Food, the appetizers were the best part; pizza, Brussels in balsamic, fried pickles. Just don't get the chicken wings, all bone no meat. We had 5 plates of the entrees of fish or pork were the 3 stars. There were a few burgers picked but not photogenic. Came here for a party of ten. Not ideal location for a party of ten, seated at the entrance with the view of four employees after the hostess counter. Wished they had a hangout space instead of their current options. There was a PLUS; not many options but suffice the itch to put their feet on the table. The arcade for the kids to do something other than sit. Location and Parking is excellent. Picked since there was family coming from NY and WV.

Great first experience here. Big location with a variety of seating options, especially outside on a nice day. The menu had a lot of tasty looking options. I got the smoked chicken wings with season salt. The wings were excellent! I love a whole chicken wing, and they were fresh, meaty, and packed with flavor. I also ordered the caprese salad. It's big enough to share. The burrata was a great addition. The green goddess dressing was fantastic and paired well with the balsamic. My wife enjoyed her smoked chicken bbq platter. I would love to come back and try more!

Had a nice late lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. Staff super helpful. Hubby accidentally ordered the wrong burger, and they offered to fix it. (He ended scraping off the toppings, and it was fine.). Fries are skinny but dusted with something that smells appetizing. I had the risotto and wish I had added some grilled salmon, as the portion was a little on the small side. Thirsty dish what with the cheese on it. Had sports on the TVs and a good amount of parking in their lot.

There was a large party upstairs, but even downstairs it was amazingly loud for lunchtime. I'm so glad I have earplugs with me almost always. I don't expect it since the other location wasn't bad when we were there. The food was delicious just like the other location. I missed them leaning into the law theme on the menu, but as a counterpoint my dad was happy they eliminated it. The only disappointing things were the fries and chips. They were supposed to have seasoning, but the fries barely had any and I found none on the chips. The service was bad. Very bad. It took ages after I ordered two samples for my order to be taken. I gave our waitress an empty bottle of jets up and asked for one back. When the table across from us left, I stole theirs. She never brought ketchup. I told her that they should put a bottle on the other table since I had to steal it. Not even an apology for forgetting about us. Hopefully, she'll move on to a better job for her soon. I'll definitely go back. It's not as out of the way as the other location and has free parting, which is also nice. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Extremely impressed by the improvements Coughlin's has made over the past year. I stopped in for a Friday evening dinner and was quickly seated. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I went with the "French Onion Dip Grilled Cheese" which was easily the best item I've ever had from Coughlin's. Au Jus with a steak and onion filled grilled cheese is a game changer. 10/10 I'll be ordering this again next time I stop in. Also got Coughlin's "All Czeched Out" Pilsner.... Solid brew, very tasty. Overall, great experience. Service was so quick that I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I was excited to go to the place because they had a good decently sized Gluten Free Menu and I wanted to explore it. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup was different than I have had before. They use potatoes as their thickening agent so that made for a not so smooth textured soup but the flavor wasn't bad. The Crab Rangoon Nachos were really good but it was really rich and I couldn't eat too many as it made me full really quickly. My boyfriend said the Coughlin Burger was pretty good but the bun fell apart upon cutting but all around it was good. The bar tender was very nice and attentive and the bar was cute. The theme was on par with what you'd expect it being loosely based of theories Cocktail. I didn't think it was bad at all just would explore the menu further and try other things.

I have made multiple trips here in the recent months and I continue to be so beyond satisfied with this place. It fills my heart to see a full parking lot here. I have tried so many of their winter menu items! My favs are the birria Mac n cheese and the French onion dip grilled cheese! Their crispy brussel sprouts appetizer is also to die for and you can't go wrong with any of their salads! I've never had a bad meal here and it's always such a delight to see and talk with Adrienne here!

I've been here a few times. Food and drinks are usually pretty good but the service is hit or miss.

Funnel cake dessert. Very good. 2 funnel cakes in dessert. Stayed crisp.

Since they've been open for a bit, I wanted to give another try. My hazy IPA was exceptional. No one note outshined any other. Good balance and smooth. Wedgie was fresh and big. Funnel cake with ice cream was very good and held the crisp. Prices looked decent; my wedgie was $13. Very fair. My criticism is their dressings. The one "perfect" condiment for food allergy sufferers is (not creamy) Italian dressing. It's no egg, no dairy, few polysorbates, no fruit, etc.. it's basically vinegar/oil/spices, and it fixes most issues. Kids don't like the veggie? Bam! Italian dressing. Sandwich lacking flavor? Bam! Italian dressing. I could go on as nauseum. I did, however, like the manager who checked on us. This is not a chain and life isn't perfect, but I appreciate the care put into their food. Also, they wipe each individual eating utensil prior to rolling into a napkin for the table. A small but awesome extra step. Ambiance is open concept. I see an arcade upstairs. Perhaps I'll bring the kids to check that out one evening.

We came to celebrate a birthday, and we had a great time here. There was ample seating on a Friday night. Our waitress Sarah was very helpful and patient with us. We probably stayed here for a good 2+ hours and we weren't rushed at all. I would say this place is ideal for groups. My smoked wings with garlic parm were so good! Easily one of my top five favorite wings. It was a little pricey for wings though. Our flight of beer was also very tasty. I can't wait to come back and try something else.

We were looking forward to some menu items we saw online but they were on a lunch menu only 1130-3:00. No big deal since one of those items we wanted happened to be a pizza which is available for lunch. They have a brick oven for their pizzas and it came out great. Salad was excellent as well. Water is from a plastic pitcher and has an off taste to it (I know, ordering water at However, our waitress was cold and uninviting. Walked away as my wife was still talking to her. We tried to look past it as she seemed to be the only one on the floor but it just completely killed the vibe for us. Payment is awkward as they hold the machine in front of you and you have to select from a 18% or so minimum tip amount, their is an option to do a "custom" tip but that just adds to the awkwardness. We joked that they must reserve their good waiting staff for the dinner menu but I don't think we'll be back to see. Such a disappointment as it looked like a fresh and new location.

    Nachos w/ Smoked Chicken

Coughlin's North Hills location has a super sweet outdoor seating area. Two areas actually - a deck upstairs and a concrete patio on the first floor with corn hole, Jenga, and a huge Connections game. Our server was good and our Smoked Chicken nachos came out really fast. The nacho chips were good but it could be better if they layered on some fixings instead of just putting it all on top. The jalapeños were super fresh and spicy and the pickled onions were a nice punch of acid that complemented the moist smoked chicken. Their espresso martini was not anything like what I've had before. Be warned: they put Baileys Irish Cream and Frangelica in it so it's super sweet and sort of gross, to be honest. Usually, an espresso martini has espresso, vodka, and Kahlua and that's pretty much it. If you like sweet, you will like their version although the Italians I know may have big issues with an Irishman being invited to their martini party. Their Coughlin Pale Ale was decent. The staff are all very friendly and nice and the place was lively on a beautiful summer evening.

Burger was 10/10. Waffle fries were 4/10 (very over cooked). Food was delivered in a timely manner and staff were kind and attentive. Layout of restaurant and atmosphere is great. Two floors, bar area with TVs, patio & deck with outdoor seating, and games (corn hole, Jenga, connect). Family friendly but also a chill place to hang out and drink with friends. The location is kinda hidden on the hill with no sign but it's the first turn on the right behind the bank.

We were outside having the kids play and when my friend was buying a beer he got a bit fussy and was told to keep it to a minimum. Needless to say, we will NOT be coming back. If you have small children, I would not suggest this place. Super disappointing. I've always hyped their beer and place up and now I can't support it. We ended up going to Grist House and it was a WAY better vibe and WAY busier...I wonder why. I should have known when their sign said no dogs allowed.
