I would hesitate to come back in the evening, only because as the night went on there were some patrons so drunk that the atmosphere started feeling really amped up in a concerning way, like a fight was about to break out at any moment. It's not a big place inside so it could quickly get out of hand. I can say when something like that happens anywhere, it's not a situation to find yourself in as an innocent bystander. Had it not been for that element it would have been a really enjoyable night out, but alcohol and aholes don't mix well together. The waitress was delivering all tables their drinks and stopped by our table and asked why we moved, then yelled across the restaurant to her daughter to change us to a different seating number. The manager came out, never addressed us, but said loudly that she was confused, turned around and left. The food came which was very disappointing. We both ordered french onion soup which consisted of a half/quarter cup of actual soup. Both burgers were rubbery as if precooked and buns old and hard. The waitress came strolling by all 3 tables yelling "refills" and kept moving and returned with unwanted refills. I have never NOT left a tip...this was a first for me. I left a low review on the Kiosk and also called the next day. This waitress needs to be trained better and social skills need to be improved.
