A friend and I brought our sons, age 2 1/2 and 7, on a Wednesday morning. It was clean and quiet. Pizza was average, but this is a place about games, not food, and the 7-year-old gulped down about half the pizza anyways. Both boys had a blast with all the games. 2 1/2 hours later, my toddler was completely spent and happy. We used a coupon and the total cost was $30 plus tax. Ugghhh.... I realize this place is always going to be crowded on the weekends. That's a given. But for them not to have the place staffed with enough people? That's not. And to top it off, they changed the pizza. Not to say it was anything to write home about before, but now it's even worse. Ours was raw underneath on half of it and burnt on the other half. I had my daughters birthday party over here and I advise against it, especially the mega party which is the most expensive one. They put like 5 parties all together. You can imagine how crowded the place gets. No one serves pizza to the kids. I had to walk through tiny spaces between all chairs to help the kids out. It was warm and stuffy and frustrating. About the mega party. They advertise 2 hours unlimited play which is, in my mind, almost a scam. When we arrive, they gave each kid a play card which expires in 2 hours once it is swiped. However one hour into the party, they started herding the kids to eat pizza and then cake. Food is served slow because they have 5 parties all together. By the time we are done with food we have 20 minutes left to play the games. Only kiddo games here and one floor (so definitely wheelchair accessible). But I love how they let you trade in your tickets for cotton candy. Much cleaner, but smaller than the Chuck E Cheese by my home in SJ. The staff are friendly and readily available for assistance. Overall, a fun place just remember to wash your hands when you leave. Love how they let you pay w/ credit card for the token machines and their pizza and token deals are awesome, I grew up on it! =) read more

This location is much better then the other ones that I've been to and cleaner, plus it's closer to where I live. I've taken my 6 year old son here three times and he's really enjoyed himself. The pizza is decent and they have a salad bar which is not bad either for this kind of place. As the place is not that big I'm not too worried that my son might wonder off now and again by himself as I can find him quite easily. Will definitely come back again. read more

We came here for the first time for a birthday party on a Sunday. It's ok. Just disappointed that there are so many tables in the birthday dining area. There's only one way in and out. Service was bad. Most of the staff seemed disinterested in what they were doing. It took them forever to get our pizza, they brought us the wrong pizza and had to make another pizza. The ice machine was empty and it took him 20 minutes to fill it, so we could get cold drinks. Our granddaughter had fun though and most of the machines worked. read more

Good customer service is so simple. Some companies and employees "get it", and some don't. I have 8 year old twins, so we hit Chuck E. Cheese once a month or more often. There are a lot of things I could complain about: the line to get stamped to get in. The line to get our initial batch of tokens for the day. Game machines that don't work, or worse, accept a token and then don't work. And then the line to redeem prizes when we just want to leave. Anyway, yesterday we had a great experience. With my kids, we add everything up and divide by 2 for the prizes. Usually, I have to keep track, but the employee behind the counter kept separate counts for my son and daughter. I was babysitting two little ladies for four days and one of our highlights was planning a visit to CEC for pizza and games. We had a nice experience. The only two things I could knock them on was the cashier failing to give me the voucher for 50 free tickets with food purchase which was given to me by the manager after I inquired; second the pizza took about 30 minutes for a medium pizza which was very unevenly sliced, making a short but difficult meal with the girls because 'she got more than me' lol. All in all I'd take them back again. The facility was clean and well kept, the restrooms were in good shape and staff was generally on point. read more

Extremely unhappy with this location. Lots of play stations were out of order, the few that were working were either malfunctioning - ate my coin or did not dispense tickets. Even though we reported the issue to the team member nothing was done and they chose to ignore our complaint. We recently visited this location in hopes of having an enjoyable time and were super dissapointed First off the whole stamping thing is a great safety concept except for fact my hand was stamped without ink..Second the pizza was like cardboard...Third the only ride my 1 yr old son uses smelt like urine and when my wife notified the manager she was assured it would be taken care of which it was but little did the two d bagsknow that while they were saying I don't know what that BITCH is talking about as they made a haphazard attempt to clean the ride that I was her husband standing right next to them and could clearly hear everything they were saying I think they caught on when I gave them the stare of death and they scurried off smirking at me...Fourth I saw many adults drinking beer in water cups and then one lady was walking around the arcade floor sloshing beer about all the kids playing. Fifth they actually attempted to stop me from leaving with my son since the boy at the door had forgotten to actually put ink on the hand stamper. We had a party for my nephew last Sunday and it was awful, worse than awful. The staff were all sour teenagers. While they were supposed to be singing and celebrating the 4 birthday parties that were there, not one smiled, they looked like they were completely annoyed to actually have to do their jobs. They forgot to bring stuff, but did when asked. They started rolling up the tableclothes and moving our stuff while we were still sitting there and when I asked if we needed to move they said we had 2 minutes left. We moved to other tables and were there for another half hour and not a single new party came in the entire party area. The one pleasant part was whoever was dressed up as Chuck E. did a good job, going around high five-ing the kids and making sure to get pictures with the birthday kids. If any of the other staff had even tried half that hard it would have been passable. If you are going to spend good money on a party go somewhere else! read more

We have been going to the Stevens Creek/ Cupertino location for ten years and it has been a good place for our children's birthday parties, etc. Recently my wife had a bad experience with her pizza order, which did not arrive after 90 minutes of waiting. The staff were probably overwhelmed, as it was a busy night. She spoke to the new female manager, who offered no apology, and who lamely offered to give her 10 extra game tokens. The other customers sitting nearby were rolling their eyes at the manager's feeble attempt to make things right. Her order arrived after a total wait time of 2 hours. 1st time at this location for my baby girl that's 26 months and I & its her 2nd time at chuck e cheese in general. Once again no ball pit at this location just like the one by Tully rd's chuck e cheese. But this location is smaller, but definitely cleaner. My baby girl started dancing when she heard the fast beated song hehe. She again didn't like the electronic chuck e cheese. Overall liked this location way better than Tully rd's location. No hooker across the street or drug exchange in front of me & my baby at chuck e cheese location like last Saturday at Tully rd's location. Baby girl loved the fill up the fish tank arcade game esp. The workers here are a lot nicer and said hi & acknowledged us unlike Tully rd's location. I always known that Tully rd's location was ghetto if it weren't for my nephew's 7th bday party we wouldn't have gone to that ghetto area. Anyhow, my baby had fun at this location. read more
