The owner Vince is a very nice guy. I came in with an old laptop my friend gave me that needed a screen repair after he gave me his cell number to contact him and set up a time. He fixed it the same day I came in and even offered to upgrade it on a separate day. I came back and not only did he replace the screen but he upgraded it, he also upgraded my hard drive, and my windows from 8 to 10. He even dropped it off to me personally saying it was no trouble it was on his way home. Out of all the people I contacted trying to repair it not only was he the friendliest but he even did all the work at an amazingly affordable price. I was in a desperate situation with all my electronics comingled with another person. Vince created and implemented a series of steps, some of which required great patience on his part dealing with customer service people on the phone, and was able to provide me with an electrionics setup that gave me both privacy and security, I am not tech savvy and he was also extremely patient with me. Got a "no bootable device" error. John gave quick diagnosis that is my hard drive problem. When he opened up my laptop he found a solid state hard drive inside the laptop but it's not mounted. He installed the SDD for me for me for free, and helped me reinstalled Windows in about an hour. John and his colleagues told me they also do soldering and motherboard repair too. 5 stars for the quick repair, excellent service, and reasonable price! Vince (the owner) was very helpful installing a DVD player on my computer, and answering some basic questions without making me feel stupid. He didn't charge me for the help, as i had traded in my old computer more than a year ago for the current one, and he said it was under warranty. These guys were recommended by our IT company to fix something they could not. Totally awesome people and service. I got the feeling they lived and breathed computer stuff. They did a lightning-fast diagnostic on my laptop (which managed to consume half a glass of Toasted Head about two weeks ago) and made a simple recommendation--get an external keyboard, bonehead. Diagnostic free, it worked, and bonehead (self) has ordered an el cheapo keyboard to keep the thing going until such time that the existing laptop's replacement is duly procured. Vince was very professional, competent, and helpful with his service. He helped me replace my HP battery for my laptop that was dying. He as well responds fairly quickly to calls and texts and gave me tips about my laptop.
