I love this place! I went in because I knew I could get a fast breakfast on my way to the airport. I ordered the Sausage Biscuit breakfast sandwich. It was phenomenal ! Very creative, so tasty, hot and satisfying. The ambiance here is delightful. I highly recommend this place for singles, families and big groups. Before you leave Napa, GO HERE. At the very least get a sandwich for the road. The chicken roulade was amazing. I also ordered the wood fired roast beef. Both sandwiches were reasonably priced and completely delicious. The bread was fresh and toasted. They know what they are doing. read more

Contimo has a new location! No longer near COPIA but in a storefront in downtown Napa. A nice parking lot next door that wasn't crowded early in the am during the pandemic. We were craving biscuit sandwiches and decided to take our monthly field trip, during the pandemic, this time to Napa. Contimo's location is very nice. We could've found a place to eat nearby but chose to just savor our yummy biscuit sandwiches in the car. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The best biscuits ever!!! As i was waiting for our my order, I overheard a customer asking how large the biscuits are. The reply was "as big as a cat's face". I busted out laughing. Apparently that is the term in North Carolina! And yes, they are as big as a cat's face. read more

So happy to have Contimo located across the street from the hotel we stayed at in Napa (Archer Hotel). These were the most amazing breakfast sandwiches I've ever had and I'm not usually a big fan of biscuits. But there's were served warm with crispy edges and not overly heavy. The richness from the biscuits combined with their perfectly balanced content choices made for some absolutely delicious breakfast sandwiches. Will make sure to stay close by again in the future. read more

The place looked like an upscale cafeteria feel inside, which was nice. The service was friendly. It ultimately had a feeling of a familiar place where locals would meet for coffee and a biscuit. The biscuits were absolutely delicious, fluffy inside and crunchy crusty outside. They did not feel greasy or heavy. The yogurt bowl with the granola and jam was enough to get your day going. What I would have loved to be able to add is a runny egg to the biscuit and sausage to take it to a higher level of goodness. read more

Was staying in downtown Napa and popped by this place for a quick bite in the morning. Sandwiches are made to order, which I appreciated and staff was friendly. Breakfast sausage biscuit: wished that it came more than just sausage. The biscuit was a bit dry and could have benefited from a creamy component like cheese or eggs. Baller biscuit: special cinnamon spiced biscuit with persimmon jam and sausage Overall, the biscuit sandwiches were fine, but nothing special. The biscuit itself was a bit disappointing and I'm the drier side. read more

It's impossible not to feel the love from the owner & staff at this little eatery. They care about the food they create obvious in the quality ingredients they use. They care about each other based on the way the work together. And they definitely care about their clientele based on the great suggestions they gave us & the polite conversation that made our visit memorable. This is a must for anyone who is visiting Napa & wants a great way to start their day! read more

I would fly across the country again just to visit this place. All of the food is so good. You really can't go wrong with what you order, but I'd guesstimate that the human body probably can't handle more than two visits here within a single day. The food is amazing, the customer service is amazing, and the biscuits absolutely live up to the hype. I don't remember the other meals that I had in Napa but wow this was a gem. Get the ham and cheese!!! The ham and jam is good too! We were on our way to San Francisco and shared that with the owner and he brought out a postcard with his SF restaurant recommendations. Can't say enough about this place- must visit if you're in Napa! And get some nice crunchy chocolate chip cookies too! read more

The biscuits here are out of this world! We came here the first time in the afternoon and the biscuits were sold out. My wife was SO disappointed. Got up early the next day and got her the ham the n jam. The biscuits were flaky and delicious! The yogurt and granola was very good! I would recommend that if you're not in the mood for an amazing biscuit! read more

I was in town for a booster shot and my tummy told me I needed a breakfast sandwich so I decided to check Yelp to help me satisfy my craving. I noticed this new spot and decided to check it out because the pictures of their biscuits looked delicious. I called to place my order and ten minutes later (like the guy said) it was ready. Super easy! Guy at the cashier was super nice and gave me hipster vibes. I like how there's an open kitchen. Pretty small place looks like only take out style. First of all I do like their packaging. It was wrapped in foil and then their paper wrap which has a stamped logo of the restaurant. It even included a napkin! This is great as I was eating in my car (peep the photos). Now I'm all about bacon breakfast sandwiches and usually critique a bfast sammie by the bacon. The bacon was smokey and thick, very crispy on the ends which I do enjoy. I have to say that I actually enjoyed the biscuit more than the bacon. It was buttery, soft and complemented the bacon and molasses. I liked how the molasses wasn't overpowering. Each ingredients seemed to compliment eachother. Yes I wondered how this would taste with an egg but I read you cannot add an egg to these sandwiches. That's alright by me as I enjoyed this sandwich the way it is. Gotta trust the chef behind this! I would definitely come back and try their other goodies. read more

Ok no joke- I dare to say the hot ham and cheese sandwich I just inhaled from Contimo is the best sandwich I've ever had. There was not one thing I would change about it. Perfectly toasted multi-seed roll, tasty meet/cheese, and pickled onions? Get outta here. I'm going to be spreading the word about this gem and love that there is plenty of seating so I can make this my go-to lunch spot with friends. I also appreciated all of the tastings of the provisions in the store area. Thanks for a wonderful lunch!! read more

Wish I'd had an opportunity to eat here more than once! Happy to make a big deal over their Ham sando, because it's in a league of its own. Maybe they got lucky coming up with the perfect ratios and perfect combination of flavors and perfect bread?? More likely is the magic isn't accidental. Damn fantastic sandwich, delicious filled cookie and even salad options for the bread wary. read more

Do not miss this spot for breakfast when in Napa! The ham and jam biscuit is amazing - salty, sweet, and you won't find a better biscuit! We also loved the sausage egg biscuit! Friendly staff with great recommendations. Quality sandwiches with nice touches, picked veggies were great on the mortadella sandwich (although a little wet for the bread, but I'm just being picky....it was still an awesome sandwich). 12$ for a plain biscuit with sausage and nothing else on it. Pretty sure I was overcharged. Wont be coming back anytime soon.

Great service and fresh food. Not much more you can ask for. I got a coffee and sausage biscuit. Even though it sandwich is simply sausage and a biscuit (no sauce or anything else) it was warm, toasty, fresh and authentic. My biscuit was burnt but still delicious. The people there are really nice, makes conversation and I left happier than when I entered. While they are responsible for my socio-emotional well-being (smile), it was really nice to talk to genuine people. They made my day! And the food was good! read more

Great casual spot for a yummy quick breakfast, and the staff is super nice and friendly. Unlike other biscuit sandwiches, theirs were manageable as a handheld. Contimo, Contimo. We basically drive to Napa just to get Contimo. I'm with the other reviewers to say that you must try this place if you're in Napa. Whenever we do a tour of a winery and they ask what our lunch plans are, we tell them: Contimo. Reply Great choice! A local favorite, this place has a small rotating menu of mind-blowing sandwiches. Our favorites: The poached chicken. The bread is soft yet crunchy (not like those sandwiches that are soggy or cut the roof of your mouth), the chicken is juicy, enough vegetables to counterbalance the meat and the lemon jam! What a revelation. It's not a fancy meal, but it will change your view on just how good a sandwich can be. As for a little snack, try cookies! They're on the crunchy side but with a minute in the oven and a little bit of your milk of choice - it's a great take-home dessert. P.S now that it's summer, they have the pea toast. For you vegetarians out there, it's - again - a mind-blowing option. Sweet from fresh peas and a little sour from the tossed veggies and pickled onions, it's one of few vegetarian options out there that are worth the price. read more

Understated when you walk past, but my curiosity pulled me in, and I'm really glad it did. Ryan (the owner) is clearly a boss and is crushing it at this place. Not only were the sandwiches amazing, but Ryan was friendly and an amazing sales person. I was honestly afraid of looking at anything for too long knowing I couldn't resist Ryan talking me into it. Ryan, you were right, everything is as good as you say. Next time I come up from the Bay Area, I will bring you a Banh Mi. Rating: 3+ We ordered: Bacon and molasses biscuit - alderwood smoked bacon and molasses. Their biscuits are good! They just need to work on their pairings. This item tasted boring ... there was no "oomph". It could be enhanced with some spicy cheese or maybe even an amazing seasonal spicy fruit jam. I am also wondering why they don't offer eggs on their biscuits?? Pimento cheese biscuit - aged cheddar, roasted peppers, Urfa chili. I added sausage to this which added the savory note but the Urfa chilies were sorely lacking so when I did get a bite of one it added so much more to the sandwich. Chocolate chip cookies - crunchy, good texture but made from milk chocolate. I am a dark chocolate fanatic and appreciate some texture (nuts, salt) on/in my cookies. Contimo is located in downtown Napa in a great area for shopping and eating. read more

A terrific sandwich "window" just outside the Copia. If you have visited, or plan to visit the Oxbow Market you have experienced the parking challenge- so know the Copia offers Valet Parking. If you order at Contimo, they will validate your parking ticket - so free valet service! That's far from the best part - the food. Breakfast, on buttermilk biscuits, and lunch sandwiches, on a variety of breads, are all terrific. Each is special in its own way. Locally sourced and fresh as can be. For lunch today, my wood fired roast beef with corn and black garlic, on a seeded bread, was mouthwateringly good. There are sides and drinks to complete the meal. They also offer a broad range of meats, preserves and "cook at home" options like soup and marinated whole chicken and dusted rib roast (priced per pound). So whether you are coming or going, there is something for you here. Ryan and Kevin have done an amazing job bringing some reasonably priced fare to the market. Seating is available outside in the garden area, or in back. Or take it with you to work or home! read more
