I came in today to have a quick lunch with my mother in law per her suggestion. I've never been to Chili's before til today. Our server was really nice, courteous, and the food came out prepared well and in a timely manner. I ordered the Santa Fe veggie burger and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was and spicy! My mil enjoyed her food as well. Thanks y'all! read more

Made a stop at this location to get a break from interstate travel and grab a mid-afternoon Sunday lunch for two. Business appeared somewhat brisk , but not overly crowded. Young man at reception said no seating was available and there would be a 25 minute wait. Disclaimer. I haven't had Chilis in YEARS but from what I remember they offered ok bar food. Well this time I can't even stand by that. We tried a trio sampler for the app, the bbq wings were slimy, the southwest egg rolls were gummy but the mozzarella sticks were ok and so were the sauces. For some dumb reason I ordered pasta. Well I paid (literally) for my mistake. The "Cajun" seasoning on top of the rubbery shrimp and bagged chicken was something I can only describe as Dollar Tree seasoning. I took one bite and was offended, I took another to be sure of the offense and yes it was definitely what I thought it was. We asked for the bill, leaving that GARBAGE to be tossed in its proper place. we had a great dinner served quickly at chili's. we were immediately seated and greeted by adrien our server. while we reviewed the menu she brought our drinks . food came out quickly from the kitchen and was delicious! adrienne brought drink refills as well as other miscellaneous items with no prompting, which i always appreciate. i especially enjoyed the option to pay at the table eliminating the need to wait for a check. we will definitely return read more

do NOT go here!!!! we waited 1 hour to be seated by 5 people, they were were low staffed (understood to an EXTENT), waited 20+ min for food, (which wasn't fully fresh&the water tasted awful), and was charged extra for something we didn't even received. Food is consistently hot and great. Service is hit or miss. I've had fantastic service with waiters on the ball with refills and speed, and a waitress who literally never refilled our drinks. Don't love having to wait 45 minutes for a table of 2 - especially when we come on a weeknight. read more

If I could give this location negative stars I would. Please do not make your customers leave a booth in the bar section after 8pm to return to the EMPTY front of the building to be put on a waitlist. It's rude. And telling a husband and wife they can sit at the bar where there were not two seats together is inconsiderate. There was no hostess, but plenty of signs indicating groups of 4 or more were not allowed and wait times were much longer than usual due to unforeseen circumstances. COVID is not a valid excuse to be rude and provide poor customer service. I'm all for giving grace for unforeseen circumstances, but frankly this restaurant was mediocre on a good day before COVID. And yes, I've already sent a note directly to Chili's on their website. read more

Worst dining experience I've had and it seems to be common. We were doing a small birthday get together for my cousin. We waited 1.5 hours for a table then they told us our group couldn't sit together. It was slow and the food was mediocre. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again. read more

When someone from my party asked for a dessert, the waitress kept forgetting to put the order in, so we were there longer. Two Chili's visits, in two states, in two days. Good Lord, am I a glutton for punishment or what? Whilst, visiting the in-laws for Easter. We were out late helping my mom-in law pick up craft supplies for an Easter flower arrangement. (She's into that sort of thing!) After that task was completed, mom asked where we'd like to grab a dessert. I suggested frozen yogurt, hubs screamed Chili's. (I gave him the "you're kidding me, right?" look that he ignored!) He saw it, but he wanted their lava cake a la mode. I almost fought back, but relented as I thought, "It's just dessert. Who cares. We'll be fine!" And for the most part, we were. Once we arrived, we were added to the usual Chili's waitlist. UGH! In their defense, this location was packed. But I refused to be "had" again, so I asked the hostess if we could sit at one of the 3 open high tops in the bar area. She obliged, we were seated immediately, (THANK YOU), and I noticed that a few others followed my lead! Our service was ok, the desserts were actually great! We actually ordered two as they now have an Oreo dessert that's similar to the lava cake that we had to try. Although a bit stingy on the ice cream scoops, both were tasty and had great presentation to boot. We actually preferred the Oreo dessert over the lava cake. With all that chocolate and sweetness, I really would have loved a glass of water. We'd originally ordered a round of waters for the table, but couldn't stomach the taste. It was bad, even with lemon. Thankfully, our waiter didn't charge us for the drinks as she also shared that she doesn't like the taste of the water. All in all, a filter would be great! Lazy employees- walked in and the lady who was supposed to be at the front stood there at the bar and looked at us. Waited a couple of minutes before even greeting us and she was DOING NOTHING the entire time we waited. She lazily told us it would be a 45 minute wait when the waitlist online said 25 minutes. The restaurant was more than half empty. I've given this place more chances over the years and each time they continue to disappoint. This place makes Madison look like trash. Hope it gets replaced with better staff or even a better restaurant. Love chili's in any other city or location but this one needs some major attention. read more

We called at exactly 8:00 and asked if there was a "wait" and was told there was "no wait." We were in the parking lot when we called so we immediately walked in after hanging up. There were people inside waiting on a table. When the hostess walked up, we asked for a table for two and was told there was a twenty minute wait. I told the hostess we literally just hung up the phone and was told there was "no wait". She responded " well it wasn't me ". No apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. It was a "not my problem" kind of attitude. This will be our last attempt to eat here. There seems to be a consistent attitude issue at Chilis which is an I don't care attitude and your lucky we are taking your order. I'm done with them. read more

I've never eaten here but I did have an interview there. The manager was RUDE. She was answering her personal calls during the interview, not paying attention to me and just focused on scrolling thru her phone. She even laughed in my face when I told her what position I was applying for. She claimed I didn't have an interview tho I had confirmation thru text and email. Went after lunch rush and was immediately seated. They have the order at the table capability, or wait for the server option. The floor was filthy from lunch rush, but I don't eat off the floor, so I ignored it. Nice server and pretty fast service. Old Timer with cheese and Smokehouse burgers were both big and good burgers. The fries had a nice taste, but were not hot. I asked for hot fries and received fries that been refried to make them hot. They were greasy and hot as a blow torch. My husband ate the room temp ones and I didn't eat either. I am not a big Margarita drinker, but this one was pretty sour, wouldn't get it again. Ordered car side. The food was ready quicker than expected, but not an issue. It was still hot upon arrival & was still very warm returning to my destination. Well packed, with all the right condiments, utensils. I checked in upon arrival To-go pick up & within a very short period wait staff approached me with a smile handling my order with care & thanked me for the order. Great experience. My initial interaction with the hostess was disappointing. She was stone faced and not very nice; also instead of being greeted, I had to greet her. After my daughter and I's table was ready the experience moving forward was EXCELLENT! The waiter, even though being spread out, was prompt, nice, and very professional. He stopped and checked on us as much as possible. He had our food out very quickly and he never complained nor stopped smiling under his mask. He made this a very nice experience. read more

Wanted to try a local chain...so picked Chili's. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER GOING TO THIS PLACE. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, the food was inedible. Shrimp tacos and Santa Fe Salad. There were exactly one shrimp in each taco....ONE. The Santa Fe Salad, which featured lettuces and grilled chicken...well, there was grilled chicken, but it was still partially frozen from the freezer. We literally had one bite eat from our entree and the waiter only said, "I guess it was cold, again, huh?" He came back and said they won't let me take anything off your bill. First and last time to ever set foot in a Chili's. I try to support local, even local chains, but the health department should shut this dysentery establishment down before it kills more people....DO NOT EVER CONSIDER GOING TO THIS PLACE. read more
