Restaurant extremely busy but this team provided us with some of the best service I have ever received at any restaurant, smiling and friendly the entire time. Food and drinks were great! Came the other night with family and was really disappointed by the service we received. Consistently had to wait for refills and other general ask that should be taken care of by a server. The part that was probably the worst was the food. It came out all together but the noodle dish we had was cold. Not wanting to wait any longer started to eat and found a long black hair in it... After bringing this to the waiters attention they brought out another dish which was still bland. At the end of the meal we got double charges for the pasta, the remake and the one that had a hair in it. After bringing this up to the the waiter they finally removed it. As a service restaurant the item should have been removed after a hair being found in the food and a manager should have came to resolve the situation. Nothing was done and we had to ask for the dish to be removed. If this is the service chilis is offering I would never recommend this establishment to anyone, but seeing as the reviews are already extremely low, other patrons must be experiencing the same thing. read more

Got here after a long day of exam taking at my college. Was super starved, me and my boyfriend came to eat. This was my second time coming, I came with my family for my first time and had a good experience here. From the minute we got sat, we were already being ignored. I don't even know my servers name because she never introduced herself. Waited around 20 minutes just for her to come take our drink orders, by that point we were ready to order the appetizers too but the minute she noted down two waters, she left again. Mind you, it was not busy at all. Waited around 20 minutes to order our food, and our drinks. She takes our order with a frown, looking everywhere but at us and speaks as though we're inconveniencing her, once again IT WAS NOT BUSY. I would completely understand if it were, I work within the food industry too. There was no reason to be treating us that way. We wait an HOUR for our food, no one checked on us within that hour, never brought our drinks, plus no chips or salsa? I had come before with my family and received them without anyone asking and I noticed other tables were getting them too, don't know why we never got any. Eventually she comes up asking what we ordered?? So I guess they lost our order or something. Appetizer comes out, and one of the items is wrong. I tell the waiter, she's a different one, and she looks at me as though she expects me to just accept it, asks if I want the chicken on the side then. I had to tell her I literally can't eat corn for her to stop discussing with me and just take the appetizer to be fixed. Also the lemonade drink still hasn't been brought. They go and fix it and my bf asks for the lemonade for a third time and they finally bring it out with the correct appetizer combo. Our food comes out and I'm relieved finally, I haven't eaten all day and I've been here for more then an hour now. My bfs 6oz steak looks smaller then what it should be. And my pasta has the wrong protein. At this point I'm so done, I didn't even want to ask them to fix it because throughout this entire ordeal, the waiters seem annoyed and miserable to be serving us. Not a single apology nor acknowledgment of how terrible this service has been. A third different waiter asks if everything's okay and I let her know I had ordered the chicken not the shrimp. She goes to get the correct one and there goes another 10 minutes I'm not even hungry anymore. The entire time that I was there, it never got busy, the place was dead and slow. I don't understand, I've been here before with my family during peak busy hours and the service was great, food came out at a reasonable time, and we received complimentary chips and salsa, and our waiter was very cheery. I Actually have been surprised by the food and drinks at chili's. This location has been my favorite. Can't go wrong with the Buffalo wings and fries. Margaritas are the bomb. Bartender guy is cool. I ordered their 3 for $10 meal and my selections were chili for the appetizer, the bacon burger for the entree and grilled asparagus for the side. Way too much food for one person, at least for me. I split it with my dad and we could barely finish it. It was all pretty good except for the chili which was way too salty. I even had most of the asparagus left over to have as a snack later when I can wrap it in bacon and fry it in butter. That's pretty much the only way I will eat a vegetable. The food was ready when I got there and the cashier recognized that my drink was wrong and replaced it before I even got a look at it. Good customer service and mostly good food. We normally order our food to go. Today we decided to go sit inside. The wait was about 15 minutes and we were seated in the bar area. Waited for about 25 minutes and no one has come to our table to even get our drink order. Husband had to ask the hostess if he could send out server over. Food finally comes out and my grilled chicken salad has NO Chicken! Had to waved down our server again to send the salad back. Husband needed a refill on his drink and she said she said she would bring it right over. Never did! My salad comes out and now I need more silverware because they took my fork with the wrong salad. I've been to this Chili's a couple times and I'm not one to always carry my purse with me however I'm well over 21. I didn't have my ID with me on a date night but I had a picture of it on my phone. I've been here multiple times and like Most places take this form of ID anyway because like I said I look way over 21 anyway. Well tonight they refused to accept the picture on my ID because "it's the law to have the ID present"- according to the manager. Who by the way is quite rude. We have been going to this Chili's and sitting in the bar area for many years. My husband likes to watch sports while there. Typically, the service is meh as the bar staff is very social with the regulars, and getting service is a trial in patience. Not last night! We had the good fortune to have Hector as our server.
