My husband and I had been back twice since Chilis reopened. Both times were excellent. The restaurant is run like a well oiled machine from the minute you walk in to eat and leave. The serving staff are excellent. They are happy, kind, caring and want to make sure you are happy from the moment you sit down. Tonight, we had the pleasure of being served by Kelsey. She was one of the best servers that we have had at any restaurant. She knows good service and how to treat people with respect and kindness. She regularly checked in to ensure that we were ok and got what we needed in a timely fashion. There was a man sitting alone and she showed him such care and concern. She's an amazing person and should train other servers how to treat people correctly. The food has been amazing both times we are there. First time, I had the smash burger and it was absolutely fantastic. So tender and delicious. This time, I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was crunchy and tender. The fries are very good but very peppery. My husband loved his half rack of ribs because they were so meaty and delicious. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. We ended up here on a Saturday night by chance. We had a party of 5 and a baby so we put ourselves on the online waitlist. Arrived and it said 5-10 more minutes, we were number 1 on the list. Watched 2 larger parties go ahead of us while our list still said we were next. Finally we asked the hostess. They had lost us or something. They quickly put something together but we waited over an hour total. The first thing I noticed was how miserable the hosts all looked. No smiles, barely a peep out of them. Luckily, our server turned it all around. She was fun and bubbly and fast! We got the sampler platter - those southwestern egg rolls are amazing! My spicy margarita was mediocre. My burger (I can't remember the name but it had avocado) was huge and delicious. Perfectly prepared! Overall, I would give it another shot but maybe not on a busy night! read more

This Chili's franchise restaurant was recently remodeled and reopened, and my husband really wanted to check it out. The interior of the restaurant has a more open layout. Our seating hostess and waiters served us on time and spoke nicely with us. The menu includes many of our old favorites and some new foods: appetizers (e.g., wings, queso, and fried mozzarella), salads, soups, fajitas, chicken crispers, burgers and other sandwiches, quesadillas, steaks, pasta, ribs, a few desserts, sides (e.g., mashed potatoes and Mexican rice), and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Most of the foods are very high in calories, and a few healthier options are available. My husband and I ordered our usual appetizer, the skillet beef queso with tortilla chips. For my main course, I ate the half rack of baby-back ribs with sides of fries and cheddar mac and cheese (very cheesy!), and they tasted delicious. My husband ate a chicken fajita. Their ribs are so good !! I have no complaints to services prompt. There's a prompt that I left without my leftovers and they threw them away. They're that quick to cleanup the table. So they were nice enough to give me a coupon to come back for a free meal. Because I neglected to take my leftovers which they boxed up for me home. So that was very nice of them. I was kind of mad because they took care of that so quickly. But that's their job, getting ready for the next customer. I visited Chili's on a Sunday evening with friends, excited to experience what others had stated about chili's. The service from the hostess' and the drink server was phenomenal, engaging with us more in 10 seconds than our server, Rondale, did in an hour. Rondale took our orders but barely returned, visiting only twice for drink and food orders before dropping off the checks. He seemed more attentive to the family behind us. Whenever we requested something, he responded with a dismissive expression. I may return, but I definitely do not want Rondale as our server again. read more

Probably one of the worse service experience at a restaurant in a long time. We were out this way Christmas shopping and decided to eat here. Started off the we went here for the three for ten offer.... with that offer - you get drinks ... guess you have to constantly remind the staff though to actually bring them. Next we ordered soup - well after THREE ( yes I said three) attempts of asking for a new spoon because they all came dirty - finally got a clean one - just in time for soup to be cold! Really - your staff can't look and see that a utensil is dirty before dropping it off at one of your patrons?? Especially after you bring a dirty - replace it with another dirty ... Salad and chicken comes next ... get to the end of the salad bowl and yes .. you see it in the picture right ... yes that's the lettuce core! That's really inexcusable too! Here's why you need to wear black at this Chili's To mourn the death of their customer service and staff, wear black. The pour host was doing her best. The bar was on a wait. Couldn't order food but was told we could order drinks. Bartender was no where in site for 3-5 min. He eventually came out. There was only 6 people at the bar including us (2). Was never greeted. No surprise. Left after 2nd attempt to get his attention failed. I'd rather count every grain of sand in the Sahara desert than go here again anytime soon. Hope you guys can improve. Out and About in the North Hills.. Chili's looked like a great place to stop.. we were hungry and I couldn't remember if I ever visited a Chili Restaurant Chain in the past? We were right at the location and the traffic on a Saturday was a bit much. I had the most difficult time deciding what to order - the menu has everything!!! I decided on the smoked Brisket, jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage and Ribs.. it came with fries, garlic bread and street corn. I was sold as soon as I saw the street corn!!! Its one of my favorite types of corn on the cobb!! Of course I barely put a dent in the meal and took it to go. Everything was very good. I really loved the ribs the best. My boyfriend got a sampler which was quite amazing too. The crispy chicken crispers in the honey chipotle dipping sauce were UNFORGETTABLE!! The sauce was so good.. She stopped back many times and kept us up with everything we needed The manager came by and checked to make everything was ok and even helped us sign in to get a free Ice Tea. My wife got a "keto"fied fajita. It was good. Not so over my side. I got a smoked special platter dinner. We ordered over the phone for take out. Was a very polite, helpful person. Order was ready when I arrived , but inside pick up door not well marked. The food was only mediocre. My quesadilla had a little cheese in one area but none in the whole thing (not evenly distributed and very little at that). The salad had mostly cheap head lettuce. I am not one to pick Chili's, however my son wanted to try it. I will say it was somewhat better than I anticipated. I like the COVID protocol of staying in your vehicle until your table is ready. Our server tonight was very nice and she was very attentive. Per COVID changes I like that I can scan a QR code to view the menu, I like that my silverware was in a paper sleeve with labeling saying it was sanitized. What I don't like is the stupid table side payment device. Why would I want to touch that during these times. Also, for financial security sake, it's not something I enjoy using either. I was impressed with the 3 for $10 meal I had. The chili was a large serving, my soft drink and then I chose the chicken tenders that came with fries and an ear of corn. It was a ton of food, especially for the money. My son (who wanted to come here) seemed to enjoy his loaded boneless wings. My wife had the ribs, mashed potatoes and Street corn. She said her food was actually okay. The interior of this restaurant really could use a refresh. The trim needs replaced, it could use a good coat of paint and the tile floor looks as though. We've been to this Chili's twice now. It's the closest to our house but still a 28 min drive. WORTH IT! Service is on point, food comes out quick and is amazing. We've had wait time between 15 mins - 45 mins (both visits on Saturday nights) so not bad at all given covid capacity. Our servers always go above and beyond, the whole staff seams to work together seamlessly and everyone who delivers our food/drinks (bartenders, runners, managers) always make sure we have what we need. 10/10 recommend! read more
