They have perfected the smash burger. They make the Hokkaido milk buns in house & they are delicious. They also start with full meat cuts and make their own ground mixture with a little bit of bacon thrown in. They are grilled to that amazing crisp edges but moist hamburger center. I don't know how I didn't get a good picture. We also had the blood orange salad. Some places you go have ooddles of lettuce and not enough oranges, beets, feta or pistachios- not here. They are in abundance. And the dressing is light and accents the flavors very well. We had the Cazookie for dessert, and it was delicious. They make their own toffee to go in it. The cazookie is warm and crisp on the outside and gooey in the middle. My advice is get your own- don't share. Next time we will come on a Friday or Saturday night.
