Yikes! That's all I can say. This poor restaurant was clearly not ready to handle Mother's Day traffic with curbside and to go pick up. Placed an order and received an estimated ready time of 40 minutes. Arrived on time only to find out they were backed up 2 hours. After having enough and wanting a refund, I went inside only to find my order had been ready and sitting out. No one had managed to bring it to our car despite checking us in and 3 phone calls. The food was luke warm. They were nice enough to offer us to take the food and provide a full refund. However, when I arrived home with the food we had everyone's meal except mine. Whatever you do DO NOT JOIN THE WAITLIST THROUGH YELP. They are not accepting online check in's through here. We went yesterday to this location after I check me and my family in online over the yelp App and when we arrived we were told that they were not accepting yelp check in's and we had to be put on the wait list that was about an hour long because they were not accepting yelp check in's. We asked to speak to the manager and he did absolutely nothing about it but said we can be put on the regular waitlist which again was about an hour long per the host. I love chili's but this is absolute horrible customer service. Also there was nothing on yelp or chili's site stating that they are not taking Yelp check in's. read more

Ordered for delivery for the first time. Unfortunately I did not receive 4 different items that I ordered. When I called to let them know, they told me that the delivery driver left it on the counter, and had no way of contacting the driver (which I get, outside company) BUT they seemed to have no intentions of contacting me about my missing items sitting on their counter. It was obvious from the conversation the counter staff knew the order wasn't sent out complete. Seems negligent to not inform me that some of my items would not be delivered to me. After asking for the manager twice, Ashley, did say she would refund me for items not received. So I do appreciate her for doing that. I'm not upset, just disappointed. read more

Service: awful. Food: okay. Server Abigail stopped by our table 1 time during our meal, then came back 10 minutes after our table was cleared by busser to ask if we wanted dessert. She said she was going to get the check and disappeared for 20 minutes, so I left cash on the table and walked out, Abigail none the wiser. I got here and checked in waited in my cars for 20 minutes, because the wait was 30 minutes. I get off the car a few in before my check in just to be inside while they call my party. As I walk in I asked the girl at check in how much longer and she tells me 10 more mins. We're inside waiting, I have three kids one is a toddler one year old he was already fuzzy. While we're waiting a big group of people walk in they were were " AMERICAN" they asked the same girl how long was the wait and she said 40 minutes, somehow that group of people convinced the girl in the front to seat them right away. While I'm sitting waiting with my party of 5, two kids and a toddler who is starving. I looked where the people were sitting they had drinks and chips and salsa. I quickly get up and ask the girl what is going on I had been waiting for more then 30 minutes with my kids and asked her to get a manager. Why did this happen to us ? Is it because we we're MEXICAN ??? My husband was so mad he didn't even want to eat there anymore. We were suppose to go out and have a little family time since my husband got out of work early and he usually never gets home, to go out and eat somewhere. So We get seated and the Manager comes to our table and I explained what had happened so she quickly got us drinks chips and salsa. She brought us a salad and brought the kids oranges. After a long day of tours, etc a friend and I were famished. We stopped by this location to grab a bite to eat and unwind from all the driving a walking etc. The greeter was lazy sitting everyone in one section of the restaurant when the other half was completely empty. She asked if the area she was going to sit us was okay we said no and she was placing un in a booth with a large family with loud kids on either end. She then took another booth, we said no, how about over here. She rolled her eyes and then took us to the booth. Server was very pleasant and friendly, however, was not the most efficient at getting us refills of iced tea and water. Two other tables arrived after us, both getting chips and salsa and we never were offered chips or salsa. One table that arrived after us received their meal before us, it was as if we had been forgotten. The food was decent, fries over salted yet bearable. The booth we were in was broken therefore anyone sitting on the other side of the bench you would be moved on your end, thus making eating somewhat difficult and you'd always be looking over your shoulder to know when to place food in your mouth. Having not been to a Chili's in a while, their commercials don't coincide with the experience you receive once visiting an actual location. Perhaps this was an off day and they were short staffed, perhaps not. In any case, basic common courtesy and replenishments of beverages at the least would have been a step in the right direction. More than likely will not be back to this location. read more

HORRIBLE! Used to come here for burger bites or chicken tacos on the lunch menu. Now they have removed these items and added new. The chilli tacos are horrible! Dinner out with my hubby yesterday. Had a small issue with needing my chicken cooked a little longer. My waiter quickly took it back to the kitchen. The manager on duty, Natalie graciously came out to make sure we were taken care of and was so hospitable. It just wasn't my night for the chicken I guess. I always order it because it's usually great. They went above and beyond and took care of our entire check..dessert, drinks and all when they didn't have to. By far the worst experience ever. A couple of co workers and I went to happy hour at the bar section. The atmosphere was nice but after a long week of hard work we were enjoying ourselves and laughing. Apparently we were laughing too loud. I know it was the older people who complained. John the bartender who wears a chain and combs his hair like he is living in the 90's said we were loud and was going to escort us to leave. This reminds me not to go to a place where people don't know the difference of the bar area and family sitting area. The manager was acting like she knew nothing and that is exactly what it is - she knows nothing. I recommend yard house or El Torito for happy hour where they won't shut you up for laughing. Our waitress Holiday was awesome! She made our experience here 100x better. It was kinda busy but it didn't seem to faze her. She kept up and she probably has one of the best personalities. Very irritated with our experience here tonight. Our server was not attentive, but she sure was attentive to the Caucasian family by us. When we first got there and sat, she walked by us twice and then greeted us 10 minutes later. She took down our order before that family and we waited 45 minutes maybe even a little longer to get our food. The family got their food before us, then maybe 5 minutes later we got ours, the food was not hot, it was luke warm but we were tired of waiting so we just ate it. During this time we had asked for a refill on salsa, 10 minutes later still no salsa, she kept chatting and talking to that family by us and walking by us, we flagged her down asked for more salsa again and she finally got it for us. Then we had asked for water, she came back 10 minutes later and now 2 of us were out of water and she finally realized she forgot and got us water. Didn't really see her again until we were ready to get a box and pay. We asked for the box and the check, she went to split our bill and never got us the box. We had to ask someone else for the box, while she was behind us still chatting again with that family. I guess our table of Hispanics didn't deserve decent service. read more

We decided to go sit in the bar as we always had but suddenly the bar is not the bar anymore. Empty tables galore but not allowed to sit there. 15 to 20 minute wait, no one waiting. It's been a few years since my 3 star review of this Chili's. I think they have improved in a lot of ways. I still won't order a burger, but have not been disappointed in the other items. We've been sitting in the bar area lately. It just seems better over there, I don't know. But service on bar side has been great, every time, and if it's Happy Hour, even better. The bartender DJ is awesome. Super friendly, hard working and quick. I'm glad my neighborhood Chili's is able to earn another star. read more

The servers at this location all the gentleman that worked on 8-30-19 including the bar tender where the rudest most ignorant little boys working the night shift. 8pm-9pm They served our drinks in dirty cups with lipstick from another person. The waiters thought it was funny. My parents who are senior citizens where charged for alcoholic drinks they didn't order. Called to inquire about this and the manager offered to refund my card or take an emailed gift card to come back which would arrive in 72 hours. Asked him what would be the easier for him and he said email. Gave me email assuming he would actually do what he said......still waiting. This location has been a love/hate food relationship with me for years. Read my previous reviews. I'm done. 100% will never order or eat here again, so Chili's damage control - don't even contact me. I never took a gift card or anything from Chili's or removed any bad reviews. I don't do that. Two weeks ago pick-up. "Sorry, someone took your order. We'll make it again." Boy did they ever. So we waited 30 minutes and got an order with things missing and they gave a child's portion of chicken strips that I think they keep under the cook counter. Horrible. Okay, bad day, let it go. Other than that, the pick-up was fine in that someone didn't take our food ( and wtf is going on at take-out when you don't know who's taking someone else's food?!) Whats left to say about Chili's? Has anyone really not been here before? The full bar is yummy! The food, for me anyway, leaves alot to be desired. For my taste buds it's just not very flavorful. It is a huge menu and I'm sure there is something here for just about everyone. Sometimes to bland sometimes to cold. Sometimes to long to show up at the table. I do come here, but not very often. I have been coming to this establishment since it opened and now I more then likely will not be back. I held for over twenty minutes just to order to go and the girl who answered just said hold no please no hello nothing. I arrive and the girl still has not picked up the line. There are two girls working to go and yet there is no organization to the system. I informed the girl how long I was waiting and instead of informing me how busy they are or apologizing she just says what can I get you, no acknowledgment at all. She proceeds to take my order and then tells me a different price of what i originally saw online. From my knowledge it is the same pricing. She then tells me in the future you can order online for faster service. I wouldn't have even called if online was working. So its my sister's 17th birthday, and obviously during the current pandemic our options are limited, but she chose that she wanted Chili's To-Go. The food was ready fairly quickly for 7 people, however when we returned home we were NOT pleased. To start, there was a drink missing with one of the 3 for $10 meals, as well as another meal's french fries. Not to mention it was the birthday girl's meal that was missing its fries as a side. The burgers were so soggy, we had to use our own personal buns to replace them. The chili cup was extremely greasy that if you took a spoon to move it to the side, the amount of grease that spilled out puddled onto the plate. The Texas Cheese Fries were to-go packaged in foil and a majority of the cheese/fries were burnt onto the foil and unable to get off at all. I ordered the shrimp fajitas "Jacked up," and the only concern was that the queso was quite watery whether that be from the vegetables or the queso itself I'm not too sure! The bag of chips we received are always good, however, still the bottom 1/4 of the bag was all crumbs. Overall, extremely disappointed, and more than likely will never return! read more

Came here and had lunch with my mom today. We started with the fresh guacamole chips and salsa appetizer. The guac was delicious and definitely fresh. The salsa was just ok, no flavor or spice and really watery. The chips were good, only down side was that they are super thin and break easy. Everytime I scooped the guac, half my chip was left in the dip. Lol I ordered the southern smokehouse burger with a side of fries. Burger had thick cut bacon, onion rings, lettuce, tomato, cheese and a side of delicious pickles, Yum! All for $11. My mom ordered the half rack of ribs with a side of fries and came with a small side salad and yummy chocolate cake with ice cream dessert. All for $11 as well...score! Tonight we were told that it was a 25 min wait for my party of 4. At 25 min the host said they were running behind because of the kitchen. After waiting 50 min and seeing 3 parties ahead of us still I went and inquired. I was told that the kitchen asked the host to delay seating anyone for 30 minutes. I asked what was going on and was told, "We are sorry staffed but even more so we now get so many to go orders that take up the kitchen." This Chili's is by far one of the best I've been too. Very attentive staff and food was great. I have a 4 year old and going out to eat can be tough some times... it was nice that the food came out fast and HOT! Stephanie, the manager, was awesome too. She stopped by to assure our meal was enjoyable. We had a large party and I know that can be rough sometimes, but special thanks a recognition to ALL the staff. Food-wise, pretty much everyone knows what they're getting coming into a big chain like this. It's good food for sure; nothing to write home about though. Service was definitely lackluster - coming in for lunch by myself I don't expect to be treated like a king by any means, but after ordering and getting the food, nobody even came by to check on me once or ask if I wanted a drink refill. One star because our waitress was amazing and the food being decent. Other than that it would be a zero if possible. I'm a server myself so I understood that the restaurant was understaffed and busy but this is no excuse for poor quality host. When my boyfriend and I first walked in the two girls didn't even welcome us and acted as if we were interrupting their conversation. I was able to visit Chilis for a business meeting, we were sat quickly and our server greeted us promptly! She informed us the the way to order, what looked like an ATM machine and suggested that that was the way we needed to pay unless we were paying cash. So my thinking is, if the server is there to serve food and not to provide any service, other than refilling our drinks, then do I tip the machine? Additionally I noticed when I paid through this ATM type also suggested the tip amount, it arbitrarily landed on 20%. REALLY?? So we say "GOODBYE" to Chilis, I can go to any Fast Food restaurant and get the same food and service there and not expected to pay a 20% tip! read more
