Lemon Salmon with loaded baked potato and broccoli
Tiffany E.

Service was great. Food was ok. Salmon was overcooked, the potato could have been cooked longer. Unfortunate because the restaurant was not busy on Sunday. Too many flies inside the restaurant, hard to enjoy your meal when you're swatting flies. Honestly don't know if I'll give this restaurant another try.

Pleasant experience. Came in on a Tuesday at 4, right when they opened. Started with the sweet chili wings and pot stickers. Wings were great! Pot stickers were ok. For entrees we ordered the Surf and Turf, Diablo, and pesto Alfredo. No complaints about any of the dishes. The Diablo with a side of spicy ranch was pretty great, highly recommended. I feel like the pesto pasta serving was small, but the taste was good. The creme brûlée and cheesecake were great.

While staying in the area for part of our trip we stumbled across this place. We went on a fairly busy Saturday night without reservation and they were more than willing to accommodate! They just asked us to go towards the bar while they found us room. We had one drink and made our way back in. There is a main restaurant, and outdoor sitting area with a full bar, and then another area full of tables! Music was reasonably played, keeping it lively and still able to have conversation across the table. The food: I ordered the Diablo (shrimp) and it was delicious! Lots of flavor with a nice amount of spice. I would certainly eat it again! The service: our waitress was a delight, young southern girl who was nothing but helpful, very kind and attentive. Food and drinks were reasonably priced as well. Overall very happy with the meal we had with them!

First visit to the Twisted Grape and it was spectacular. Dozens of TVs for sports, DJ and dancing on a Friday night. The food and service were excellent. Plus my favorite kind of beer, COLD beer!!

Fun place

An OK restaurant with OK food. We stopped because it was on our way home. This was really an average restaurant, with average food and service. Nothing stood out, nor was anything bad. I found it odd that this bar food restaurant had a bartender that didn't know how to make a skinny margarita. The crunch in the fried chicken fingers were very Crunchy to hard. I liked it, but some may think it's too fried and dry. Will I return? Perhaps, if I am passing by again.

Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. This small take out container is $16.90!

Very disappointing! The prices are too high for this same town restaurant. Have eaten here a few times and am never overly impressed. Decided to grab as a call in take out. Won't do that again. Ordered the chicken Alfredo...$16.90 for a very small tray! My wife ordered a salad that had almost zero toppings. Please see our pictures. Also was told our take out order would be ready in twenty minutes but waited forty! The salad-Southern fried chicken salad. Supposed to have cucumbers, bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, (tomatoes-none for me), and croutons. Please note there were 4 croutons, 3 tiny pieces of cucumber, 2 pieces of red onion, zero bacon, and zero cheese! The chicken (not picture) was hood.

Beer flight kinda night

Sitting here on the beautiful and relaxing patio of Twisted Grape enjoying my beer flight on a Friday night. The patio is cool and calm with a fun atmosphere as well with Cocktails, pool, and a funky mix of 70s and 80s playing in the background. Upon arriving around 630 it was already packed, so I checked in with the hostesses and then grabbed a beer flight at the bar while I waited. I loved that they had a mix of local and national beers; but I was a little saddened by their wine selection that had no local wines. So, decided to stick with their local beers and picked four for the wine flight for just $6!! Wow! I waited for my table while I sipped and enjoyed their free wifi. I got sat about 30 minutes later and asked about another table as it was just going to be myself and a friend. The lady, who later became my waitress, quickly cleaned off and sat me at one of the smaller tables with adult high chairs next to the parking. It was so nice with a light breeze blowing! I had to try a couple of times to get in the chair, but it was so worth it! I can't wait for the sun to go down and the band to play. They have local music on Friday and Saturday night; along with drink specials everyday they are open! Definitely a must to stop on the way to wherever you are going on 87. I am just sad that I did not stop sooner.

Shrimp Tacos & Mac and Cheese

This place has such sweet and wonderful staff, the food came out quickly. The prices are fair, and the food is actually pretty tasty. The shrimp is super crispy & the sauces are so good! The mac & cheese is super cheesy! Overall we'd come back here again!

Chicken Parm hoagie
Aaron A.

The service was excellent, the appetizers came out super fast and for me was the best part of my meal. I had the chicken parm hoagie and it just wasn't that great. The mashed potatoes were on point though. The steak my buddy got looked great. I'll give it a shot again just because it's in a good location and the Service was fast.

I know there's already a pic of this but I had to add another because it's so unbelievable

The steak was great. The wings were HUGE. I really enjoyed the spacious patio. I'm sad I waited so long to visit.

Anyone know if they are dog friendly?

They allow dogs on their patio.

Hello all! I love the Grape and it's staff, but was curious as to why the "brunch bill" is not applicable here?

We have asked the Harnett county commissioners to look into and pass this bill. How the law was passed is the state gave permission to the local municipalities to " make the call" if the business is within a city the city is the governing decision… Read more

The large bar provides comnfortable seating all the way around, no backbreaking bar stools here! They do not provide food but are going to be getting some food in the near future, they do have plenty of beer and wine to choose from with a very large selection of beers on draft. I was highly impressed with the attention to detail in what they serve as well as how they serve it. They even have a good selection of unique wine and beer for sale on display in the bar not to mention quality wine accessories, take a look at the riedel glassware for sale. The wine I ordered was served in the proper glass every time, no "joker" wine glasses here! They sell quality wine and proudly present a good selection of wine to choose from. The staff are great! We were seated in a back room at a long table, one of three. This room was warm and lovely. One table was already occupied, the other filled up shortly before we finished. From start to finish, our dining experience was wonderful. We did not have to worry about our little ones disrupting other guests, as the other party had little ones too. Our server, Madeline, was absolutely perfect! She was attentive without being intrusive. She had a good sense of humor and guided out decisions for food when we asked. She served us promptly and with a smile and made us feel so welcomed. I wish I could remember what everyone else ordered but I do know that my Pork Schnitzel was incredible! Also huge so I had enough for another meal the next day. When I return I will order the same thing. My husband brought a birthday cake in for me and our server brought that out at the end of the meal with plates and forks for everyone. We forced her to take a piece for her break, which she goodnaturedly did. There is only one tiny tiny thing to mention: It did take a long while for the 5 year old's drink and food to arrive. Not anyone's fault, it was very very busy. But try to explain that to a 5 year old. Rolls were served but they were too spicy for her. Or maybe the butter was spicy? Maybe feed your little ones something beforehand if you go on a busy weekend night, as we did. Kudos to the kitchen for pleasing so many different tastes so much, and for management for hiring Madeline who is a great asset to your restaurant.

The decor…read moreis eclectic (I dined under a large, colorful Dr. Seuss print) with fairly closely-spaced tables that keep the room buzzing. There's an upscale bar in the entry that had several seats open even when the tables were all full. I started with the crab hush puppies. What's not to like about fried dough after all, but I didn't really get much crab flavor out of them. The buttermilk and corn preparation came through more. The entree was a showstopper, though - grilled elk chops with a pomegranate glaze and country mashed potatoes. They were scrumptious, and the al dente vegetables cooked in with the potatoes gave them a nice toothsomeness. One of the best entrees I've had in quite some time. It's nice when a menu gives you a protein choice you don't see everywhere. Parking is fine, with a paved lot in front and spaces on either side of the adjacent street. Service was welcoming and efficient.
