The food is good (consistent with other locations), but the service I received was not. I ordered ahead and had a time the order should be ready. I arrived slightly after that and indicated in the app I was there and waiting. Nothing. Plenty of cars rolling through the drive thru. Nothing. 10 minutes pass so I go in and get the order myself. I don't mind doing this, but don't say you're going ito bring it out and have me wait 10 minutes only for me to have to get it myself. read more

Have always enjoyed Raising Cane's in other cities. This one did not disappoint in good or service.The chicken tenders are well battered and not greasy. Usually get the 4 piece combo and split it with my wife. Sizes of the chicken tenders are variable and described as medium sized. Crinkle cut fries are enjoyable. Slaw is ok. Texas toast is ok. Drinks are self refilled. Bathrooms are clean. Quite noisy with plenty of youngsters present. Overall a good experience as expected. read more

I decided to go to Raising Cane's in Madison and haven't dined inside for a while. The 3 finger combo is great as always. This location I believe always changes the grease, since my stomach never hurts here compared to the Flowood location. Always love looking at the disco balls and pictures/murals in the dining area with lively upbeat music! Always great customer service with a smile! If you ever experience a problem, for example trying to use a coupon for caniac club loyalty members, then the manager will make things right. Love this location. Real time review. I was at the counter for about 3 minutes, there were 3 workers and no other customers. I got the attention of a young lady worker & asked if anyone was working. She shrugged her shoulders and repeated my question. As I was walking out I got the attention of a worker, I kept walking. I don't like to beg to be served when I'm the only customer there. I'm in Ty car in the parking lot writing this right after I left. Damn shame, hope this can be corrected. I really wanted Canes. Zero stars deserved but not an option. read more

Arrived at 9:47 pm on a Friday. Drivethru was wrapped around the building. I decided to park and go in. But was told that the lobby was closed even though all signage and online info stated that the lobby was open. As I typed this review, I observed multiple groups go to the door before 10pm and get turned away. There was a lot of staff, 10 that I could count along with what seemed like 2 managers. Manager stated that she had already locked the door prior to 9:45. This is unacceptable in a high volume area with multiple events going on. If your lobby closes at 10 and that is made clear online and on door signage , I could better understand but to turn around 20 people that walked inside before being told lobby is closed is wrong. They should have waited on us and made sure the doors were locked. Management definitely dropped the ball on customer service. read more

I can't understand though why the breading won't stay on the chicken. I go and I ordered chicken fingers and before I can even pick the tender up, the chickens has fallen out of my hand and the breading is still in my fingers? Not sure why the chicken tenders have become so gummy and the breading ceases to stay adhered to the chicken itself. read more

I stopped by the Madison location this evening after a long hard day for some chicken tenders. I normally go to Zaxbys but wanted to try something else so I went across the street to Canes. I wish that I never stopped!!! The drive thru was super long but I waited. During the drive home all I smelled was grease!!! The tenders had no seasoning, were not crispy and undercooked. The coleslaw was horrible and the fries were not seasoned. I wasted 8 dollars on a meal but this was a lesson learned. When you want a flavorful chicken tender go to Zaxbys or Chick-fil-A!!!! read more

I pulled to the drive thru to place my order, I ordered my food and maybe the young lady did not understand my order, I tend to talk fast. So I began to speak slowly. Well the young lady turned around and mocked me! I was like really? So I asked for her name, she told me she would give it to me at the second window. Once I pulled to the second window, she would not give me her name! Clearly she was big and petty behind the headphones. So of course I went in to talk to the Operation Manager. She was the so understanding of the situation and I felt like she was going to handle the issue. Maybe some more empathy training .. Other than the young CHILDISH child at the drive-thru, the food was hot and great. They don't take orders of any less than 25 fingers over the phone. It takes them a really long time to answer the phone. I know they're new, but my family decided to eat at KFC instead because of the difficulty in ordering to-go. read more
