    Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich
    Azra A.

We hadn't been to this branch before and we decided to drop in on a random weekday for a celebratory drink and eventually stayed for dinner. Overall, it was ok - the quality is alright and it was kind of chaotic to be honest, ambiance-wise: so many kids going nuts (but kids are gonna kid), the menu is a design nightmare, and every 5 minutes there was a birthday song being shouted! We ordered the Nashville Hot Mozzarella sticks, the Santa Fe Burger, Texas Cheese Fries, Buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich, and a couple drinks (margarita and an old fashioned). Stick to beer - the cocktails here are not great. Overall the food was ok, but what made the night a plus was our waiter. He was so nice and friendly, and super busy, but still stopped by a ton and even brought us some chips and guac on the house. I can see going back for a beer and an app on the bar side but not sure if I'd dine in again.

A quick stop for food and drinks always good for happy hour but the service is not all that..

Had a good experience here last time so I came back because I was craving burgers. Got the smasher burger three for me deal once again and while it is definitely a lot of food, I found it to be not as good this time around. Everything was solid don't get me wrong but I thought that the burger was lacking some flavor this time around. Could've used more sauce or seasoning. I also wanted to try the fried mozzarella but it was a little bit disappointing. I think it was overdone and the cheese was really liquidy instead of melty. It wasn't bad but I expected more. Overall, not a bad experience but just average. You still definitely get a lot of food! And the service was really good and attentive to what we needed. Not a bad option if you're looking for a good deal but the food quality isn't anything amazing.

Friday early days called for Happy Hour at the tried and true Chilis. Arrived just when Happy Hour commenced. $5 for 22oz selected beers is a great value. The bar and restaurant were moderately busy for the Friday lunch hour, but service was on point. Our Bartender/Server McKayla I believe her name was quick on drink refills and made a pleasant experience. I ordered the Double Bacon Rancher and it was a behemoth of a burger, seared and juicy! The fries were crispy and piping hot. Chilis continues to be the best bang for your buck when it comes to casual dining and libations. Thank you again!

YESSS!!! I haven't been to a chills that had such fresh food t!! The environment was clean and the food came out sooo fast !! My chips were hot and my drink was prefect ! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Excellent service! Though we did experience some technical difficulties during our lunch, the staff here were quick to resolve the questions and concerns keeping all of their customers happy and satisfied. A job well done to the manager here. This boat isn't sinking anytime soon with a strong leader in place. Consistent food, drinks and great spot to enjoy a meal. Plenty of parking, designated to go pick up. Bar or regular seating available. Clean and organized.

I came here a few weeks ago for a quick late lunch on a weekday afternoon. I usually have the 3 for me with the burger, but this time I tried the chicken sandwich as recommended by the waitress. The chicken sandwich was great, but the fries were horrible, but I didnt have time for them to be redone, so I didn't eat them. I had the baked potato soup and it was good. I also had the monthly margarita: Merry Berry Margarita & it was the best one I've had. They need to bring it back, since the other specialty margaritas are terrible. The food was good, but service was slow in the bar. I had to move from a table to the bartop to get service.

Angel is a great server, very attentive and accommodating. I enjoyed my food, but the Watermelon Lemonade and Margarita of the Month I had, were both, 2 thumbs down. Usually the margaritas hit the spot and give me a lil buzz off one, but the one I had on this visit, was not it!

The service is great. Even though it might not be the fastest they always treat you with patience. The food is great and fresh and everything that needs to be crunchy is crunchy and everything comes out just as it should. The Nashville menu items are my favorite especially the mozzarella sticks. Also the ambiance is great. It matches the chilis pepper and is super cozy. Honestly I love chilis so much for all these reasons

Opted for the country fried steak breakfast along with sirloin steak mac and cheese. The country fried steak was amazing! The portions are huge and it came with a side of hash browns or potatoes and some toast and butter as well as your choice of eggs. The steak was crispy and the gravy was delicious. The Mac and cheese was pretty solid as well, but I did find myself wishing the steak was more tender. We wanted it medium but it came out more so well done. The flavoring on the dish was good though. The restaurant is really nicely decorated with TVs showing rodeos and sporting events. Service was really friendly and helpful throughout. Had a great experience here and will be back for more!

We came on a slow Sunday around 3:45. There was no host, and multiple bartenders saw us waiting to be sat (about 4 minutes) without acknowledging us. We weren't greeted for several minutes, never offered a drink menu, and only received waters. Service felt very disorganized....apps and kids' food came out with everything else, despite asking for it to come first, and our pecktaters were supposed to have pork but only had potato's in them. Our adult mac & cheese was served as a single serving in an appetizer-sized plate. The kids menu is also very overpriced ($18 for Mac and cheese w French fries). While our server was kind, she seemed to be the only one handling tables (3-5 max) while bartenders focused solely on bar guests. We also waited a long time with dirty plates to be picked up before having to ask for boxes ourselves from a bartender and a cook who were just standing talking to each other. The owner even greeted the table next to us during this time and I thought he would say hi to us or notice the plates stacked but he didn't. Prices are high and the menu is small, so better service is expected....especially during a slow period. (Before 5pm dinner rush, only 3 tables Sat and eating, and no one at the bar eating is considered slow) The good: the food itself was genuinely delicious. It's a shame, because with better service and a more welcoming atmosphere (it felt very "regulars only"), this could be a great neighborhood spot.

The ambiance is well created with the dim lights, lit bar, and sounds of ice being shaken. My fiancé and I were seated right at the middle of the bar upon opening, and our bartender named Chris (?) was extremely welcoming with a sense of humor. He gave us an ample of amount of time to review the menus. We first got an IPA and the Love me Knot. For food, we ordered some Cajun fries and the party wings with red chimichurri sauce. The wings were fantastic! The fries were very crunchy, and I wish they were a tad bit softer. For our next round of drinks, we got the Old Fashioned and the Bee's Knees. The drinks were right on par. We left after a few hours and found ourselves quite satisfied. It was a fun experience and the monthly change of words above the liquor wall is always a conversation starter. Band was great as always unfortunately the food and service was mid at best for the way they're advertising. Wife ordered a steak salad with no onions. It showed up with onions which was whatever, the steak was SO overcooked like chewing jerky . No one brought out ranch so I had to go search for a waitress after 10+ minutes of waiting, as ours seemed to be overwhelmed by a larger party. I ordered this Kobe beef hotdog thinking it be this large gourmet type hot dog in a large bun , covered in vegetables and sauces , boy was I wrong honestly I couldn't even be mad it was so pitiful . This thing came out looking like something I'd throw together as a teen , bun was so hard, small and just flat on the plate like a piece of bread with a naked hot dog laying there . Hardly any veggies or anything on top. I've seen 100x better street dogs on food carts outside concert venues and Disneyland for $5. But whatever that's what I get for trying something new. Then I asked to substitute sweet potato fries instead of regular fries expecting it to be 2-3$ more like it's always been when I've done it in the past with burgers and such. Instead they bring out a separate giant plate of sweet potato fries for $12 and say they can't substitute with the hot dog. Of course I didn't finish even 1/2 the plate of these since I was looking for a side substitution not a meal for 4. Smh, if I knew this I'd just not waste $12 on top of the $18 sad kids dog I was given. Ordering beer , first beer came out in 5-7 min not bad at all, great start to night. We ordered second beer as we planned on staying till band finished and drinking for a bit after dinner, It literally took 20 minutes to get a simple draft beer. Unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to stick around for a third with how long drinks take so we ended up leaving at 8:45 and going to the bar down the street where they get beers out in minutes and have $10 street dogs that put that $18 Kobe beef dog to shame. Bummer, we used to love this place but the weight for simple draft beers is such a buzz kill probably won't make it back.

Service has gone down, the ambiance isn't the same, and they don't honor anything. I called multiple times and they just brush everything I was saying off and use the "new management" or "new ownership" excuse. It's quite a drive for me, so I don't like to just pop in because the schedule is all over the place. We've shown up before when it was supposed to be open, just for it to be closed. I pretty much gave up at this point, and am deeply disappointed that I paid all this money for something I didn't receive. I do not recommend this winery.
