Ok this is the most Beautiful and authentic KFC restaurant I have ever visited. First off the decor inside does not exist at other locations. It's a bit like stepping back in time. "No ice." It's the dog days of summer and KFC has no ice for drinks. We can manage no ice so we pay $27.00 for 2 adult buffet plates. The dining room is nasty- tables, floor. After finding a table we could wipe off, we go to the buffet. There are maybe 4 pieces of petrified chicken. The veggies were ok and the buffet was clean. The hubster looks out the window...THERE IS AN ICE KIOSK IN THE PARKING LOT!!! We should have bought a 20 lb bag of ice and DONATED it! Sorry but it was our first and LAST time. read more

The buffet bar at 5pm looked horrible. The fries were hard and not hot. Barely had any sauce on my 10 piece "saucy nuggets" mango habeñero. Employees yelling at each other. The dining room needed some cleaning. This location needs improving. The bathroom smelled like sewage. read more

We drove all the way to Dunn to visit their KFC because the experiences we have had at the Holly Springs restaurant (we live near Holly Springs).....have been unbelievably bad. Weh we arrived at the Dunn store.....The person taking our order......told us .....even promised us.....that the chicken was "fresh". He lied......just plain lied to us. When we got home..... we found the chicken to be over-cooked and dry. Shameful...... And.....I don't know if it's just this particular restaurant location or if all KFC locations source their chicken from the same provider. ''All I know is that this restaurant location should be absolutely ASHAMED of the size of the pieces they sell. Both thighs were a mere 2-1/2 " in width....and the legs were 3-1/2" long. I won't be using the KFC drive through anymore. I drove through on my lunch hour this week and was handed my receipt of $8.34. Paying bills online that night I discovered I had two debits from KFC for $8.34. I waited a couple of days to see if my bank had entered the second charge in error but no it was still there. I called my bank this morning and they are filing a fraud charge and putting $8.34 back into my account. May not seem like a lot of money but if that KFC employee runs other debit cards twice throughout her shift she's making some serious $ at the drive through. Did an online order. Hadn't even started to prepare the meal and I walked in one minute before pickup. They weren't busy at all. Two people in the store. The kitchen looked nasty. Food spilled everywhere and the floor looked slippery. The place charges so much they could at least make an effort. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I went through the drive thru. A manager was the one that took my order, took my money, and then asked me to park in a parking space across from the drive thru window, because they were cooking the chicken. I had only ordered two famous bowls and an individual side of cole slaw. I waited in my vehicle for twenty minutes before they sent a young man to my vehicle. He told me that they sent him out there to see what I was waiting on. I told him. He then yells " Two famous bowls" at the employees that were at the drive thru window. I waited another 10 minutes before going in to the restaurant. I then waited another 10 minutes in a line. It was absolute chaos in the restaurant. Then the lady that had taken my order comes by me to get a drink. I then tell her that she took my order, had me sitting in my vehicle for twenty minutes, before sending someone to ask me what I was waiting on, then another ten minutes go by before I came in, and I wanted a refund. She then goes in the back says "need a refund" and that was it. She did not come back. It was another employee that asked me what I was waiting on, and then he said something to a manager. Who then had a another manager(not the one that created this mess) give me a refund. From what I seen there were three ladies in black and white checkered shirts, one of them being the one that created this mess. I am assuming that they are management or at least shift leads. If you have at least three managers/shift leads and several other employees, it should have not been that chaotic. I would say it calls for a change in management. Especially, the young lady that created the mess, I dealt with tonight. She doesn't even clean up her own messes; she has others do it for her. read more

The food is great here when theres a good manger on top of things. This current team has no customer service skills whatsoever. Buffet Bar is dried up and unkept. Simple order ruined. Honey bbq became hot and spicy. No biscuits. Ruined dinner and never again.

I asked for no mayonnaise or pickles on my sandwich. She literally asked me at the window if I wanted it and I said no and the still proceed to put it on there and when she gave me my food she just said "here" and closed the window. read more

This KFC offers the buffet. I have had a couple of small issues with the drive through. I never have a problem when I go inside. They usually get you in and out of there pretty fast. read more

Nasty ass place wouldn't even give me the sanitation grade over the phone! Sanitation grade was nowhere in sight at the drive thru either. If a business is scared to give you their sanitation grade, and asks if "this is a regular customer or health inspector?" then hangs up on you..... needless to say, the business is dirty af. First of all, the food here is great! I did not rate this restaurant more stats because of service. I did an online order. I arrived on time and waited in the online oder pickup area. No one came. They just looked at me. They were not extremely busy. Customers trickled in. I waited for 20 minutes. I finally said something. Then the had ro prepare my order. Everyone acted as though it was their first day. I believe they need ro get more organized. Despite this, my order was only missing BBQ sauce and was delicious. read more

Cashier Anaja was extremely polite and welcoming and others welcomed us into the KFC. The food was the normal you would expect from KFC. The restroom could definitely use an update , cleaning, and maintenance . read more
