Today was not a good experience. I ordered online and sent my Son to pick up. The order was supposed to be ready between 8:33pm and 8:38pm. My Son arrived at 8:33pm. They said they would be out shortly. About 8:50pm my Son called and for whatever reason my ribs got bumped and were not ready with the rest of the food. This resulted in all other food being cold by the time he got home. Then as we opened our food up, we noticed that we were missing a bowl of soup. The waitress had an attitude, yeah I saw the eye roll. Get the order right and perhaps check on your tables from time to time. She was off the floor more than she was on it, and where was the manager? You can always tell when a business is poorly run by not ever seeing a manager on the floor. Isn't a managers job to manage your staff? You and your staff needs to be retrained or just fire the entire staff and start over. So Chili's leaves a message and the problem is over? There would be no need me to reach out to you with details if you did something about other comments I wouldn't have had to leave a review. So our family use to be a big chili's fan, now not so much. We decided to do chili's for dinner after seeing a movie. My sons choice. My husband had chili tacos, my daughter the chili, I had Cajun chicken pasta and my son had cheese pizza. The best thing was his child's cheese pizza. My daughters chill ( which she has always loved from here) was burnt and looked liked dog good. No crackers offered. My pasta was dry and had no flavor. My husbands tacos had that same gross chili on them. It was the worst $36.00 I've spent in a long time. Oh and one more thing, we were not greeted when we walked in the door. It took a minute for someone to greet and seat us, which is also unusual for chili's. I would even cut them some slack if they were super busy but they weren't. Which is also why I can't understand why our food took so long and was like warm..... just an all around not good evening. We had a party of 4 had side salads before our entrees never got any utensils to eat the salads, until our entrees where just about served, I even considered calling chilis on my cell phone to request utensils. If I could leave a ZERO star review I would because quite frankly the lack of customer service and just general disregard for people is appalling here. Judging from other reviews I am not alone in this sentiment; First let me start: Me, my girlfriend, and her son show up to not even a welcome or greeting from the hostess, we then proceed to get shuffled off to some corner booth with no drinks or appetizers offered, and then to add insult get ignored by multiple waiters who clearly saw we have yet to be helped. Finally after about 25 minutes of not even being acknowledged we get up and leave, mind you it was not busy yet just the normal early evening crowd. If that is how you want to operate a franchise our money is better spent elsewhere. Please retrain your staff here on basic etiquette and interactions at this location ASAP. read more

This Chilis needs some work desperately. Who is training the staff here? Came on a Thursday night for football, wasn't overly crowded. Hostess told us to sit at a table and someone would bus it for us. All waitstaff ignored us for about 10 min, until my husband started asking them to please clean the table. Only one young man, Ishmael, was polite, apologized and cleared it. Although it took him 5 min to get back to wipe it off and take a drink order. Drinks came out fast, he could tell we were aggravated. He was apologetic and gave good service after that. He saved Chilis from getting 1 star. We ordered food and he kept us updated and checked on us. Food came out eventually, Ishmael checked on us often and we left much happier than we were the first 20 min. Haven't been to Chili's in a while and I don't think I'll be coming back. My husband ordered the 3 appetizer meal with the sliders, chicken tenders, and southwestern rolls. He did not eat the chicken tenders. I ordered the bacon burger with fries. We also got chips and salsa with guacamole Food tasted great. Service was great. After a few hours at home we noticed our stomachs were hurting like heck and we were both sweating profusely. I will spare the rest of the details but we got food poisoning.... I don't know if they prepared the meat wrong, if the meat was old, or if they didn't store the meat properly, or if someone didn't wash their hands, but we got sick from something served to us. This is an avoidable situation and just the thought of how we got sick disgusts me. read more

I love chili's the 3 for 10 is the best deal. I always went to a corona location but since I moved I found this location. I decided to do a phone order since their website was having problems. I got the 3 for 10 and a side of chili of course. order was going to be ready 15-20mins I got there no later then 15 since I was in the area tell me why I live 5 mins away and my food was colder then yesterday. My fries were cold and tasted like a day old my burger was cooked how I asked but cold and my chili was cold. I was not late and I did not wait more then 20mins to eat. Very disappointed with my food, even McDonald's had hotter food then them. So if you like your food hot might have to ask them to keep it on the grill a bit longer while you get there. This Chili's is walking distance from my house and go pretty much every Friday Night for their HAPPY HOUR. They by far have the best happy hour in the area. Happy Hour is Mon-Fri 4-7pm and then they have a SECOND happy hour starting at 9pm Mon-Thurs. I normally get Vodka Sprit for $3. They always make their drinks strong so I only have 2 drinks and I'm ready to start the night! I personally am biased towards Chili's food so I don't order anything. She seemed annoyed but seated us at a booth with this nice rip in the upholstery. Asked her if management was aware of the ripped bench and she curtly replied "ya" and walked away. Placed an order for takeout via online app. Was easy to use and had simple options to request extra dressings and request to have items excluded and items placed on the side. Specifically a salad was ordered and tortilla strips were requested to be put on the side. They ended up being put on the salad anyway. A little more attention to detail would be wise. Food was good and all else was to be expected. Was pretty close to eating in the restaurant. I'd still eat there but will be more careful about checking items to-go. read more

Yikes! That's all I can say. This poor restaurant was clearly not ready to handle Mother's Day traffic with curbside and to go pick up. Placed an order and received an estimated ready time of 40 minutes. Arrived on time only to find out they were backed up 2 hours. After having enough and wanting a refund, I went inside only to find my order had been ready and sitting out. No one had managed to bring it to our car despite checking us in and 3 phone calls. The food was luke warm. They were nice enough to offer us to take the food and provide a full refund. However, when I arrived home with the food we had everyone's meal except mine. Whatever you do DO NOT JOIN THE WAITLIST THROUGH YELP. They are not accepting online check in's through here. We went yesterday to this location after I check me and my family in online over the yelp App and when we arrived we were told that they were not accepting yelp check in's and we had to be put on the wait list that was about an hour long because they were not accepting yelp check in's. We asked to speak to the manager and he did absolutely nothing about it but said we can be put on the regular waitlist which again was about an hour long per the host. I love chili's but this is absolute horrible customer service. Also there was nothing on yelp or chili's site stating that they are not taking Yelp check in's. read more

After a long day of tours, etc a friend and I were famished. We stopped by this location to grab a bite to eat and unwind from all the driving a walking etc. The greeter was lazy sitting everyone in one section of the restaurant when the other half was completely empty. She asked if the area she was going to sit us was okay we said no and she was placing un in a booth with a large family with loud kids on either end. She then took another booth, we said no, how about over here. She rolled her eyes and then took us to the booth. Server was very pleasant and friendly, however, was not the most efficient at getting us refills of iced tea and water. Two other tables arrived after us, both getting chips and salsa and we never were offered chips or salsa. One table that arrived after us received their meal before us, it was as if we had been forgotten. The food was decent, fries over salted yet bearable. The booth we were in was broken therefore anyone sitting on the other side of the bench you would be moved on your end, thus making eating somewhat difficult and you'd always be looking over your shoulder to know when to place food in your mouth. Having not been to a Chili's in a while, their commercials don't coincide with the experience you receive once visiting an actual location. Perhaps this was an off day and they were short staffed, perhaps not. In any case, basic common courtesy and replenishments of beverages at the least would have been a step in the right direction. More than likely will not be back to this location. read more

This location has been a love/hate food relationship with me for years. Read my previous reviews. I'm done. 100% will never order or eat here again, so Chili's damage control - don't even contact me. I never took a gift card or anything from Chili's or removed any bad reviews. I don't do that. Two weeks ago pick-up. "Sorry, someone took your order. We'll make it again." Boy did they ever. So we waited 30 minutes and got an order with things missing and they gave a child's portion of chicken strips that I think they keep under the cook counter. Horrible. Okay, bad day, let it go. Sunday 11/2/22 First thing I noticed is what Chili's is doing - higher prices and smaller portions. Other than that, the pick-up was fine in that someone didn't take our food ( and wtf is going on at take-out when you don't know who's taking someone else's food?!) Ordered for delivery for the first time. Unfortunately I did not receive 4 different items that I ordered. When I called to let them know, they told me that the delivery driver left it on the counter, and had no way of contacting the driver (which I get, outside company) BUT they seemed to have no intentions of contacting me about my missing items sitting on their counter. It was obvious from the conversation the counter staff knew the order wasn't sent out complete. Seems negligent to not inform me that some of my items would not be delivered to me. After asking for the manager twice, Ashley, did say she would refund me for items not received. So I do appreciate her for doing that. I'm not upset, just disappointed. read more
