Incredibly slow. Food was ok. Server was ok. But man alive, it took 45 minutes for an easy order

Awful, good thing the wing stop nearby will put this place out of business soon and any other restaurant that will take their place will be an improvement by default. Ordered drinks and an app, app came out fine but still no drinks. Finally our ice cold wings came out and the server said she would check on the drinks. Had about 2 of my wings that are giving me hypothermia as I grab them and my watered down drink came out, but of course they don't have the Tito's to make the drink my lovely lady wanted, no worries, we'll get a different one. She finished eating her food by the time she got her drink, and by that point didn't even touch it. Now I'm pretty mad and ready to go, so I ask for the bill minus all the nonsense they ruined and I want to wipe the now frozen sauce off of my fingers, but of course: they didn't give me any napkins. Don't waste your time, go literally anywhere else, I beg you. read more

Food: There were seven in our party. First, my food came out...cold wings, cold tots. The lady who dropped it off, asked who's order the plate belonged to and because of the loud atmosphere, I had to ask her to repeat it. She then said, "LIKE I SAID, ten piece wings....(while rolling her eyes). Once I realized it was mine, I let her know and she slammed the plates down in front of me. At first, I thought maybe it was an accident, but my children pointed it out; thus confirming what I thought had taken place. Next, 20 minutes later, my mother, stepfather, and one of my daughter's food came out...cold. Lastly, 20 minutes after that, my wife, son, and other daughter's food came out...cold. The food was gross. We were there over 1.5 hours throughout this episode of purgatory. Also, we noticed other customers seated around us conversing about their experiences being the same. Atmosphere: So loud you could not hold a conversation. Customer Service: Our original waitress took our order, but she did not bring our food. We had to flag down a waiter-in-training a couple of times to get our food and we received no refills from anyone during our entire stay. Notably, our cups looked dirty. Once our waitress showed up, she nonchalantly said, "y'all ok" and walked away before we could say anything. But, as I expected she showed up smiling when it was time to reward her with a tip...she did not EARN one, so she did not get one. Price: The price was absolutely not worth the money. It's expensive for these chicken nuggets and the food is no better than microwave chicken bites and Tyson oven chicken wings. Conclusion: As a person who has managed small and large organizations, this place is chaos...there seems to be no order of operations. This was where my mother wanted to go for her birthday, so we figured we'd try the Wilson store. We were wrong. If I had to some up this experience in one word...lousy. Sadly, the grand finale is my wife is sick tonight...most likely the lousy food. If I could have put no stars, I would. The Wilson BWW needs to be shut down. We will not return. read more

We ordered a large pickup for an event and due to other vendors late arrival, we're later than our 12:55pm chosen pickup time. When my husband arrived the manager argued that we scheduled for 11:30am. She also said she technically didn't have to give us our food. That was alarming as we'd paid a significant price for the order for the order. Not sure why they thought that was okay. Never have I been on a place where the service was so horrible. Sat ourselves, then it took 20 min for a beer( that I had to get myself) the waitress was nowhere to be seen . Travis was our waiter and he left us outside for 30 minutes while getting our drinks then we didn't get any of our food. We got sat at 6:40 and we got half of our food at 8. When arrived, was not even greeted. Then we finally sat down, the waitress was not pleasant at all. She was short and inhospitable. The food was not tasteful. Sweet tea tasted soapy, ordered wings and recieved caramel instead of ranch. When I order desert the presentation was not appealing. I didn't even received the while desert because they forgot the ice cream then when I asked for it, the waiters seem like it wasn't a big deal. Let it been the other way around, the restaurant expect customers to pay the full bill and tip. I would had like to recieved my full meal without having to ask for what it comes with. Would give 0 stars if possible. Bartender brought beer to table with flies in it. No employees cared about the situation or tried to make better by discounting or giving free food and drinks. Manager came to table didn't apologize and gave an excuse. The drink I did get in a bottle was not taken off check and waitress didn't care take off anything from bill. Took the guys to lunch while visiting a site in Wilson. Appearance is pretty typical of most BWW locations, large space with plenty of seating and lots of TV's adorning the walls. There is a small bar area towards the back of the space, and there is a moderate sized outside seating area. There were 7-8 of us, and we were the first group in for the lunch rush. Service was a little slow considering we were the only people in the restaurant, and the food came out randomly with the last persons meal coming out around 15 minutes after the first. The server was pleasant and apologetic, and tried to make up for the issues by keeping our drinks full and checking in on us often. The food was decent, pretty standard pub fare. I got the brisket tacos which were decent. One of our guys got wings, and he said that they were dry and quite salty. Overall, the place was OK at best, but there was not much to choose from in the area read more

Service was as good as it could be. Food was also good. Our party of 22 people. 6 of us sat without our food for and hour after everyone else at our table had eaten. Other tables getting their food. When the winter weather came to Wilson, I decided to stay in town instead of drive back to Raleigh. BWW was on the way to the hotel, so I went in for a to go order. To go orders are placed at the bar. I ordered the steak burger with a side of fries. Bartender stayed busy with her work duties, but did find a moment for pleasant chat while I waited for my order, which was ready with a reasonable wait. Thought the flavor of the burger was good, and was served with an ample portion of fries. Perhaps on another trip to Wilson I will return and dine there. read more

Had a business lunch with a couple of coworkers today and the food and service were seriously lacking. One of my coworkers ordered the brisket tacos and they were soggy and falling apart with way too much cheese. My wings were cold and the server went missing several times during the visit. We were there for an hour and a half for lunch which is way too long for a normal lunch. I usually go to the one in Smithfield or Greenville and it's not like that. Maybe we caught them on an off day. Probably won't go back to this one though. read more

A friend and I came here for lunch after work. As it was a weekday around 12:30ish, the place was relatively empty and we were seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and patient to answer any questions that we had. She also brought us a sample when we inquired about a particular sauce (Salted Caramel BBQ--sounds really weird but surprisingly wasn't that bad). I ended up getting a kid's meal -- four wings (Parmesan garlic) with the cucumber tomato salad as a side. I haven't been to BWW in ages and forgot how much I love that sauce; it was really good! My friend had a burger with bacon and cheese curds and enjoyed it as well. All and all, food was tasty, service was great, will come back next time I'm working in the area. read more

Oh my.. I don't know if it was just an off day but ewww!! We walked in and it said seat yourself. We did and sat there for 10 minutes and no one came to get our drinks or orders. My husband went to the bathroom and said the sink was clogged and had grease floating around in the water. They were not clean at all. After about 15 minutes we just got up and left.. Good beer special. Great service. Lots of TVs. Good sports bar. About the only option in Wilson NC. Wings. Not so much. Got the Jammin Jalapeño sauce. Really nice balance but less heat than I normally go with. The wings... total failure. Frozen. But that deep freezer for months kinda frozen. Then overcooked. You can see bone exposed the entire length of the wing. And the poor chickens were underfed in the first place. My wife and I recently moved to Wilson NC and have been here a few times. Although there are a few good people that work here, we've received absolutely atrocious service here far too often to know it's not a coincidence. The waiters/waitresses are often young, perhaps inexperienced, and really don't seem to care about servicing people, and the managers don't bail them out. We don't even ask for anything complicated either, fundamental things like getting refills, accurately receiving orders, or even remembering to give out silverware yields inconsistent results. read more

Went to go out to eat got seated spent 30 min watching everyone walk around and avoid our table horrible service

My wife and I just visited this establishment in Wilson. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes for our waitress to come to our table to take our drink order. My wife ordered a tea and water and I ordered a beer from the bar. My wife's drinks came out in a matter of minutes, but took 25 minutes for my beer to get to the table. Waitress finally took our food order and once again wife's order comes out in about 25 minutes and after my wife got 3/4 of the way done with her food waitress looks at me and says your order should be out soon. Patiently I asked just to put my food in a Togo box once it's done and ready. 15 more minutes pass by she finally brings my food to the table and ask how was the food, I turned and said idk I didn't get to eat mine and enjoy my supper with my wife. No appologies or anything. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for a beer so I went to the bar and the bartender is just in a corner talking to a couple, looks over at me and just turns back and keeps talking to them for another 10 minutes. So I said screw it and went back to my table and just asked for the check. Service freaking sucks no wonder why the only have a 2 star rating will not be going back. read more

Terrible!! Our server attitude was just horrible!! I came with a group of 12, and we left unsatisfied!! While my group was eating, I never recieved my food even after 20 minutes!! My friend boneless wings was HARD and overcooked, my other friend sauce wasn't what she wanted, and my other friend fries were not good! He didn't tell me until 10 minutes later that they were no longer selling burgers after I ordered. My friend ordered Mozzarella sticks, and her Mariana sauce was stiff and old! Disgusting! I'm from Nashville, and came to Wilson to eat here, and I will never eat there again! My server was Philip with a buzz cut. Somebody needs to get fired asap!! read more

In town on business, driving by & decided to stop in for some wings. Huge mistake. Service is slower than molasses. Almost 30 minutes to get an order of mushrooms to the table. Frozen, out of a bag, says "lightly breaded" in menu. They are, in fact, mostly breading, chewy and a huge disappointment. Order of 18 wings took over an hour to arrive and were mediocre at best. The wings are good but other items I've tried I've not been impressed with. The staff are generally not attentive and are slow. Should of looked at the reviews. Went here years ago everything was fine. Tonight was a different story. Service was horrible. Don't think I saw a single smile from the servers. Floor was filthy. Our food came out at separate times. About 5 minutes in between. I went and asked the manager what was problem response was "two separate checks". This review is based on multiple experiences in this BWW. Dining in, the service is just OK. More times than not, I've waited 10 minutes for another beer or refill of my drink. The servers are typically clustered around a computer talking amongst themselves, doing their best to avoid eye-contact with the customers. At least, this has been my experience when not sitting in the bar area. The food is average, everything you'd expect from a chain. No beef with that, as you know what you're getting into before you go. Take-out: just don't. They will ruin your order every time. Asked for a plain buffalo chicken sandwich, get home and it's covered in lettuce, tomato, etc. Buffalo chicken ranch wrap... no ranch. Ranch is in the name! Fries are guaranteed to be cold. Once, we ordered food online, received e-mail confirmation, got to the restaurant to pick it up, and they have no record of our order. None. We just left. If you're 16-18 years old and want to feel like you're hanging out in a "bar" then you may enjoy it. read more

Worst. BWW. Experience. Ever. Took 20min to get drinks, 45 min to get food. Appetizers came out AFTER the food. Food was warm-ish. Ranch & sauce came out 10min after food (that was already eaten). They forgot to put in our "to go", but did give it to us free after realizing the mistake. Manager tried to make it right and took 15% off, but it took them 20min to get the corrects bills with the correct food to the correct people. Over all, we were here 2 1/2 hours for mediocre food. Past 2 visits have been underwhelming. We will NOT be back. read more

***Regular customer*** We usually go on Fridays after work, but decided to go this past Saturday and watch UFC fight. Entered and was told we would be seated in a few. While waiting, we went to the bar to grab a drink. We ordered from waitress due to capacity of bar area. We turned around to see a bartender we know and waved. We stood there for 1 minute before the Manager Christina came up to us and said they couldn't serve us???? I asked why and she said we ordered from two different people so therefore we were too intoxicated and could not be served. When trying to explain, we were told "It is my decision". Me and my boyfriend are in an interracial relationship. we visited the bar tonight (slow Wednesday evening) I work as a bartender and I would never ever treat my guests like this! The bartender was giving terrible service to my boyfriend. as I said previously it was a slow Wednesday night and the bartender had the occasionAl drink to make not doing much having the occasional conversation with her guests. Came down for us to pay (as we usually stay for a couple drinks only had one this time due to the terrible service) and my boyfriend held out his card for 5 minutes she kept walking past and looking at him and the card (she knew he was attempting to pay) after I while I figured I try to pay and I kid you not 20 seconds later she grabbed the card. terrible service, never coming here again so sad you would treat someone of a different color than you so bad.
