Lukewarm burger and cold fries. That's all. Go elsewhere.

Definitely not the friendliest place on earth but even worse, you get pre-cooked food from a warmer somewhere. No treatment to the buns and you may as well not ask for any extras because you don't get but you will get charged. Luckily I don't have to live here. It's 2018. Make the food fresh,GEEZ.

This little grill is very affordable, and being off the highway surrounded by plants is a great place to grab a quick breakfast sandwich or a breakfast plate, also it's great for lunch. There is no other restaurants around this area and this place is great when you don't have time to go to far for a meal. The service was fast, and polite.

Mile high bacon cheeseburger. No skimping here

Stopped in around 2 with my husband after realizing we were headed in the wrong direction across…read moreNorth Carolina and needed a quick lunch. Found this place on Yelp and went with it. Seat yourself setup, but plenty of seating available. Our server, Madison, was at the table in under a minute with menus, and food came out in less than 12 minutes. She was efficient and attentive without making us feel rushed. This is a gastropub, meaning a casual bar-style restaurant that puts more focus on food quality than a typical bar menu. The space reflects that. Mix of standard tables with chairs, booths, and a small lounge area with cushioned chairs and a sofa. He ordered the Reuben, I had the pulled pork with collards. Prices were reasonable at $12 for the pork and $13.50 for the Reuben, each with one side. We both wanted the cucumber tomato salad, but they were out. The pulled pork came with a red, vinegar-leaning sauce. Not sweet and not strictly Lexington style, more of a house take on North Carolina barbecue. Still flavorful and satisfying. The collards were good with small bits of bacon that added flavor without overpowering. The Reuben was decent, but the toasted brioche bun stood out. Good texture and held everything together the way it should. The pasta side was fine, nothing memorable. Total bill came to $27.26. We both stuck with water, which keeps things simple and keeps the cost down. Overall, a solid stop for a quick, easy lunch. Nothing over the top, but everything came together the way it should. Must order: Pulled pork with collards Heads up: Sides may run out, have a backup in mind

The flavor was good but not earth shattering. If you aren't a brisket snob, you'll love this place! The bar aspect of this restaurant was really cool looking. We went at an off time and there were a good many people there. Service was pretty slow and not attentive.

This was our second time visiting a Doc B's (last time was at their first location, Gold Coast…read moreneighborhood in Chicago), and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The Cary location vibe is elegant without being intimidating and less cramped than the Chicago restaurant. The service was impeccable. Our server, Reid provided helpful recommendations and gave us feedback on our choices. His knowledge of the menu was clearly thorough. We tried the "knuckle sandwich", the roadside smash, and the rigatoni and meatballs - all of which were outstanding. At Reid's suggestion we paired the burger and lobster sandwich with the crispy jalapeños side - so good. We rounded out the meal with a hazy ipa and a cider, both local and delicious. All in all, a fantastic dinner.

Doc B's is one of those places that never lets you down…read more I've been here several times, and whenever I'm in town for a work event, this is usually where we end up for dinner. The staff is consistently friendly, the food is always great, and the space is clean, lively, and welcoming. It works just as well for families and date nights as it does for friend gatherings or corporate dinners, whether it's a large group or just a few of us out for an offsite meal. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The appetizers are all solid, and I'm fairly certain I've taken down an entire guacamole plate on my own before. The Caesar salad is a favorite, and I usually choose between one of their steaks, which has never disappointed. We've also dined with people who have dietary restrictions including gluten-free and vegetarian needs, and the kitchen has always been accommodating. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, and parking has always been easy and convenient, which is a big plus when you're coming in with a group. One small, constructive note from earlier visits is that a couple of servers were newer and less comfortable with wine recommendations. This is completely understandable and didn't detract from the experience, but having a quick backup or simple pairing guidance could make business dinners even smoother. On our most recent visit, I arrived late and the group had already ordered wine, and the selections were excellent. The food was outstanding, the service was seamless, and everything came together beautifully. Overall, Doc B's continues to be a reliable, enjoyable spot with great food, a welcoming vibe, and strong service. I always look forward to coming back when I'm in town, and if you're ever on the fence, don't hesitate. It's absolutely worth the visit.
