The big menu is always inside and against same wall that people are in line to order. Making it hard to choose your selection prior to ordering. I was in the area on a date. We came to the market to figure out food and we settled on Gotts roadside. I've seen them around I've had their garlic fries when I've had the craving but I've never really ordered anything else. This time I ordered the Vietnamese chicken salad and chili cheese fries on the side. My date ordered the California burger and sweet potato fries. When we got our food, my date said, she should have ordered the salad that looks so good. You know what? It was bomb! Super flavorful and refreshing. I kept it classic with a cheeseburger, no sauce, just meat & cheese, and my wife went bold with the kimchi burger, which she absolutely loved. With one order shrewd of us 20 minutes seems a lot longer than expected to get two burger. My spice likes her burgers well done and she asked for her burger to be well done. 20 minutes later I picked up our food from the counter. And just like the food at the Walnut Creek location it was all cold. Nothing was hit at all. My souses burger was medium rare. We didn't even return the burger because we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for her burger to be ready. The line to order moved quickly and I appreciated the huge menu along the wall - looked through it while waiting in line. But my simple cheeseburger probably took about 20 minutes. I loved the toppings on the chicken schnitzel sandwich, with fresh herbs, pickled turnips, arugula and cucumber. It was well balanced and felt light for a fried chicken sandwich. My husband loved his burger with great crunch from the onion ring and bacon, and tang from the pickles and blue cheese . The seasonal soft serve "parfait" was a favorite to all of us. The other items felt obviously homemade and were good, we definitely had leftovers. Cons: our buzzer never rang, and when we finally went to check (after about 30 mins) our order had been made but given the wrong number, so it was sat cold on the counter. We asked for it but they offered to make it again for us fresh. However, they did not prioritize remaking it and instead we had to wait another 30 mins before it came -- and when we got it, they had made completely wrong burgers. Given that the rest of our party had long since finished their food, we ate what we were given -- but it sucks to wait so long for a nearly $20 burger with all the wrong toppings.
