Now, being from California, I am relatively new to sweet tea but I am a big BIG fan of it since having it for the first time at Zacksbys. Ordered: Large Sweet Tea - You can taste the tea, you can taste the perfect sweetness, the nice is that nice ice that you can chew, the cup is HUGE and styrofoam. Score: 5/5 Service: Drive thru was clear and clean and the servers were incredibly nice and professional. Score 5/5 I will return to taste the consistency of the tea but I am amazed and now a believer in Smithfield's sweet tea.

I guess "in uniform" with a name badge doesn't mean a name has to be on it to some people. I managed fast food for a couple of years, so I know the concept. It's just disappointing how the industry has dropped its quality and service since 2019, pre-covid. Now they blame it on short staffed, no supplies, or whatever. We need accountability. I chose medium. The salad gets all mixed and covered with dressing and soon dispensed into a bowl depending on dine in or take out. I chose the latter. I enjoyed my salad. Fresh vegetables and ingredients. The dressing wasn't overwhelming. The price was good. Quick service and tasty salad, I'll be back again if I'm in the area.
