The biggie bag- double stack with bacon was good. The nuggets are usually hard and if your fries are hot you are a winner. The customer service could use some improvements. Simply starting with a "hello and welcome to Wendy's" would be wonderful. Sometimes I've seen them see people up front and still converse with each other about personal non work issues while ignoring people waiting to order. The dinning room needs attention, the place can be empty but more than half the tables are dirty. The drink machine needs cleaning and maintenance its always down. Worst place to ever go to, my order was $10.68 I gave them a $20 got back 11cents. I call up there they gonna tell me that their cash register was short... Then the manager has an attitude then says she will pay me out her own packet. I go up there and still nothing! I don't understand what it is about these small town franchises. This one and the one in Lillington are BY FAR the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. The food is fine and the people are nice, but the drive-thru is ridiculously slow at any time of the day. You might sit at the speaker waiting to place your order for several minutes even though there's three car spaces in front of you. It must be the sparse choices that keep these places in business. Came after work for a quick meal and found exceptional, OUTSTANDING service. Food was delicious, but I was most impressed by the clean atmosphere and friendly staff. In particular, Kim who was working the register was fantastic. If she is not already, she should definitely become management at this store. Wendy's came out with the new Strawberry Frosty. I was excited to try it with a Summer Strawberry Salad. Got in the drive thru line it was very slow, guess they were short staffed (okay). But the order taker once we got to the speaker was very rude, rushing and short talking us. When I asked for the salad first, she said "We Out!' What else you want?" Like it was a bother. Then I asked for the strawberry frosty. She replied, "Regular or Large?" I just finished ordering and was glad to go. My Apple Pecan salad was horrible the blue cheese was melted and clumped together, they didn't bother to cut the grill chicken it was all thrown together and the Strawberry frosty was like drinking Pepto Bismol nothing strawberry about it and the consistency of a loose shake almost milky. This is the 3rd time in a row of bad service and food to attempt to keep patronizing but I'm done! They have gone down hill :( read more

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? Anytime you try to eat here the drive thru line takes at least 30 minutes even if only a few people are in line. As I'm writing this I am in the line with my truck turned off and my feet on the dash. On a positive note, when I finally got to the speaker to order I was told that the frosty machine was down. This means that I saved a couple hundred calories! Please don't come here, I won't again. It would be a nice place to come if you wanted some quiet time alone in your vehicle, perhaps to write you autobiography. I might bring a grill next time and tailgate. I've been meaning to write a review of this place for years. Up until a couple of months ago I would have given this place a 1 star rating. I'll explain... Service was very slow inside and out. The drive thru was horrible. They would almost always forget your straws - or- leave out part of your meal -or- give you the wrong order -or- mix up your drink. Most of the employees had horrible attitudes. They would generally act as though they were being forced to work there against their will. They mumbled, rolled their eyes, coped an attitude at the drop of a hat and seemed to take pride in their hatred of their customers. The only exception was one really cheerful lady who ran the register. If it weren't for her, I'd have stopped eating here. Unfortunately, the only nice person in the store was arrested for meth manufacturing (local newspaper). Management was no better. One of the managers was just as bad as her employees. She had a negative attitude towards any and everything. Recently though, things have improved. The managers seems a little more cheerful and the employees are a lot more pleasant. Dirve thru orders are back to where they should be. read more

This is the second time I have gone to this location over an hour before they close and have been ignored in the drive threw. No one took my order or ever came to the window to explain why me and the two cars behind me where unable to order. I waited 4 minutes at the speaker, then a few more at the first window were two employees saw me and then quickly turned around. Then pulled up to the second window were I was ignored by a third employee. This is definitely the worst Wendy's that has ever existed. Even going inside to order was the longest wait imaginable. In addition we were told we would receive spicy nuggets but instead got a spicy chicken sandwich. They did not even have spicy nuggets at all. If you ever have the misfortune of going into this Wendy's just turn around and leave immediately. Would not recommend this to any human alive. Worst Wendy's stop ever.
