LISTEN !!! If I could sum up this place in one emoji it would be ! We are new to the Fayetteville area and my son was worried about WHERE would he be able to find a good pizza pie. He's obsessed with a good NY style pizza slice and honestly who isn't! We reluctantly decided to try this place as it's in a plaza that doesn't look as inviting and you could easily pass it without a thought. But if Diners, Drive In, and Dives has taught us there is always a gem hidden inside. Plus it sets so far back that it could easily be missed. This place reminded me of an authentic NY pizza shop. When you pass you can literally watch them stretch FRESH pizza dough in the window. Whenever you call or enter the store you're greeted with a kind smile and customer service. Now we've been here multiple times (since June) and I can honestly say this is our go to for pizza. Be mindful it's always gonna be around a 45 min wait so plan accordingly but know it's worth it. They also sell slices (pepperoni or cheese only) if you want a quick bite. The dough always tastes fresh and the pizza sauce doesn't taste canned and old. The toppings are fresh. To start off the staff is nice so that's a plus Had 2 slices and ordered a pie to go not our first visit here The slices were thin and cut uneven the sauce needs something it's devoid of a real taste and not enough cheese. My recommendation is thicker pie not too much but a touch more cheese and work on a new sauce. The choices are very limited here (being from New York ) where we have real pizza so I am a bit of a pizza snob sorry. We tried for the first time yesterday. The pizza is pretty basic. We got pepperoni, and it basically tasted like skating rink pizza. Not bad, but just lacks some flavor. The slice is huge though. The wings and garlic bites were both really good. The sweet tea wasn't bad either. Service was fine, but nothing spectacular. read more

Okay, so I am from New York and New Jersey, and I can honestly say, finding good pizza outside the tri-state area is pretty difficult. As far as good pizza goes, Brooklyn Pizzeria does it. Their pizza is a great size, has good dough, and is topped with a good sauce. We usually ask for it to be a little well done because sometimes it can be a little floppy. However I must say, this is the best pizza in the area if you are looking for genuine pizza and not the fake stuff from dominos, papa John's, or Marcos. Also their cannolis would rival those of Ferrara's in little Italy. Really they are delicious! Now my complaints, their restaurant is located in a run down shopping center in spring lake, at the far end of an empty parking lot, and at times it's difficult to get them to answer the phone to place your order. I moved from NYC to here and no pizza came even close for years!! This pizza is great. Sorry, its no NYC PIZZA, but it's damn well pretty darn close- So KUDOS! My highest honors!!! I'm a born and bred New Yorker for 30 + years, so I take my pizza seriously. Brooklyn Pizza helps me miss NYC a bit less and less every time I have some. Nestled into a strip mall that is very unassuming. Ordered two medium pizzas for pick up, they said 30 minutes. I showed up around ten minutes early and the pizzas were ready, boxed, and steaming hot. Once I arrived pizzas were awesome! We ordered a pepperoni and a special. Both were great. I usually get two slices of cheese pizza when I go here. The first time I went the pizza was Fresh! I was lucky enough to get two slices from a fresh out the oven Pie and it was sooooo good. Since then my slices are usually a bit stale but still decent. The Turkey sub is so delicious! The people are nice! After years of ordering food from Brookland pizza in Spring Lake tonight was the absolute worst I called in my delivery order spoke to a man named Don After placing a $40 order and thanking Don ...for taking my order and he promptly slammed the phone down in my ear that should've been my first indication that this whole thing was going to go totally left When I received my large extra cheese mushroom black olive pizza ...you could clearly see there was no extra cheese.... the pizza was ice cold I had to put it in the microwave .....the calzone however was still room temperature and I did take a bite of that ......the lesson for today is I'm going to have to give Brooklyn pizza in Spring Lake a break .....I'm too dedicated of a customer to deserve the type of food that arrived at my house tonight read more

We've been customers off/on for 2 years since being stationed here. We live closer to this location, but prefer the Ramsey St pizzeria; the one on Ramsey seems to care more about the product ie the pizza is cooked perfectly, timely, and we never have an issue. Tonight we got the usual pie and when we arrived at home to eat, realized it was sub par quality. The sauce was congregated to one side, the cheese and dough cooked 75% of the way, and it just seemed like quality was not considered.
