We hadn't been to this branch before and we decided to drop in on a random weekday for a celebratory drink and eventually stayed for dinner. Overall, it was ok - the quality is alright and it was kind of chaotic to be honest, ambiance-wise: so many kids going nuts (but kids are gonna kid), the menu is a design nightmare, and every 5 minutes there was a birthday song being shouted! Got the smasher burger three for me deal once again and while it is definitely a lot of food, I found it to be not as good this time around. Everything was solid don't get me wrong but I thought that the burger was lacking some flavor this time around. Could've used more sauce or seasoning. I also wanted to try the fried mozzarella but it was a little bit disappointing. I think it was overdone and the cheese was really liquidy instead of melty. It wasn't bad but I expected more. I was trying not to eat anything with gluten but there were only limited options. I ended up just getting the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and blackberry iced tea. When it arrived, the quesadilla did not look aesthetically pleasing. It looked sort of odd. My drink was good, not much sugar is in it. The quesadilla was decent, not great but not bad either. It was pretty packed when we got there and we had to wait about an hour for a party of 12 (but it's a big party so that's totally fair!). She was very kind and also really helpful in describing & explaining drinks and food to us whenever we had questions. I got some chicken tenders (the option with the mac and cheese) and I was really impressed with it all. The chicken tenders were not heavily breaded and were juice (not dry at all)!
