I never leave reviews but, this was a truly disappointing experience. I am loooking for basic and ongoing IT support for an in home office network for my business. Pretty basic stuff... backup and password solutions and help with other issues that might arise periodically that are beyond my knowledge or capability. I called to inquire about such services and to see if I could get help with a current recurring issue where my printer frequently stops communicating with my network on a recurrent basis. I was hopeful because of the mostly great reviews. The person on the phone did not seem much interested in helping me and said I wasn't explaining myself well despite perfectly repeating back to me the issues I discussed. He also said they do not have remote assistance capabilities which I think is pretty necessary for anyone offering IT service. Maybe he was too busy to take a new client. I would have accepted that but the customer service I received over the phone was a big disappointment. read more

Amazing experience with Computer Pros. Brought in a high end gaming computer, I had no idea why the fans were not working. Within 30 minutes of bringing it in they were able to diagnose the problem and let me know what part was needed to fix it. They are fast and easy to reach. I was honestly surprised at how young they were. And being so young they do have a tendency to joke around about their customers blatantly in front of other customers. It was quite expensive considering the part they changed in my computer was only $20 online and they charged me $60 for it. They only accept cash or paypal to the owners personal account, not business. The great thing is that they have a two week warranty if you keep your invoice. read more

I took my laptop in twice. Once was to replace the fan, which had broken a while ago and the second was to replace the hard drive. While the fan took a while (the specific model can only be ordered from overseas), the hard drive was replaced with an SSD during the same day -- and I was worried I might not have given them enough time since I was leaving for Europe the week after! Not only that, but they also updated the firmware so now my computer's suspend, keyboard backlight and screen brightness are all fixed. I'll definitely go back for future hardware needs. read more

I would not go back to this place again. I brought my laptop in to them and was quoted a price of "probably under $100." for the simple action of uninstalling my OS and then reinstalling it. The work went as planned and when I went to pick it up they charged me $125. I needed my laptop so paid it and left, not happy. It is not so much the money but that I felt that I was conned. Vince is very nice but his operation is a bit disorganized. I had to follow up each time to ascertain the status of my computer. On the fourth day, he advised my HP was DOA and recommended another used computer. It took him 10 minutes to make the upgrade with a new hard drive. Smart guy and quick. Don't know why it took so long but he got it done and apologized for the wait. His business is obviously going through growing pains due to his computer expertise.
