We had a great experience overall from design to water in! We started the process in the summer of 2020 and were prepared for the slower pace with the pandemic and so many pools being built but all in all everyone we worked with worked hard to ensure our project stayed on track. There were no surprises and our Construction Manager, Brian, was great at keeping us in the loop on what was happening every step of the way. This is now our favorite place to hangout every evening!!! read more

After extended interviews with several of the best pool builders in Austin, we choose Cody Pools to design and build our pool, and we are very glad we did. Our designer was Blake Moran at the Parmer location, who spent hours with us making sure the design was just right and answering our 10,000 questions patiently and honestly. We felt that some of the other (non-Cody) pool builders we interviewed had strong opinions of their own about what the design should be, and were impatient with questions about alternative design options. In contrast, Blake always supported us and explored all the options with us patiently, adding really solid advice based on his many years of experience. Once our design was set; Trey Penton was the project manager. In spite of numerous unexpected and even unprecedented circumstances, Trey kept the project moving forward, and it was completed on time, on budget, and constructed exactly as planned. We strongly recommend Cody Pools and Blake and Trey specifically. Those two are rockstars. read more

Good experience up until the first warranty submission. They committed that someone would come out to take a look at a leaky RPZ for the autofill 8 months after pool completion. Nobody came. Call center kept saying they were going to contact the superintendent but I never got a response for over 3-weeks. RPZ continues to leak causing a virtual swamp in the backyard next to the pool. Really poor experience!! read more

This is in response to Justin B. since I can't update my review. Other pool companies in our area were able to complete several pools in 4 months, similar size to ours, after we had already been many months into construction and with long periods of nothing happening/no communication. What happened is that they oversold themselves and combined with lack of attention to detail, introduced delays...things done out of order/items were ordered incorrectly, design sold us on one thing and mid construction said they couldn't do what they promised. So the notion that it's a logistical issue is nonsense. Ryan, who've we met, seems to be the diamond in the rough and we wish you the best of luck with your build. read more

We are now over a year from contract signing and over 11 months since Cody Pools started digging. I want to preface this with, we were not delayed because of equipment shortage. We started the dig in late January and from the completion of that first stage we knew it was going to be a struggle. We were quoted 12 weeks to complete the project but are rapidly approaching 12 months. From stage to stage there were long delays that usually only moved forward after we pushed on our contact. In some cases we had to go above him to get a response. Mid project we were informed that our build supervisor was no longer with the company and at that point our hopes grew of an accelerated process moving forward. We were way too optimistic. Things could not have moved slower. It took us over 6 weeks to complete the tile. I can not warn people enough to stay away from Cody Pools. I received a message from upper leadership asking for feedback and when I called the number they provided they seemed confused as to why I was calling. In conclusion, if you are looking to swim in 2022 stay away from Cody Pools. Anthony Sylvan built our previous pool in 7 weeks and we never had an issue. Hope this helps you who are shopping around. read more

I would not recommend Cody pools!! Terrible customer service. Our project manager wasn't ever available unless it was to pick up a payment. They destroyed our front and back yard not to mention a small part of our sidewalk. We expected some damage due to construction but not to this degree. The pool was completed a few months ago, haven't even swam yet and some of the concrete is cracking. I was told it's not covered bc it was due to the freeze we had a couple of months ago. Lots of other minor issues which I'm not even going to discuss bc Cody Pools could care less.. Yup, that's how they've made me feel. read more

I have to hand it to Cody pool, it's smart to make each individual office a separate listing on Yelp... it helps them space out all of the awful reviews in several places. My full review is on the Bee Caves office but suffice to say their sales department and design process are top shelf. Truly the best, then comes signing contracts and the nightmare begins. Awful awful awful, use literally anyone other than Cody pools. Long on assurances laughably short on follow through. Just to be clear, what Cody pools excels at, is the part where they get you to sign the contract and take your deposit. What they're bad at is everything that follows. I live in a new home development and don't know of a single neighbor that was satisfied with their experience with Cody pools. read more

Not recommend When I tried to pick a pool builder, I would try to weigh and compare their reputation, price, the scope of work/capacity, but I never thought the project management would be such a pain in the process. Cody Pools had long-run business record, multiple offices and obvious most footprints compared with other builders, the reviews were not perfect but who will be? The price is 2nd highest from the estimates I got. The first dig began in May. It just started up in mid-Feb. Yep, you hear me right, it took more than 10 months. I could not understand when one specific job team came, how they would frequently come and disappear for a few days. And they would stand up for the appointment randomly. We waited for the tile team for more than 4 weeks with nothing happening on the job site after 4 weeks watering the concrete, then another 2 weeks for the electrician again without any activity. When the PM called me that the electrician could not make it again for the appointment, I was not surprised anymore. I remembered that the PM explained to me once that the contractor was not Cody Pools exclusive so they might take another job while doing mine. Well, I assume that's where the project management process should do better. CP has the most footprints in the industry, they should have the best bargaining power and arrange job sequencing better. I know that the builder will say it's because of the material and labor shortage and weather if you ask them, the circumstances are real, but I could still see a lot of space to improve. Was going to rate 3 stars, but decide to give 2, as I found they did not install the auto refill part, and I waited months for the PM to get me some pipe wrapping materials to better protect the exposed PVC pipes, today he said he "was trying to help". I guess I could try to buy them somewhere myself rather than keep waiting, so one star was removed. read more

Cody P, call your office so you can address any issues? Lol I've called your office 100 times... I'm on my 3rd GC after a year and 3 months my pool is still not finished. When I say 3rd GC I'm now dealing with your management Daryl Williamson. You stated you strive in #1 satisfaction. I wrote this post 4 months ago and your just now getting to it. That's great satisfaction and why would I call you guys? For what ? More mistakes, empty promises, unfinished results. You should be calling me trying to make this right. From the shifty mason work that's been done twice and unfinished, to the poor plumbing that you guys have had to do 3 times, to the electrical that you have moved 3 times. Why should I have to tell you your not at code and not 10 feet from my propane. I've had to deal with your shitty company for a year and 3 months and my pool still isn't finished. I can go on and on and on. If you are reading this don't use Cody Pools point blank period. Contact me and I will be more than happy to give you 100 reasons not to. Learn from my mistakes. This is far from over Cody P.. Lol read more

Cody pools definitely needs to work on their customer service. They started our pool in December. They required funding throughout the pool build and required the final payment before they would complete the pool. This leaves the buyer with no leverage once the pool surface is applied to make sure all of the final details are completed. Cody Pools continually slid the pool build and finally finished it in early April. Unfortunately the attention to detail was severely lacking. Since the pool has been completed they have had to come back to repair the overflow drain because they had it draining incorrectly. Then they had to add an outflow valve that was never installed during the original build. They continually failed City inspections and currently they have not passed all of the City inspections. Right now they have not provided any timeline as to when it will be done. They are slow to respond to emails or texts sent to the construction managers. Cody pools continually stated throughout the buying process how great their customer service is. Right now there customer service is failing. read more

Picking a pool builder is terrifying. Shady pool builders are everywhere. I had as least 3 prospective builders come to the property and disappear completely and not return calls. I'm guessing because they knew I was a lawyer, and didn't trust the quality of their work enough .... IDK. But, even worse, a lot of pool builders start an LLC build your pool while promising big warrantees then simply close the LLC and disappear, making your warranty worthless and you are left with lord-knows-what they built you. A pool is no joke. It's virtually a living thing. There is way too much that can go wrong, so I knew I needed to choose wisely. We picked two of the largest pool builders in Austin. Both have been around for a very long time. One of which was Cody pools. Cody won the project on price by far, not only that, they included so many extras, like a UV filter, smart phone controls, colored lights, and a vacuum robot. They even have their proprietary plaster finish with "sea glass" pebbles. It's so beautiful. I didn't see anyone else have that type of finish. Aside from that, we had a unique request, that the other company simply refused to do. We wanted the equipment behind a fence that was covered by a deck (to hide the equipment completely). But to do that, they had to cut through a concrete walkway that was covered in pavers, run the plumbing underneath, then repair it like it all never happened. Enter our Cody project manager Marcos. Marcos didn't even blink at our proposal and said he could make it happen. Obviously we choose Cody. Then came the contract. There were things that concerned me about it, but I was told the owner said, "we are going to cover it anyway, so go ahead and fix it." So all our contract worries were resolved without issue. Next construction began, with Marcos in charge. I can't tell you how much I love this dude!!! Our entire pool was built in 1.5 months. Trades (excavation, electrical, plumbing, concrete (gunite), masonry, plaster, tiling, decking, and clean up) came in one after another like clockwork. Absolutely amazing. A very well oiled machine. And I was super impressed with how talented and professional each crew was. All great guys. And Marcos was on top of it every step of the way. When we found an unexpected pipe, Marcos got someone there the next day to reroute it without skipping a beat. When I asked for a change order to extend a retaining wall for decking, they simply started building it the next day. When my wife changed her mind on the wrap-around-tiling for the infinity edge, Marcos, instead of stopping the project to order new tile, hustled around town until he came up with enough of the new tile to finish the project without a hiccup. When my intended electrical panel couldn't support the pool equipment, we quickly figured out how to run it discretely from the main panel. When I asked for them to do the our concrete pavers for our deck after our landscaping company came back with an outrageous estimate, Macros got it done for 1/5th the price. I'll say it again, love that dude!!! I think the most down time we had was when we had to order more materials for the extra wall, and even that was only like a Monday off. After the pool was full and running, Cody scheduled a "Pool School," at my house to teach me how to care for the pool. And they gave me a bunch of equipment like a skimmer, vacuum, brush, and a water testing kit. Lastly, Cody, has a fantastic dedicated Warranty Department, which answers the phone every time you call (You won't have to chase anyone down like with other shady and elusive contractors). I had an issue with a hose on the Third-Party cleaning robot that Cody gave me. So I called their Warranty Department and they called the manufacturer and had them send me another right away. If you cannot tell, I am glad I chose Cody. This review is 100% voluntarily written and I offered it without being asked. The only thing I received for it was dang good work. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Chris, our designer. Pool was completed in March of 2020, right at the beginning of Covid. Lucky to have it complete for Athena year we sheltered in place. However, we have had numerous issues that have taken an unreasonable amount of time to complete with little or no follow up. Have to call every week for an update they cannot give. I understand that things are backed up, but give us a date, and then follow up with when and why you miss the date. We have rust spots in our plaster. About 20, and they keep growing in size. Was told it was a defect and they have to come out and chip them out of the plaster. We were told this in November of 2020. It's now June 2021. No answers as to when someone is coming. And don't bother asking them to have a manager or even the owner, call you back. It will never happen. It's unfortunate these easy to fix issues can ruin the entire experience we've had with Cody Pools Austin. read more

We chose Cody Pools because of their reputation; we are at the end of our contract with an unfinished pool with no deadline for it's completion. We were told that because of rain; Cody Pools adds 3 days to the end of the contract. We've had 2 pool collapses that had to be dug out. Our Builder's Permit can be extended if Cody Pools can't meet the deadline. From what I have learned and experienced, Cody Pools deliberately misleads the customer; we were told that there was an opening in December and we rushed to sign the contract. We were initially told it would take 90 business days to complete the pool. What actually happened was it is from the moment that Cody Pools digs your pool. Our first contractor left the company and the second one was brutally honest about not making any commitments about the completion of our pool. We started talking to Cody Pools in July and a year later, here we sit with a pool that is not completed. We are at a loss for any actions or complaints because we have paid over half of the construction costs. I would not recommend Cody Pools to anyone. Randall M. read more

Awful experience! Six months in and not complete, pool leaks 3-4 inches every day going on two weeks since plaster, deck is all cracked two weeks after pour, kitchen built wrong and won't hold any appliances here on site for build, pool is filthy and pump runs 24/7 with zero chemicals in it, zero customer service all the way around from top to bottom. No project management whatsoever! Worst choice for pool builder, we made based on what we thought was a great reputation. Completely disappointed and spent a ton on upgrades, just sickening. read more

This is the first negative review I have ever written.  My experience with Cody Pools REALLY UPSET ME A LOT to write this review, and I want to let others know so they don't go through the same challenges as me. DO NOT use this company to build a new pool. It claims 4-5 months to build a pool, but it took 9 months. I 100% understand timing due to Covid-related issues and lack of supplies, but this was not the case. Cody Pools lacked communication for up to three weeks at a time with no response (on 3 separate occasions) and forgot to connect the gas line, installed the wrong rock for the waterfall/wall, and allowed workmen to sleep in my backyard weekly while "working". The overall design is problematic because when it rains, there will be flooding due to lack of drainage. The only time Cody Pools was on time was to collect a check. The most disappointing aspect of this project is the lack of communication and the initial, promised completion date. I wish every day that I would have hired Texas Tiny Pools. Bottom line...it was a horrible experience but I finally have water :) read more

I built a pool with Cody Pools back in 2017. Like any other home construction project, I needed some fairly significant warranty work done. In my case, the service manager (Derek) and warranty supervisor (Art) stepped up big and took care of my situation above and beyond expectations. Derek worked with Art behind the scenes to make sure Art could address my issues in their entirety. Art was in constant communication with us (whether or not he had anything new to report), found us highly qualified technicians to repair our pool, had them complete the repairs quickly, neatly, and competently, and he was at my house every step of the way to discuss the progress with my wife and myself. He was exceptional in every way imaginable, and he performed above and beyond expectations from the beginning to the end of our repair. Art not only repaired my pool, he repaired how we feel about our pool and Cody Pools itself in my eyes. Art is a shining example of exceptional service, and I wish I had a Derek and Art to go to with all of the companies I do business with. read more

Cody Pools Austin - a view of the pool from the deck - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me - Austin, Texas

If I could give zero stars I would, I highly DO NOT recommend Cody pools. Also seems like we are not the only ones that have these complaints. The communication and follow-through and customer service are bottom on the barrel. It started great with the sales rep which is he must be great at his job. We got suckered into signing with them then it all wet downhill from that. We started our process last year Nov 2020 and all we have in is pipping, equipment, and gunite. We never received an update which we had to tell them our finance company who we financed through was asking for an update to even get a response. We were told last week that the plumber was coming on Monday to put in the gas line. It is Wed and still no plumber. Of course, WE had to reach out to the construction manager. He stated Monday evening the plumber got stuck on a job and would be there Tues., now Wed. STILL NO PLUMBER, and yes WE still had to reach out. This is a BIG disappointment and if we could go back and do it again we would have NEVER went with them. This company needs to stop making excuses and get it together. What you hire and the actions of your employees are who YOU as a company are. read more

The beginning process was great. We had a great design guy 'Sam'. We did go with some upgrades to the filtration system and added an automatic pool cover. This was an expensive pool for the size. Then 2 1/2 years in... the grout started chipping and falling apart. We called and asked if this was still under warranty. Never could get a solid answer. Now 3 years in...we are told the coping is out of warranty now...SORRY. We are now having to pay another company to come out and "redo" all the grout around the pool. Seems like this should not happen so soon..a 3 year old pool already needing total grout replacing!! Check warranties with your pool builder... you are on your own after the pool is built!! Getting this repaired isn't cheap. read more

If the judge of a company is whether they do what they say they'll do, they'd get 0 stars. I've finally given up after wasting 6 months waiting for appointments, designs, consults etc. It's been weeks between each one and I've tried to be accommodating but heard every excuse under the sun. I guess they don't want my money - I understand the market is busy but if they didn't have time to take a lead, they could've been up front about it - like many other pool companies have done recently. At least those other companies have earned trust so I can go back to them when they have the bandwidth. Based on my experience, I'm not surprised Cody Pools averages under 3 stars on Yelp read more

I love my pool. Some small issues that Cody warranty is taking care of. I had to wait a long while to get my pool but that was weather related and COVID related. So, my review is only on Dom Beck (supervisor) and John Kolecki (pool design) and removing any weather issues. They were awesome the whole way through. I had a very unhappy neighbor that they had to take some of his fence down which ruined his unprofessionally done sprinkler system and side yard. It was all put back together professionally and grass put back in promptly. The tile work is phenomenal and I am so far very happy with my pool colors and design. I think I should have asked more questions on the bench seating as the step from the bench to the pool floor is a large drop even from my tall family members. I am not tall so it seems to be a plummet into the abyss. I did not get a pin to go into the umbrella table pole but I can figure that out. The table for the bench area is a win and glad John had a cheaper version for me to buy. Once I get my autofil to work I will be super happy with the pool and happy to be done with the waiting. I am very happy and my family enjoyed Fourth of July in the pool, even with the rain. Now if someone could stop the rain I can get grass! read more

Cody Pools Austin - Pool & Hot Tub Service Near Me - Austin, Texas

Cody Pools was professional and got the job done despite some speed bumps along the way. I'll start with the bidding/quote process. I had other companies come out and try to give me a high quote and Steele came out and cut to the chase and negotiations were pretty quick. He didn't try to sell me on more than I wanted not because he's not a good representative but because he knew his potential client. The other good thing about Cody is they are large enough where they don't have resource problems so they start quickly. One other company that quoted me gave me some excuse about permits and Cody didn't make that excuse. That same company tried to sell me on an above ground pool because they didn't want to dig through limestone. The process started quickly and Cody had workers out almost each day. We hit a couple of scheduling issues along the way, which is to be expected, but they finished the job in 60 days from excavation. Along the way my sprinkler system was torn up (cost $2,125) and a contractor hit the main gas line which also affected my neighbor, but the bottom line is they got the job done and the pool looks spectacular. Cody even threw in some state of the art equipment I found out about after completion because this is my first pool and I didn't know any better. They could have gone cheap with a (somewhat :)) ignorant customer but they didn't. I would recommend Cody. read more

I just looked out at the pool I bought from Cody two years ago. It reminds me every time I look at it how Cody ripped me off. What they did was promise me two ledge loungers as the final trick to get me to sign the contract. They did not include that promise in the paperwork, but there were four of us present sharing the enthusiasm I didn't think much about it. I should have. After the pool was done I called to ask when the chairs were coming but was told they don't honor promises unless they are in the contract. After much back and forth one of their managers said they would send the chairs. A while later corporate said they would not. The only reason I gave them one star is because I don't know how to give less. I have told every person I have met since then about their ripping me off. I have steered at least 10 others to different companies for their pools ( maybe more but I know of 10). I will continue to warn everyone I meet about Cody. So far they have lost at least $500,000 in business over these chairs. I hope to increase that number. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Cody Pools!! read more

Do not recommend. The design & build went well. I would expect a pool builder to understand use cases and how to care for a pool. Do not ask Cody. They will wrongly tell you how to care for your pool. Ask a company that actually cleans & chemically treats pools. Our pool is stunningly beautiful without question. But it a nightmare to care for and things are ALWAYS breaking. Always. Two year old pool and the same light keeps going out, the same in floor jets keep breaking.. Gauges don't work. Weird/abnormal noises from the equipment. Takes forever to get service. And oh if your light goes out in winter. They won't come repair it until Spring when the water is warm. We went 6 months with a mon working light on a BRAND NEW POOL. Under warranty you are forced to go without lights until the temps are comfortable. We constantly have a repair case open because things are always breaking. Why? They can't tell me. Their standard answer is "don't worry, it's under warranty." Totally dissatisfied with Cody and cannot recommend. Please find another pool builder that can get it right and understands pool maintenance & chemistry. read more

Took over 8 months to complete the "45-90" day build. Only reason we went with them over competitor was faster timeline. In fact, paid $5k more for the timeline and received fewer features. We had to fire a supervisor along the way, over a month with zero work done. Tried to pass it off as issues with city of Austin but was poor management by the supervisor. Shotty work redone several times. Wouldn't return calls, texts, or emails. Withheld last payment until all work was done and discussed some sort of reimbursement due to poor work and extremely bad customer service. Owner and CFO told us they'd already lost money on the project and would turn us over to collections if we didn't pay. As business owners and leaders in our industries, we would never treat customers this way. Cody Pools should be ashamed of their practices. We withheld any reviews until now hoping they would make it right. Would give 0 stars if possible and will warn as many people as we can about them. read more

They will not honor their warranty - stay way from this company. I will never recommend them for any pool job

I did not hire Cody Pools after reading their BBB complaints and their Yelp reviews ten years ago when we built our pool. This year my neighbors hired them to build their pool. We live in a gated HOA consisting of 5 homes with a common road. Each of the 5 lots is close to being an acre. Cody pools dumped a truck load of rocks on my property next to the common roadway and then dumped 2 additional loads of rocks across the roadway. After I complained to my neighbor about the rocks left on my property I received a text from Peter at Cody Pools telling me he would have the rocks removed that afternoon. I text Peter back and let him know that he was not to dump anything on my private property. He told me that would not be a problem going forward. Although lots of rocks were removed that afternoon the remaining rocks will not allow a mower to be used in that area. I am in the process of getting landscaping plans drawn up to address this issue. Several of Cody Pool workers continue to park on this part of my property. They also throw their drink bottles and food wrappers on it. I text Peter today and informed him again that he has no permission to park, dump or use my property for anything. My neighbors have plenty of property for them to dump and park on. His reply stated that when he was here on previous occasions he saw lots of construction workers vehicles parked on my property and he wanted to know what changed(My neighbor has just finished building his house and I'm assuming he is referring to those construction workers automobiles). Really!! How can you run a business and not understand what PRIVATE PROPERTY means. I would never hire any company that had so little respect for others PRIVATE PROPERTY! Who would think its OK to dump materials and park workers vehicles on private property to either side of the common roadway. Especially when the people he is building the pool for have plenty of room! I would be so embarrassed if I had hired them and they treated my neighbors property this way. read more

Considering a pool is such a big investment, this process was incredibly easy. Blake was our designer and came up with exactly what we needed. Not a client and won't ever be a client. I started the process (5 weeks ago) of pricing out an inground pool build w/Cody Pools - and that's about as far as it got and will be as far as it goes. It has been almost one month since the "sales person" came out to look at our yard, sketch our pool. He told me I would receive a quote in a few days, a week had gone by and i hadn't received anything, no communication. I reached out told him we were deciding between a boat and a pool and would be looking at boats on the weekend. His response " $75-$100k it's gonna be a couple of weeks, circle back if you decide on a boat or not" - more or less a can't be bothered attitude. I "circled back" two weeks later with an email on how we were looking in terms of receiving a quote, that was 5 days ago - no response. clearly they don't need or want my business. I understand they may be busy with increased business due to COVID - but communication and setting expectations, reputation is key with new potential clients. I would never use CP based off this experience, how could i trust them with such a huge purchase and investment for my family. I'm not sure how they are the "number one" pool builder in TX. Im glad I came here to read the reviews, clearly we have dodged a bullet. read more

Buyer beware. Sad to say this place has no integrity. Spent quite a bit on a pool with them. The pool was not built to the spec's agreed upon despite what they may respond with to try and save name. My pool designer acknowledge his error with my pool design in not making the pool shelf to the depth my wife and I asked for in his office. Stating it was his error. It was made so clear by him that he apologized in what I thought was a sincere manner and advised me that it could be repaired at his expense. After Cody Pools site manager and the designer persuaded me to not have it rebuilt to the specifications we wanted because it could jeopardize the structural integrity of the pool I accepted it as built with the understanding they would make good on their error which the designer stated he would do. I never received a "make good' of any kind and let that go. 6 months later with no communication from Cody since installation was complete I received an attorneys demand for payment for a tile upgrade I asked for before the pool build and after receiving a signed paid in full statement. Reached out to my salesperson who conveniently didn't reply. Highly encourage you to look elsewhere for a pool builder. read more

Cody Pool and the team behind them are top notch. We worked with Ryan as our designer and Tom as our Superintendant. They were both a pleasure to work with and really took time to find out our wants and desires for the pool and then transpiring them to a picture on paper so we could see our project. Throughout the process we made several changes and they were alway eager to accommodate to make it the pool of our dreams and make sure we were always completely satisfied. Cody Pools is one of the worst companies to deal with. Their customer service is horrible---5 months to build a pool after their salesman said it would be three months. The contractors tore up my septic pipes, destroyed my yard, used two different concrete companies that poured different color white concrete. The masons could not get the waterfall to stop leaking out the back. The supervisor that was in charge of our project got moved to a different area in the company so they brought a new one in. The new supervisor did not like to be bothered with issues outside work hours, but they did not care about inconveniencing my family. They make you pay before the work is done, so you are at the mercy of them to finish. Steer away from this company---it sounds great at first but they are in the business of seeing how many pools they can do, instead of focusing on doing them right. During the five months of the pool being built, 4 weeks of no show work in great weather. A fellow by the name of Randall came out, left me a preliminary drawing and took some measurements. We've never heard back from him or anyone else from Cody Pools and it's been nearly a month ago. I should actually be thanking him since he did us a favor. Glad we know ahead of time how poor their customer service would be! They won't get our $$. read more

It's been a whole month since my last complaint of Cody pool... our pool was built in 2013 and it's been steadily leaking since then... back then Randy a Cody pool employee helped me by having the issue looked at and what we thought, repaired... well that repair happened in 2015. I have called texted emailed and to no avail have they finished or stood by their work. I was put in contact with Hans another Cody pool employee and he just gives me the run around... I would NOT recommend this business... CODY POOL company SUCKS! I am going to tell everybody over and over! We paid for the pool so it's not like we asked for a free pool, they are cheats and don't stand by their work! Shame on you Hans for constantly giving me the run around! It's frustrating and the city should know how you feel about water conservation... Don't buy a pool by these lying people that say they are going to repair it and it takes years to even get them to respond... bad, shotty work! read more
