The wings are AMAZING.. but It does come at a cost. Don't expect to show up and have your food hot and ready within 10 minutes. The guest experience isn't really there because you order at the counter and pick up at the other end of the counter but if you're OK with waiting 20 minutes++ for fresh, crispy and flavorful wings then this is the place for you. I love dry rub flavors and they hit the nail on the head for those. Pro tip: ORDER AHEAD

I get it, times are tough and inflation is a thing. I hated to update this review with a lower rating, since truthfully, this is the best tasting wings in town. There are several things that have changed for the worse here. The staff's understanding of English as of late makes it impossible to communicate, and they are no longer friendly. The cashier plays loud videos on his phone to where you can't hear the tvs. But, the straw that broke the camels back for me was they no longer give out a complimentary water cup, but force you to buy a soft drink cup even for water. The 10 wing combo has gone up $5 since the pandemic, which seems to me a jump well beyond what you can call a realistic inflation increase. And the issue I noted in my last review about them being stingy with ranch is still happening. I can't say I'll abandon this place entirely, but I don't think I'll be able to patronize this place near as much. So sad for what was a promising new Wilson eatery.

Not so good to me, the wings was not cooked all the way and the Philly cheesesteak was cold with a smell. Wouldn't recommend this to no one.

I've attached a photo of the menu; the offerings are okay -- not bad. I got the build-your-omelet with bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and cheese. I asked for a side of sour cream, but got an excuse that they didn't have any because they apparently are "usually out of that by Sundays." To be fair, that isn't the server's fault but more of a reflection on the establishment overall. If you're gonna serve brunch, then you need to order your supplies and keep them stocked like you do that bar (which is extremely well stocked). The morning brunch service was a bit slow; and when my omelet came, it was ... what shall we say ... anemic? It was the smallest in size and flattest/skinniest omelet I think I've ever had anywhere. Let's put it this way: I was still hungry when we left. Orange juice was good; I wouldn't get the coffee again. When our server finally came to our table to check us out, she didn't know how to use the restaurant's own coupon to deduct it from our bill. My sister can save the coupon for later, but ... really? This joint is in a nice spot of downtown Wilson, within walking distance of the new baseball park and other restaurants and bars. It's one of several places that you could "bar hop" on a Friday or Saturday night with friends. That may be a different experience -- but R&R's brunch has some work to do.

I had takeout for 3 people and everything was prepared fresh. All orders combined we had shrimp, cheesesteak, wings, fried okra, potato salad and fries. The potato salad was like mama had made it. Seasoned just right and made you say hmmmm!! The shrimp were nicely seasoned and cooked. The fried okra was as good as any I've had. Seems like these folks do everything well. I was tempted by the desserts, but I resisted. There was a nice crowd at lunch time on a Tuesday ... I will definitely be back.

Parking is the biggest challenge and it is very limited. There are only a few spots in front of the diner and because the building is small the lot fills up quickly. I did see people parking near the neighboring convenience store but I was not sure about the rules there so I waited until a spot opened up. You may also need to look for street parking nearby if it is busy. Also do not block the side of the building because there is a drive through window. Once inside the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. There was a cute Christmas tree near the ordering area and the staff were warm friendly and attentive. The tables were very clean with checker style tablecloths. They also had a perfect health inspection score which stood out to me. For food I had the fried trout fried shrimp green beans and fries. Everything was very tasty and well seasoned. The only note is that the trout is not filleted so there were quite a few bones. A piece of white bread on the side would really help with that. My husband had the cheesesteak and fries and it was honestly one of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had. We shared plates and everything we tried was good no complaints. Drinks were also good. The cups are a bit small but refills are free so that balances it out. Since this is a diner and you are dining in they bring your food and beverages to your table. If you need a refill they will take care of it and bring it out to you. I would strongly recommend leaving a tip if you are paying with card or dropping some cash in the tip jar because they are hardworking and kind people. Overall I would give this place a 10 out of 10. It is a small quaint diner with great food great service and good energy. I will definitely be back and plan to try more items on the menu next time.

The store front was clear of customers and only one other was in front of us in the drive thru line. Being our first time, it was a little hard to read the menu from a car behind, so we needed to wait until we got to the window to see what they had to offer. AND BOY do they have a lot different things to offer. We decided on a double cheeseburger combo with fries and drink - total after tax about $15. Hm...okay no problem. Once you paid, you were instructed to drive around the building to the other side where you would pick-up your food once done. We waiting maybe 10 mins (if even that) and our food was brought out to us. The staff were friendly and it looked like a clean establishment from where we sat waiting. Now...the food. I can't say the price reflected the amount of food you got. The burger was somewhat on the small size, the fries were okay, and the drink was just a drink. Nothing to really write home about. Maybe next time we will try something different to have a full experience (if we are on that side of town).
