza was on point. The crispness of the edges paired well with the garlicky goodness, cheese, and white sauce. I miss ordering by the slice! It sure reminds me of New York style pizza in Manhattan. Very much a hole in the wall local spot. My two boys love the atmosphere and decorations. There is a diverse group of customers that flocked to this place during lunch hours. We went during a weekday so you have all sorts of clientele that come in from shopping in the strips center to weekday employees stopping by for lunch. there was plenty of seating in the booth and ample amount of space. Definitely wheelchair/stroller accessible. Restrooms are clean! Employees are polyglots, including English in Spanish. I got the 10 wings, they were absolutely wonderfully cooked. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the outside of the wings were almost air fried, very crispy and airy! The pizza is amazing, i'm not one to dictate the difference in pizza because I really can't tell. But this place had amazing Sicilian pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked and held its shape and the breading of the pizza was soft and moist and did not collapse with the sauce and cheese. Slices are huge! ranch is delicious. I have stopped in I love NY pizza a few times for lunch. They have a pretty good manager's special deal with two slices any kind + a drink for $6.99 + tax. Located in a bustling shopping area with a lot of frustrating traffic, this place seems to do a healthy business. The slices are pretty big. I like the pizza here, but would rank it slightly below Randy's. I love NY pizza heats up pre-made slices. I think most places do this, but some taste fresher than others and the pizza I have had here didn't always taste like it was just made. This location has Greek dishes like Gyros as well as Italian (spaghetti, lasagna etc.), and also serves ice cream, which seems a bit odd, but I am sure the children (and some adults) like to finish off their pizza meal with some ice cream. read more
