I do believe that this location is one of the best cookouts in the state. They always have great food and services.

Quick and kind service - all of the food, drinks and shakes were correct (which isn't always the case at other locations!).

The employees were rude calling my wife ugly through the window, and the food was rushed.

4 stars for low prices, lots of options and decent burger. I asked for cheddar, and received burger with cheese sauce. Next time I'll stick to American cheese. I hope to see more of these in other states. Super clean restaurant with very friendly staff. Me likie. read more

I always go to cookout at one point during all my roadtrips on i95. They have a large number of shake choices. One of my favorite shakes is the peach cobbler shake. I ordered 3 trays and the amount was over 40 bucks. I thought this was way too high, but when I told the cashier, she said that I only asked for a tray on the first order. As I was exiting the business I returned to the counter and asked the employee if she thought she had good customer service skills?She quickly replied "yes I do." I reminded her of the transactions and told her she was lacking quality customer service skills because my race was taken for granted and was not told "thank you." I have learned that it is amazing how people of their own race will take business transactions for the "a F joke" but given the opposite race it is rendered with gratitude. I do think they need a little updating though; when going through the drive through you can not get a Coke Zero BUT if you go inside you can.
