Crispy Chicken Crispers Combo was very good.
    Nancy C.

My husband and I had been back twice since Chilis reopened. Both times were excellent. The restaurant is run like a well oiled machine from the minute you walk in to eat and leave. The serving staff are excellent. They are happy, kind, caring and want to make sure you are happy from the moment you sit down. Tonight, we had the pleasure of being served by Kelsey. She was one of the best servers that we have had at any restaurant. She knows good service and how to treat people with respect and kindness. She regularly checked in to ensure that we were ok and got what we needed in a timely fashion. There was a man sitting alone and she showed him such care and concern. She's an amazing person and should train other servers how to treat people correctly. The food has been amazing both times we are there. First time, I had the smash burger and it was absolutely fantastic. So tender and delicious. This time, I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was crunchy and tender. The fries are very good but very peppery. My husband loved his half rack of ribs because they were so meaty and delicious. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. It's a great restaurant with great people and great food. Check them out.

We ended up here on a Saturday night by chance. We had a party of 5 and a baby so we put ourselves on the online waitlist. Arrived and it said 5-10 more minutes, we were number 1 on the list. Watched 2 larger parties go ahead of us while our list still said we were next. Finally we asked the hostess. They had lost us or something. They quickly put something together but we waited over an hour total. The first thing I noticed was how miserable the hosts all looked. No smiles, barely a peep out of them. Luckily, our server turned it all around. She was fun and bubbly and fast! We got the sampler platter - those southwestern egg rolls are amazing! My spicy margarita was mediocre. My burger (I can't remember the name but it had avocado) was huge and delicious. Perfectly prepared! Overall, I would give it another shot but maybe not on a busy night!

This Chili's franchise restaurant was recently remodeled and reopened, and my husband really wanted to check it out. The interior of the restaurant has a more open layout. Our seating hostess and waiters served us on time and spoke nicely with us. The menu includes many of our old favorites and some new foods: appetizers (e.g., wings, queso, and fried mozzarella), salads, soups, fajitas, chicken crispers, burgers and other sandwiches, quesadillas, steaks, pasta, ribs, a few desserts, sides (e.g., mashed potatoes and Mexican rice), and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Most of the foods are very high in calories, and a few healthier options are available. My husband and I ordered our usual appetizer, the skillet beef queso with tortilla chips. For my main course, I ate the half rack of baby-back ribs with sides of fries and cheddar mac and cheese (very cheesy!), and they tasted delicious. My husband ate a chicken fajita. He described the chicken as "tender" and "good."

Servers are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make sure you have a good dining experience. Food was just what it should be at a chilis - good for the value. Will be returning

Drinks and apps. Checking out the new Chili's from the bar. The staff is attentive and friendly and my friend and I ordered appetizers to enjoy at the bar with our drinks. Our triple Dipper was perfect. We enjoyed it and didn't take a pic. We loved the margaritas. I had the patron frozen and the spicy one - both great. My friend had the presidente and really enjoyed it. A perfect spot for a Friday night.

Slowest service I've seen at a chilis. Wait staff was not helpful at all and lied when asked about my order. Will not be coming back.

James took care of our table today, and he was incredibly hospitable and helpful, especially since we came with two toddlers and two babies. He even brought the kids water in cups with lids and straws, which was very thoughtful of him. The kids all ordered the Roadside Sliders, and the adults had the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. My friend was concerned that the beef patty was still a little too pink for her 2-year-old daughter, so she asked if it could be cooked a bit more, even though they had already eaten more than half of it. James happily accommodated the request, and the manager generously brought out two brand-new sliders on a fresh plate. That level of service was above and beyond. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. There are plenty of outdoor tables, and we didn't have to wait for outdoor seating on a weekday afternoon. Around 1 p.m., the wait for indoor seating was about 10-15 minutes. I also came here on a whim and realized I hadn't brought my credit card, but thankfully they accepted Apple Pay. I really appreciated that flexibility. James also split our bill for us and made the Apple Pay transaction easy. I'm so grateful for his patience and outstanding service. I would absolutely love to come back again!

It took them over a year to renovate it and they still aren't done in the back and the parking lot is a little rutted but the inside is very nicely done. There is a huge bar and some high and low tables scattered throughout. The clientele is mostly locals and lot of laborers grabbing a drink and a bite to eat after working hard all day which was great to see. It's super casual and very open inside. We had a few beers and the bartender was good. She was attentive and was waiting on 20 folks at the bar as well as table drinks. The manager was able to help serve some food to help her out but never once asked us how everything was. That was a little bit of a missed opportunity in my opinion for a new business. We ordered a breakfast burger that came with some hashbrowns on the side. I assumed, which is my fault totally, that the burger would come with lettuce, tomato, etc. but it truly was JUST a burger, egg, and cheese and absolutely no other toppings. That was disappointing and I really wish the bartender would have asked if I wanted anything on it. I ended up using ketchup for moisture since she was so busy and I was hungry. :) The hashbrowns were frozen and fried so they were nothing special. I think this place has tremendous potential. We'll be back to try something else. It seems busy so that's a good sign.

Had the Isleys chipped ham sandwich which they serve warm with melted cheddar, grilled onions on a bun. However, they were gracious enough to make it for me cold, with Mayonnaise and a slice of cheese. This is unlike another place down the road (RI) from them that wouldn't adjust items on a sandwich for me last week. The waiter/bartender was super chill too, easy to talk to and basically good at his job. Our refills came quickly and without asking. He followed up to see what we wanted a couple times and the food arrived in a reasonable time (not much waiting at all). This was so very different from that same day where at our usually spot (another old bar/restaurant further down the road, "SJ") we had to walk out just after ordering lunch due to getting attitude from a mouthy waitress. Glad we decided to try this new spot! Great job! I think we found our new local "go to" bar/restaurant. Looking forward to it and to soon trying breakfast there on weekends too. A must try f you haven't been there yet.

The whole restaurant has a breathtaking view of the man-made lake at North Park. Be sure to sit outside so you can take in as much of the view as possible. The atmosphere is abuzz with activity: there are runners taking on the 5-mile loop around the lake, there are kayakers and stand-up paddle boarders setting off to explore the far reaches of the lake, and there are birds and turtles and fish livin' their best life. My family and I have found our favorites on the menu: the Bike Lane BLT and the Chimichurri Chicken Bowl. Both are really good, but we tend to lean toward the BLT. It's just so unique! The kids' meals also come with a cute little surprise: the plate is a frisbee that they get to take home. How cool is that? North Park is easily one of my favorite places in Pittsburgh, and this is just another reason why.
