Not happy with this Chili's. I have been coming here for years but I just don't think I could anymore. :( The last few times I have come in, there has been something wrong with my to-go order. Twice, they were out of the items that I ordered but failed to tell me until I arrived after my 30 minute wait time. The first time, they had no excuse as to why they didn't notify me and immediately offered a refund. The girl was really kind about it and I told her that I totally understand that mistakes happen! However, the second time, the girl was very rude and said that she "forgot to call me" about it. I explained to her that this has happened before and she proceeded to laugh with one of her coworkers about it. Both times, I was refunded but still walked out without my food because half of my order was missing. I understand that things happen so after not going to chili's for months, I decided to give them another try. This weekend, I had just come home from a long day at work and decided to grab my family some dinner since it was one of the only places still open. I was given a 30 minute wait time but came in 10 minutes early to wash my hands in the restroom. When I asked about the food, I was told it was still being bagged so it would be a few minutes. I was content with that because it meant my food was just coming out and it would be hot. When I got home five minutes later, I noticed that my food was cold as if it had been sitting out for a while. I figured that maybe mine was done first and waited while the others were being cooked. I asked my dad, my sister and my husband if theirs were hot and they all said no. Although I wish it were hot, I brushed it off because it wasn't a big deal since it'll take 30 seconds to warm up in the microwave. When I finally sat down to eat, I took a bite into one chicken crisper and saw pink on the inside of it. I got a little freaked out that I had just swallowed the other half so I put it to the side. Minutes later, I bite into another one and find it also a little pink. By this time, I was so grossed out that I couldn't even eat it. I tore apart the rest of my strips and saw that a third one was also pink. I understand one strip, but three? How? I had gotten really sick once after eating chicken that was cooked all of the way and did not want to risk it at all. The chicken crispers in our triple dipper were cooked, but the cheesy bites were hard and the queso was completely hardened. They both tasted weird after being put into the microwave so we didn't eat those either. I ended up making my own food at home since I had to throw away a good portion of my food. Serving chicken that is even a little bit of pink the middle is such a disaster. I really wanted to like Chili's again since I used to go here 2-3 times a week in the past. Now, I just cannot see myself ever returning. It's also upsetting spending $50+ on food that is either not cooked all of the way or at least warm. Please work on this!! :( read more

I honestly don't know what's going on with this location lately, but there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. First and foremost, food being left way too long under the headlamps turning hard or rubbery. Does it really take 45 minutes to bring out a pice of corn? My girl already finished eating the other parts of her meal. The same situation happened last time we came here. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was easy to see that the plate had been left sitting for such a long time that the bread was rock hard and unedible. I'm not going to single out anyone specific, but as a whole, this location needs to get themselves together. Looking around at the tables, I'm seeing so many areas filled with plates cups, napkins, and nothing being done with them, some have been there since we arrived. I have to say, it's good to find a great server and good food. Jacob was our server and he was very professional, courteous, friendly, and super helpful. I asked if the still had an item on the menus that I used to order, and loved, he said they didn't but, he would have them make it for me, and he even remembered how it used to be made. I asked about getting a different side than what the meal came with, and he responded with a simple, "I can do that." This was my second visit to this Chili's location for a quick lunch. I had the tilapia with loaded mashed potatoes and black beans. The first time I had the tilapia, the size of the fish was reasonable, but on the second visit the fish was very very small. This piece of fish was certainly the runt of the school of fish. The taste, however, was very good. The mashed potatoes and black beans were very good, but again the portions for the price is less than satisfactory. Thankfully, the service was above average, so it appears management has established an effective customer service philosophy. With so many other options available, it is difficult to return until they reconsider their portion sizes. read more

We had lunch here today. My husband had a double cheeseburger. It had so much mustard on it he couldn't eat it. With the double cheeseburger all it had was tomato, lettuce and mustard. The very fist time i came here years ago, the service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and helped my friends grandma order (old Filipina lady who prefers meat, fish, and rice). I was so pleased I had taken time to email management complimenting them on the service we had received, making sure to give a shout-out to our waitress as well. They wrote back and even sent me gift card. Now I'm not sure what happened between now and then, but my last recent experience there was horrible. I give up on coming to this Chili's. Me and even my family always have bad service ANYWHERE we sit. Last night was the lasts straw. The bar top was busy. It always is and management has yet to have 2 bartenders on busy nights either that or the bartenders think they can handle it. But they can't! It took about 10 minutes to order our food. I had to flag her down. The bartender apologized. 20 minutes go by and the chips and salsa haven't came out. I had to get up off my seat at the bar top and go let her know. Finally, she brings them out and I say "please, don't tell me our food will be on it's way in the next few minutes." Mind you, Ive had a shitty day and come out to eat to relax and forget about cooking for a night. She responds with an attitude and at this point I suggest that if she is in the weeds ASK FOR HELP! she responds with an "This is all we got." Not a single apology. I cancel the food. And leave. First of all the manager was really nice and cared about correcting the problem. My daughter got fajitas and the cast iron plate was clearly rusted as you can see in the pictures.. The waitress told us that it's just the juice from the fajitas. Juice would come off with a wet paper towel. This would not even scrape off with your finger. Whoever puts the silverware in the paper sleeves must not pay attention or care about the cleanliness of the silverware before they put them in the paper sleeves, as you can see by the picture of the knife. Our salads came with our food instead of before. The food server brought my iced tea and then didn't ask if I wanted any sugar before walking off. I assumed it was already on the table so had to wait for her to come back to ask for sugar. Then when I got the sugar I noticed I didn't have any silverware to stir my sugar in my tea with. Had to borrow my granddaughter's straw to stir my tea which I had to get from my car because they had none, and I didn't want her to have an open cup. It's kind of scary to have to drink out of cups without straws. Doesn't give me a lot of confidence and trust that my dishes are clean, when you see what the silverware looks like especially during covid. A different food server delivered the food and I had to yell to catch her as she ran off to say that we had no silverware to eat with unnoticed by two different waitresses at this point. My bacon quesadillas were supposed to come with ranch dressing I stated on the menu, I had to ask for that. Then when we ordered dessert had to tell yet another food server that dropped off the dessert that we have nothing to eat dessert with because they picked up all the silverware. Not very aware or concerned at all about the service the customers deserve and are paying for. The manager took money off of our bill for our inconvenience but the food server not only charged me twice for my lunch fajita but then added a dinner fajita to it and so our bill was $20 over was actually costing more than the original price with a comp charge taken off the bill. The manager did correct the problem with the bill. With everything that happened I would I have to say that not one person I dealt with was rude. Every person there was nice to us. read more

Called twice 2 hours before pickup time, they couldn't process future orders. I was told to call back. Did curbside pickup, then received the wrong order. Called back and was told that I should of checked the order before I left the restaurant. And that they couldn't help me, because it was my fault for not verifying the order before I left the premises. They have literally no good customer service anymore.
