Yummy!!! We had the breakfast sausage biscuit with added pimento cheese, and the early summer roast beef sandwich which came with corn puree and black garlic aioli. Wow, the food here was amazing and unique, the perfect blend of flavors, good sized sandwiches, the biscuit so fluffy and buttery as other reviewers have described. And that pimento cheese was sooo good, hot and melty, with the perfect kick of flavor.. if you don't know, it's a version of cheddar with peppers, herbs, and spices, so good that they sell it separately on their menu as a dip. The sandwhich shop itself was really cute in a beautiful area of Napa. Parking was free and easy at the lot right next to the store. And service was professional and friendly. We picked this place as it was highly recommended spot on our way out of Napa, super location in downtown with easy free parking. Walking in already smelled delicious, our group ordered two items each to try out. I had the ham and cheese super fresh and filling, then went for the biscuit with jam. Nice crust and warm delicious interior-Ryan was super friendly and checked in on us. Absolutely pleased with the service and food. I so wanted to try a delicious maple biscuit but they were ALL SOLD OUT :(. So this short review is based solely of my customer service and interactions with the employees. Contimo Provisions is a cute little shop downtown Napa that is know for their delicious breakfast biscuits. Upon entering the store, my husband and I were great with smiles. We informed them of our order and they kindly share that the maple biscuits usually sell out early/ first thing in the morning, so we would have to arrive early to enjoy one. The employees then share other popular breakfast and lunch items on the menu and informed us of other days and times to come get a breakfast biscuit. I don't normally leave yelp reviews but I had to for this wonderful experience my fiancé and I had. We stopped by to split a biscuit sandwich (it was delicious!) as a snack and we were greeted with such kind hospitality. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. One man wearing glasses took time to explain the process of making molasses when he noticed we were confused about what it was. He was so kind and even brought us delicious cookies. Was looking for affordable delicious options and delightfully came across this local store tucked in between tasting rooms and stores in downtown Napa. We tried the pimento cheese sandwich and the roast beef. Both were pretty spectacular. We were tempted to add bacon to the pimento sandwich but ultimately didn't and we were right. It would have been too salty. The sandwich as is had the right balance of savory and gooey cheese with the crunch of the toasted sandwich and fresh lettuce. The area was nice and easy to park in, service was fast, and there's even outdoor seating to enjoy your food. I got the bacon and molasses biscuit ($8.50), which had a really nice contrast of savory and sweet, and was piping hot when it came out. We ordered the potato and leek soup it was very creamy and flavorful. The kind of soup that doesn't need any added salt or pepper. This is our must go breakfast when we head to Napa for wine tasting. We stumbled across Contimo a few months ago because my partner always needs a snack before wine tasting and he LOVES biscuits. The first time we went we only ordered one ham and jam biscuit and the owner Ryan questioned whether that was because I don't love delicious food and he was so right; I took one bite of my partner's (which he very begrudgingly shared) and was hooked. So, last time we went we got enough for our party of six (including me this time!) plus like 3-4 more for good measure. I inhaled the ham and jam in 2 seconds flat, it was so so good and the rest got eaten up fast too. My advice is eat it as soon as you get it so it's deliciously warm!! The owner is from Tennessee and it shows; we were just in Nashville and we agree these biscuits are better than any biscuit we had out there. You really can't go wrong with any of the choices but the ham and jam lives rent-free in my head. We haven't tried the lunch sandwiches or non-biscuit options yet but they have a pretty extensive menu and next time I'll definitely be getting the mortadella sandwich too. I only have one photo bc we keep eating them too fast to remember to snap a pic. And, the service is INCREDIBLE. The owner is behind the counter making the food and I think maybe his partner or business partner runs the counter. He chatted with us for a while as we waited for our food and when he found out we were from LA he even recommended a restaurant his friends have in LA that had been on my must try list for a while. They only have drip coffee hot (no espresso based hot drinks like lattes or cappuccinos or americanos) but they do have a premade NOLA iced latte with oat milk which is my drink of choice anyway and it's really good!
