My first time at Wayback Burger. So glad I finally stopped by. Inside was bright and had an airy feel to it. Casual yet nice. I got the single with pepperjack cheese and honey mustard, plus lettuce, tomatoes and grilled onions. Added Tator tots and a drink to make it a combo. I attacked those tots as soon as my food hit the table. They were hot, lightly salted and crispy. I don't think I've had better tator tots anywhere. My burger was really good. You can taste the seasoning in the meat and it wasn't drowned out by the toppings. Im so sad about this. I sent a message regarding my burger which had so much seasoning that it reeked of onion. And didn't have onion on it. I reached out and no one got back to me. The last couple of times I've ordered here, my order has-been incorrect. Tonight I order online, drive to the store, get what I perceive to be my order, get down the road, and open it. Only to discover it's the wrong order. Go to the door, let them know. The young lady apologizes and then tells me they will fix my order and bring it out to me. A few minutes later she comes out and tells me they never received my order, and she will ask her manager to refund me for the order tomorrow. Not my gas or my time, but the order. read more

First time coming and i was pleased with the service for the most part. However, they did leave a lot of my toppings off of my burger. We love this dine in burger joint. It's smaller, which is nice because you can actually hear the conversation going on at your table. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered chicken tenders with fries, buffalo chicken crispy sandwich with tots, and the classic with onion rings. We all had to sample & share the delicious sides! I'm not sure if it's house made, but the honey mustard was delicious! Service was fast! One thing I noticed too was how clean it was when we arrived, and how the line cooks had smiles on their faces (if you've worked in the food business, this doesn't happen often-lol)! read more

Burgers beat Five Guys. They're a real mess, and they're DELICIOUS. Staff were really fast and didn't disappoint. They are constantly checking on you and making sure you're all doing alright. Manager gave me a free milkshake for my birthday. Definitely coming again. Also, speaking of Five Guys, the atmosphere here is a WHOLE lot less stressful than theirs. Did not meet our expectations based on the photos and the prices. The pickles are not "regular" dill pickles and ruined the flavor of the burger. Had to look for the bacon on one burger and was not added as requested and charged for on the other burger. The chicken tenders were a little burnt tasting as well as a small order for the price charged. Onion rings seemed to have gotten cold and were reheated. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about. I was very pleased to find a solid burger place that didn't cost $18 *cough cough* five guys.... Nice workers, clean eating area, good music, great tasting burgers, and great sides! I will say that the milk shakes were disappointing. Im of the opinion that a strawberry milkshake should use actual strawberries, not a powder. But overall, I wouldn't listen to these negative reviews on here. I hope way back sticks around. read more
