What makes it worse is that my order is frequently wrong. I've dealt with missing items, incorrect food, and having to double-check everything before leaving because mistakes have become so common. The menu is also incredibly inconsistent. Too many items are unavailable on a regular basis, so there's a good chance the meal you came for won't even be offered that day. It's frustrating to pull up expecting a specific order and then find out they don't have it. When the food is actually correct, it can be decent, but the combination of slow service, inaccurate orders, and constant menu shortages makes this location difficult to recommend. Management needs to seriously address the drive-thru efficiency, order accuracy, and inventory problems.

Well, the "smashburger" was not smashed. It had 2 beef patties that were clearly not smashed by definition. They were cooked from a pre-formed patty with a somewhat tough texture. There was so much "burger sauce" on it that it was running all over the plate. Next the crinkle cut fries. They were "undercooked" believe it or not. I know properly cooked when I bite into a fry. Next, the chicken gizzards. My wife took one bite and looked at me and said "they taste like they've been dredged in salt. And, the did. Inedible. Lastly, the fried dill pickles. $9 basket with little more than a handfull. The $9 was not the issue. They were cooked nearly beyond recognition. A fork would not even penetrate them they were cooked so hard. When I brought that to ine of the waitress' attention, and showed her, she said the "cook" had no control over what came out of the bag. That was not the point. The point was they were cooked ao much, they were inedible. Oh, but the Coors light we ordered were up to snuff. Well, I paid the bill, in full, left a good tip. The waitress did not offer to make anything right in order to bring us back again. So, we won't be going back. Sorry, but we didn't do it. You did.
