Pistachio cheesecake

We tried this place for the first time while visiting North Carolina. We were seated right away. We started with their family feast platter, which came with 2 pieces of beef, chicken, lamb over rice with hummus, pita and Greek salad. It was delicious and decent size. See photos below. Note that they charge extra for even a side of hot sauce or any other sauce. Their mint hot tea pot is strong too. It took like 10 minutes for them to make it. Overall a good place and service was not bad except for waiting a while on the tea. Ambiance of the place is okay too. For dessert, we liked their pistachio chocolate cheesecake. It was perfect with the tea.

It's a bit off the beaten path but definitely worth the trip if you're looking for very good Mediterranean food. The dining area had plenty of seating as well as a separate bar area. Our server was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was definitely the highlight. Everything was very well made, flavorful and portions were generous. Highly recommend!

We finally get to visit this new location for Pharaoh's. We were not disappointed, the food was excellent, very well presented, and absolutely delicious. The Shawarma platter was as good as it ever is, the Lamb was expertly prepared, and the onion rings were light and airy and delicious. The owner was very gracious and hospitable. We will return here anytime we are on our way to Sanford.

The tempura shrimp appetizer was perfectly crispy and crunchy. It was accompanied by a side of turmeric garlic sauce and their ranch dressing dip. The turmeric garlic sauce was a perfect turmeric to garlic ratio. The ranch dressing dip was a unique version of a classic with some pomegranate molasses added.

A refreshing change from the plethora of fast food restaurants in our area. The food is fresh, flavorful and delicious. The employees are attentive and knowledgeable and friendly. I have to admit that I'm hooked, especially when Serena and Boston are the mixologists!

A great addition to the Cameron community! Food is wonderful with flavors that make you want to come right back. We had the King Tut Platter that has a little bit of everything! My wife and I shared the platter and it was plenty. It stays pretty busy, especially between 5:30-7:00. Egor was our waiter and he took great care of us! The walnut baklava was a nice finish to our meal.

I was told it was last call shortly after then 10 mins later told they're closing soon, and then was kicked out at 8:51. I totally understand that they close @9 pm on Friday and was planning on being out before 9 but I didn't appreciate how rushed I felt when I was trying to have a drink and relax, I don't plan on returning.

The large bar provides comnfortable seating all the way around, no backbreaking bar stools here! They also have comfortable table arrangements to sit at as well as some very comfortable chairs and couches in the back. They do not provide food but are going to be getting some food in the near future, they do have plenty of beer and wine to choose from with a very large selection of beers on draft. I was highly impressed with the attention to detail in what they serve as well as how they serve it. They even have a good selection of unique wine and beer for sale on display in the bar not to mention quality wine accessories, take a look at the riedel glassware for sale. The wine I ordered was served in the proper glass every time, no "joker" wine glasses here! They sell quality wine and proudly present a good selection of wine to choose from. The staff are great! They are great to sit and talk with, very knowledgeable in what they sell and treat you like family. If your looking for an upscale and classy establishment for quality drinks and a comfortable, yet relaxing atmosphere, this is the place for you. Cheers!

I'm a bit late in posting this but you know....life. About a month ago we celebrated my birthday…read morewith a dinner at Elliott's. There were 10 of us including my very young grandchildren. We were seated in a back room at a long table, one of three. This room was warm and lovely. One table was already occupied, the other filled up shortly before we finished. From start to finish, our dining experience was wonderful. We did not have to worry about our little ones disrupting other guests, as the other party had little ones too. Our server, Madeline, was absolutely perfect! She was attentive without being intrusive. She had a good sense of humor and guided out decisions for food when we asked. She served us promptly and with a smile and made us feel so welcomed. I wish I could remember what everyone else ordered but I do know that my Pork Schnitzel was incredible! Also huge so I had enough for another meal the next day. When I return I will order the same thing. My husband brought a birthday cake in for me and our server brought that out at the end of the meal with plates and forks for everyone. We forced her to take a piece for her break, which she goodnaturedly did. There is only one tiny tiny thing to mention: It did take a long while for the 5 year old's drink and food to arrive. Not anyone's fault, it was very very busy. But try to explain that to a 5 year old. Rolls were served but they were too spicy for her. Or maybe the butter was spicy? Maybe feed your little ones something beforehand if you go on a busy weekend night, as we did. Kudos to the kitchen for pleasing so many different tastes so much, and for management for hiring Madeline who is a great asset to your restaurant.

Hopping restaurant located on a posh residential street about a mile out of the village. The decor…read moreis eclectic (I dined under a large, colorful Dr. Seuss print) with fairly closely-spaced tables that keep the room buzzing. There's an upscale bar in the entry that had several seats open even when the tables were all full. I started with the crab hush puppies. What's not to like about fried dough after all, but I didn't really get much crab flavor out of them. The buttermilk and corn preparation came through more. The entree was a showstopper, though - grilled elk chops with a pomegranate glaze and country mashed potatoes. They were scrumptious, and the al dente vegetables cooked in with the potatoes gave them a nice toothsomeness. One of the best entrees I've had in quite some time. It's nice when a menu gives you a protein choice you don't see everywhere. Parking is fine, with a paved lot in front and spaces on either side of the adjacent street. Service was welcoming and efficient.
