I have never been to a Waffle House in my life, man oh man I would never go back. As I came in to this establishment no one greeted me. I'm like okay maybe that's normal. 5 min later two white guys came in and sat down, and the WHITE waitress said hey guys welcome to Waffle House what can I get for you. Let me remind you 5 minutes of waiting and no one came to take my order. I'm like okay cool perfect time to leave. When I was about to leave a woman named Angel took my order. I asked her straight up does your establishment spread racism? Her face was shocked she's like what do you mean? So I told her what happened and she's like I am so sorry you experienced that. I am pointing out the two crazy old WHITE grandmas who was so nice with these two WHITE patrons while I am being ignored because of my color. So luckily she took my order and was very nice. Overall this place a crap hole it makes McDonald's look like the holy grail ba da ba ba ba I'm lovin it.. If you like shit food by shitty WHITE racist women come by and have this trash food. I thought it would be nice to bring my family here for dinner, the service was great, the woman who took our order was very nice and helpful. My main complaint is that the cook was constantly on his phone and wouldn't even communicate that orders were ready, so when our food came, multiple plates were already cold and one plate was even raw. We've never had a bad experience until today. We order on the app and got there 15 min after ordering but still had to wait another 25 for our order to be ready(we got two hash brown bowls one sausage and one bacon) ,once we got our order we saw that they had given us two bacon bowls so we went back in and waited another 20 mins just for them to give us two singular sausages instead of a bowl. Also very bad customer service got attended by a ginger girl that didn't speak to us once and kept giving us bad looks. read more

If you come here and the manager Deshawn or however you spell it is taking your order expect the shittiest monotone service you'll get, had an RBF the entire time I placed my order and he forgot the cheese, I'd rather get served shitty food w good attitude than alr food w horrible attitude, I get it, it's waffle house nobody wants to be working there it's tiring, but don't bring both of us down, been there before, the other staff had friendly service, how does your staff put on a better face and impression than the manager, thats a diff level of unprofessionalism. Can never go wrong with Waffle House but when I say my order is wrong when I know for a fact I only asked for the hash browns, eggs and sausage in my breakfast bowl ....why argue with me? Had a mishap with my food but they QUICKLY fixed it. I got pork-chops this time, cheesy eggs, and smothered hash browns. We sat at our regular spot at the bar but it was EXTREMELY sticky. Just a local 24 hr. Diner so not expecting much. They could use a warm rag. read more

Packed house and after eating here I get why. When people say they love Waffle House, this place is the reason why. Staff singing with the classic songs playing (great voices in here btw). The bacon cooked to perfection!!!!. Food/service was prompt. You could tell the staff were moving as a unit and was just as entertaining as an episode iron chef. We *love* to choose a local Waffle House for a quick, informal breakfast. We are almost always greeted with a big, friendly, "Good morning! Welcome to Waffle House!" No such luck here (at least not on this Tuesday morning). We are accustomed to WH staff working at a frenetic pace . . . taking orders, filling coffee cups, and working the grill. The crew here seemed operating in slow-motion. Two empty booths. Neither clean nor being cleaned. We went over and stood by one. We must have forgotten to turn off our cloaking devices, because we were invisible to staff. Two seconds before my internal countdown expired, staff came by to clean the table and we were seated. Four seconds prior to expiration of the next countdown, someone came by to see if we wanted coffee. (A dangerous thing, us without coffee.) Finally, order taken by a now pleasant waitress. Food arrived soon thereafter. Pretty much standard WH fare, except the whites of our over-easy eggs were clear and runny. No time to send them back; mixed into the hash browns, we moved on. read more

Had breakfast here several mornings while visiting Lillington for a wedding. The food was inexpensive and good. Place was full locals who stopped by for either breakfast or a cup of coffee. What impressed us was that the wait staff was very friendly and remembered us (as well as what we ordered the day before), and as soon as we entered asked if we wanted the same beverages as we ordered the previous day. Went out in snow to get something to eat. Well would you mow that Waffle House was the only place open. When snow shuts down the south at least you can get a waffle to eat. This is a good location and have enjoyed our dinning experience every time we go. read more

I came in this morning 3/17/2016 about 1130 am and this was so most pleasant experience I have had in NC. I stayed next door at the microtel...and got 10% off my food....the waitresses working there were so nice and happy and they all seemed to love working with each other. The food was delicious and I will definitely go back just because the customer service was amazing read more
